Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether work discipline, work motivation affect the performance of employees at the Bengkulu City Fire and Rescue Service. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Work discipline (X1) influences employee performance (Y) at the Bengkulu City Fire Department. Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Bengkulu City Fire Department. Work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at the Bengkulu City Fire Department.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine community satisfaction with public services based on the community satisfaction index (IKM) at the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The data analysis technique used was to measure the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. The sample in this study was 191 patients who received services from the Pagar Jati Treatment Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Regency Central Bangalore.The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for the quality of service at the Pagar Jati Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency obtained an average value of 3.18 which is in a good assessment. Furthermore, the IKM for service units is multiplied by 25 so that the IKM at the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency is 79.38 with service quality B with good criteria because it is in the value interval of 76.61 – 88.3. The element of cost/tariff gets the highest rating with an average score of 3.53 with very good assessment criteria. This illustrates that patients assess the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency to provide services free of charge. The lowest satisfaction score is 2.64, namely the completion time with poor assessment criteria. This illustrates that the lack of speed in service is caused by a lack of medical personnel or existing health workers, while there are quite a lot of people asking for health services, causing delays in providing health services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of rising prices and scarcity of fuel oil (BBM) on fishermen's income in Ketapang Baru Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. The population in this study consisted of 60 fishermen, the research sample was 60 fishermen by taking the entire population. The type of research conducted in this research is descriptive quantitative research.The data used in this research is quantitative data. Where is the use of secondary data in the form of questionnaires that are distributed to fishermen. The data is processed using the SPSS application, namely software that functions to analyze data, perform statistical calculations both for statistics with basic windows.By using the f test analysis technique, the variables increasing the price of fuel oil (XI), scarcity of fuel oil (X2), simultaneously (simultaneously) affect fishermen's income (Y). This is shown by the results of the f' test that the significance value is 0.000. This significance value is less than 0.05. This means that there is a significant effect of rising fuel prices (XI) and fuel scarcity (X2) on fishermen's income (Y.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility study of Mr. Gunoto's Tofu Business in Lebong Regency. The analytical method used is a feasibility study analysis from the financial aspect which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C).The results of the Net Present Value (NPV) research show a positive number of Rp. 339,819,380,-, meaning that the expansion of Mr. Gunoto's Tofu Business in Lebong Regency can be said to be feasible for development. IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is known to be 30% greater than the percentage cost of capital (loan interest), namely 12% or 16%, meaning that business expansion is feasible for development. This shows that if funds for investment are saved or deposited in a bank with an interest rate of 12% and an interest rate of 16%, then the capital will grow faster if it is made into tofu business capital because it will grow at an interest rate equivalent to 30. Gross B/C greater than 1 (1.69 > 1) means that the development of Mr. Gunoto's tofu business in Lebong Regency is feasible for development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work engagement and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 79 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency who had become civil servants. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 13.198 + 0.288X1 + 0.416 X2, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (work engagement) and X2 (organizational culture) on performance (Y). It means that if the work engagement and organizational culture variables increase, performance will increase. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.376. This means that X1 (work engagement) and X2 (organizational culture) have an effect on performance (Y) of 37.6% while the remaining 62.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially the work engagement and organizational culture variables have a significant influence on employee performance variables at the Regional Secretariat Office of Lebong Regency. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variable work engagement and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Lebong Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, incentives and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sinar Mutli Sepadan Finance Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Sinar Multi Sepadan Finance Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Jl. Salak Raya, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 160 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Leadership has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Incentives have a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Leadership, Incentives and Work Discipline together have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Mutli Sepadan Finance Bengkulu City.

Abstract

In Companies and organizations, performance is an important thing that must be achieved by every employee in any company because performance is a picture of the work results of employees who have done well and productively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees at Enseval Putera Megatrading Company. This type of research is a quantitative research, as many as 55 respondents Enseval Putera Megatrading Company. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression model.The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Enseval Putera Megatrading Company. That is, the better the compensation, the employee's performance will increase. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Enseval Putera Megatrading Company. That is, the higher the work discipline, the employee's performance will increase. Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Enseval Putera Megatrading Company. That is, the better the compensation and the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of social media and knowledge transfer on the performance of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in Central Bengkulu Regency. This research uses a quantitative research type method using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Central Bengkulu Regency, totaling 40 people by taking samples using total sampling and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results and hypotheses, it shows that social media (X1) is t_hit>t_table (4.643 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), and knowledge transfer (X_2) is t_hit>t_table (2.092 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.040 <0.050), Partially Both Social Media Variables and Knowledge Transfer Have a Significant Influence on Employee Performance. The results of the f test show that Fcount > Ftable, namely (21,589 > 3,965) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is was to determine the effect of human resource development on employee performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur. several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Human Resource Development on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur. The objects in this study are employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur numbered 174 people. Data collection techniques in research are observation and questionnaires.There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: The results of research on Human Resource Development have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur from the results obtained from the t-test results obtained a tsig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level used, namely 0.05, then Ho is rejected, which means that Human Resource Development has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur.
