Abstract

Surat Keputusan Bersama 3 Mentri di keluarkan oleh kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan, kementrian dalam negeri dan kementrian agama, dikarenakan ada polemik di sekolah SMKN 2 Padang dengan melihat kasus seorang pelajar siswi non muslim di paksa mengikuti peraturan sekolah untuk mengenakan jilbab. Pemertintah mencoba meningkatkan toleransi beragama serta saling menghormati dan SKB 3 Mentri diharpkan mampu mewujudkan sikap toleransi beragama. Dalam penelitian kali ini penulis melakukan analisis data pada sumber data yang di dapat dengan metode (Content Analysis) yang mana analisis ini akan memaparkan isi pada data secara mendalam pada sumber data yang di dapat menelusuri referensi yang terkait dengan judul penulis dengan mencari referensi digital seperti e-journal, e-book, e-document dan menganalisis dokumen yang terkait.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Keabsahan Perkawinan Melalui Video Call dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan Menurut Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu Bagaimana Keabsahan Perkawinaninan melalui Video Call dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan Kedua yaitu Bagaimana Keabsahan Perkawinan Melalui Video Call dalam Undang-Undang No.1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Tipe Penelitian Yuridis Normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan kasus, dan hasil dari penelitian ini mengenai keabsahan perkawinan melalui video call negara telah menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada setiap aturan agama mengenai sah atau tidaknya suatu perkawinan tersebut selama tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia.

Abstract

HAM merupakan hak dasar yang melekat pada manusia tanpa terkecuali. Bahkan perlindungan terhadap Hak Asasi Perempuan menjadi pusat perhatian secara global. Hal ini karena perempuan seringkali memperoleh perlakuan yang diskriminatif dan dianggap lemah sehingga terbatas dalam pengembangan diri. Dalam konstitusi negara Indonesia telah menjamin mengenai persamaan kedudukan laki-laki dan perempuan, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 27 ayat (1) UUD Tahun 1945. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terutama siswa/i di lingkungan sekolah mengenai hak asasi perempuan. Hal ini karena perlindungan terhadap hak asasi perempuan telah diatur dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, salah satunya melalui pengarusutamaan gender. Hal ini penting untuk dipahami oleh siswa/i karena pemberian pemahaman yang baik sejak dini dapat secara efektif menumbuhkan budaya hukum yang baik. Kegiatan ini menjadi sebuah solusi agar indikasi-indikasi ketidakadilan gender di lingkungan sekolah dapat dihindari. Sehingga sasaran khalayak dalam kegiatan ini adalah Siswa/i dan perwakilan guru. Lokasi kegiatan dilaksanakan di MAN 1 lBandar lLampung. lMetode lyang ldigunakan ldalam lkegiatan lini lyaitu lmelalui lceramah, ldan ldiskusi. lHasil lkegiatan lmenunjukkan lbahwa: lpemahaman ltentang lHak lAsasi lPerempuan ldalam lmendorong lPengarusutamaan lGender ldi lLingkungan lSekolah ltelah lmeningkat lhingga l85% ldari lsebelumnya l45%. lHal lini lditunjukkan ldengan lbeberapa lindikator ldiantaranya: lPeningkatan lpemahaman ldan lpengetahuan ltentang lhak lasasi; lhak lasasi lperempuan; ljenis lhak lasasi lperempuan; ldan lhak lasasi lperempuan ldalam lpengarusutamaan lgender. lSelain litu, lkegiatan lini ldapat lberhasil ldengan lbaik ldikarenakan ladanya ldukungan ldari lUniversitas lLampung, ldan lkepala lsekolah lserta lguru.

Abstract

The decision number of the Director General of Islamic Guidance Long term 2018 on the Execution of Early Marriage Mentoring plans to both Diminish the Quantity of Separations and Make a Cheerful and Tranquil Family. However, the annual divorce rate in Medan continues to rise. In accordance with the Director General of Islamic Guidance's decision No. 379 of 2018 in the KUA of Medan, as well as the results of carrying out early advice in light of the decision made by the chief general of Islamic Direction No. 379 in 2018 to decrease the divorce rate in Medan. Qualitative (empirical) field research was used in this study. The study came to the conclusion that premarital counseling isn't as effective as it should be; Instead, many married couples take a marriage certificate course. It was thought that couples who wanted to get married needed to show a proof certificate to get premarital counseling. Additionally, only the authority to provide premarital counseling and mediation services to couples filing for divorce with the Religious Court ought to be granted by the government to KUA. Abstract

In every job, honesty and great accountability are needed, especially in carrying out the mandate entrusted to workers, especially being an advocate. every problem from his client. In determining the honorarium for his client, he must pay attention to the condition of his client and in Islamic law there is no regulation regarding the halal or unlawful honorarium received by advocates in carrying out their work. his clients in the perspective of Islamic law and the purpose of this research is to find out the halalness of receiving honorariums in the perspective of Islamic law using the juridical-normative research method. The results of the study indicate that the honorarium paid ima by an advocate is lawful if the money received is not the result of fraud between the client and the advocate and justifies any means to win the client's case. Abstract

This research a normative juridical approach because it uses secondary data as the main data source, which is also based on law No.18 of 2003 and sources of islamic law, namely the koran, hadith, and also the opinions of the scholars. There is also secondary legal material in the form of references to several books and also some existing journals. The rosults of this study are regarding how the legality of the perspective of islamic law advocates is that and islam there is no word advocate. But if we look at its function, jurists equate the position of an advocate in islam with a provider of legal aid services, sech as: hakam, mufti, mushalih. The theree legal aid providers are almost the same function as an advocate, namely law enforcement agencies outside the government whose job is to provide legal aidservices to the public. It is also said that before a case is submitted to the judicial process, the parties to the dispute are obliged to seek legal experts to give their ijtihad. So the legality of the advocate itself in islam also axists, it’s just that in islam thet don’t recognize the word advocate. Keywords: Legality, Islamic Law, Trust

Abstract

A nation has a responsibility to improve the quality of its human resources. Human capital is the primary investment in development in order to improve community life. This study employs quantitative descriptive research as the method of inquiry. According to the findings of the research, the teacher's strategy for increasing early childhood learning motivation in MAULANA NUSANTARA Kindergarten consists of explaining the advantages of learning, presenting fun learning, specifically learning through play, using educational game tools, allowing children to express their opinions and ideas without requiring them to agree with the teacher, always providing assistance to children, providing real learning experiences, schools holding meetings with students' parents, and teachers awarding students. giving praise or flattery, stars, merchandise, thumbs up, and the chance to travel home for the first time. Abstract

Wasatiyah Islam is a religious interpretation with the principles of justice, tolerance, and upholding humanity despite different religions, ethnicities, ethnicities and customs. This is the face of Islam that Muhammadiyah believes in and implements in its various charities. The aims of this study were (i) to identify how non-Muslim students perceive religious education materials; (ii) to analyze the behavior of lecturers in displaying Islamic wasathiyah; and (iii) to analyze the interaction of Muslim and non-Muslim students in the implementation of Wasathiyah Islam. This research is descriptive and quantitative by utilizing the frequency distribution. Respondents in this study were 25 non-Muslim students at the Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. The research results show that; first, non-Muslim students have a good perception of AIK material, which has included wasatiyah principles in it. Second, the behavior of lecturers has shown fairness and equality in granting rights to Muslim and non-Muslim students, according to wasatiyah principles. Third, the interaction of Muslim and non-Muslim students takes place with the principles of equality and justice. The implication of the results of this research is that every educational institution must be open to adherents of other religions to continue their studies. Abstract

This study aims to see how students view the laboratory as a learning resource. The main task of the laboratory is to conduct experiments to support biological concepts and enable the development of scientific methods in biology classes. XII Waterfall Village, Medan Marelan District, North Sumatra, 20256. The subjects used were students of class XI IPA 3. This study used a qualitative method involving language studies. However, according to data obtained from the results of the questionnaire, 92% of students in science class 3 among 37 subjects who answered the questionnaire said that placement in the lab could improve student learning outcomes. Laboratory learning has certain advantages compared to other learning methods. This means that students directly gain experience and skills in doing internships, increase student participation both individually and in groups, and students learn to understand the principles of the scientific method. Abstract

One of the human efforts in shaping Muslims as human beings is by creating a situation of conducive educational interaction in Islamic education. One of the goals of Islamic education is the need for a curriculum. The curriculum is a set of arrangements and plans related to materials, the content of teaching taught to students, and the learning methods used as guidelines for organizing educational units in the realization of educational goals, especially Islamic education. The curriculum components include objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, and assessment. The Islamic education curriculum must refer to the Qur’an and hadith as its basis. The Qur’an contains verses or the Word of Allah SWT that contains the curriculum, which is related to materials, the content provided to students in educational institutions, such as monotheism educational, worship, morals, health, social skills, and aesthetics. Thus, students who have faith, noble character and knowledge will be realized as well as the realization of quality Muslim human civilization.
