Abstract

The research objective is to answer the problems that exist in the control of village funds in the village of Suka Negeri, Air Nipis sub district Bengkulu district. Riview and analyze the suitability of village fund management in the village of Suka Negeri, Air Nipis, Bengkulu Sealatan regency based on 2018-2019. Management of village funds in Suka Negeri, Air Nipis sub-district south Bengkulu district in 2018-2019 has met tergets and tergets, village funds in Suka Negeri village are almost 80% right on target, in Suka Negeri village it has a village fund procurement factor, namely the amount of village fund allocation (add) is still limited and yhere is still a lack of intensity in the socialization of village fund so it must be studied in depth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect job satisfaction of State Civil Servants at the Regional Finance Agency of Kaur Regency. Results of the study showed that the results of the t test were the need fulfillment variable (X1), the discrepancies variable (X2), the value attainment variable (X3), the equity variable (X4), the genetic component variable, component (X5) partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction of state civil servants (Y) at the Regional Finance Agency of Kaur Regency. results of the F simultaneously or together have a significant effect on job satisfaction of state civil servants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at the National and Local Scale Supermarkets of Kaur Regency. The sample in this research is 95 consumers. The sampling technique used saturated samples, namely by using the entire study population as the research sample. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that social class, price, promotion, service quality and location variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions at the national and local scale supermarkets of Kaur Regency, and promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions on the local scale of Kaur Regency.

Abstract

The rationalization of Budget will affect all department and the department who create work program for year 2020, the rationalization of budget also conducted by Bengkulu province government where the budget is more focused to prevent Corona virus so the assigned budget for official activities become less. It also impacts the KONI activity in Bengkulu Province, so the work programs at KONI Bengkulu province are delayed or not executed yet. The rationalization of budget has influence for work program at KONI in Bengkulu province, it is shows from simple linear regression analysis Y = 2.631 + 0.846X with X variable regression coefficient 0.846 also constanta 2.631, it is proved with hypothesis with tsig< tα, it is 0.000 < 0.05. from the test, it shows that correlation coefficient rvalue = 0.714. this value shows that the correlation between budget realization with work program is very strong because it has correlation value close to 1. So it can be concluded that budget rationalization has strong correlation with work program at KONI in Bengkulu Province. From hypothesis test, the tsig variable value is 0.000. this value if compared with tα=0.05 so tsig<tα(0.000<0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. The sample in this study was 96 Tabunganku customers at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and the analysis method by multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 11.647 + 0.320X1 + 0.425 X2, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (service quality) and X2 (trust) on customer satisfaction (Y). This means that if the variables of service quality and trust increase, it will increase customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 0.416. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (trust) affect customer satisfaction (Y) by 41.6%, while the remaining 58.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially the variables of service quality and trust have a significant influence on the customer satisfaction variable of Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch. The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the variables of service quality and trust have a simultaneous (joint) influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu, Girimulya Sub-Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction index with government services in Pino Raya Sub-District, South Bengkulu Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach in which the sample was 100 respondents with the data collection technique using a questionnaire. This research instrument as stated in the Regualation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing a Community Statisfaction Survey in Pino Raya SubDistrict, South Bengkulu Regency has been running well. This can be seen from the 9 appropriate indicator (Permenpan-RB) Number 14 of 2017 it can be concluded that the Very Good indicator is in Costs/Rates, Good Indicators are in Implementing Behavior, Facilities and Infrastructure , while Poor Indicators are in Requirements Indicators, Mechanisme Systems and Procedures, Time of Completion, Product Specifications, Competence of Implementers and Complaint Handling for suggestions and input. The conclusion is that the average value of the Pino Raya Sub-District Government of South Bengkulu Regency is Good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the area of ​​ponds, seedlings, feed, medicines, and labor on the efficiency of shrimp farming in Kaur Regency.Type of quantitative descriptive research. Purposive sampling method using saturated sampling method and data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS.The results of this study are the value of R Square (Detremination) of 0.17. Variable area of ​​pond does not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp aquaculture in South Kaur Sub District shown with a significant value (0.763)> level of significance (α = 0.05). Seed variable did not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District indicated by a significant value (0.977)> of the level of significance (α = 0.05). Variable feed did not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District indicated by a significant value (0.958)> level of significance (α = 0.05). Drug variables did not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District is indicated by a significant value (0.651)> level of significance (α = 0.05). Labor variable does not affect the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District significant value (0.778)> level of significance (α = 0, 05). Simultaneously or together variables of pool area, seedlings, feed, medicine, and labor have no influence on the efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in South Kaur Sub District indicated by a significant value of 0.994> level of significance (α = 0.05 ).

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the analysis of Community Satisfaction Index at Religious Affairs Office, Lubuk Sandi Sub-District, Seluma Regency. The analytical method used is Community Satisfaction Survey (IKM) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 with 9 indicators, namely requirements, procedures, completion time, costs / tariffs, product specifications for service types, executive competence, implementing behavior, facilities and infrastructure, handling complaints, suggestions and inputs. Based on the Analysis of the Community Satisfaction Index at Religious Affairs Office, Lubuk Sandi Sub- District, Seluma Regency, the results obtained from Community Satisfaction Survey for public services at Religious Affairs Office in Lubuk Sandi Sub-District, Seluma Regency is 79 with B quality service or Good criteria because it lies in interval values of 76.61 - 88.30. The lowest satisfaction value is at time of completion service with an average value of 2.89 with a poor rating because it lies in the interval value 2.60 - 3.064 Meanwhile, the element of implementing behavior is the element that gets the highest average score, namely 3.34 with good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on consumer decisions at PT. JNE (Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir) Manna Bengkulu Selatan branch. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) and several observations. The population in this study were 1500 people and a sample of 150 people who used the delivery service of PT. JNE Manna Bengkulu Selatan branch. The type of research used, the sampling of data management techniques used is a simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing (R test and t test). The results of the analysis show that the constant is 82.563; it means that if the marketing mix (X) value is 0, then the consumer decision (Y') value is 82.563. The regression coefficient of the marketing mix variable (X) is 0.303; meaning that if the value of the marketing mix is ​​1, then the consumer's decision (Y') will increase by 0.303. A positive coefficient means that there is a positive relationship between the marketing mix and consumer decisions. Partially, product policies, distribution policies, and promotion policies affect consumer decision making. The distribution policy variable is the dominant variable influencing consumer decision making.
