Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy can have an adverse impact on the mother, even during pregnancy, childbirth, as well as during the puerperium and beyond. One of the government programs to overcome anemia in pregnancy in Indonesia is by providing iron tablets (Fe) which are distributed through health centers and posyandu. The effectiveness of this program is difficult to achieve because it is influenced by the low knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of consuming iron (Fe) tablets. Good knowledge will lead to a positive attitude in consuming iron (Fe) tablets. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and adherence to consuming iron (Fe) tablets with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the first trimester at Bulili Public Health Center. The design of this research is analytical research. The research approach used is the Cross Sectional Study approach. This study used the Lemeshow proportion estimation technique with a total sample of 96 respondents. The test used in this study is to use the Chi - Square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in trimester I with p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and there was no significant relationship between adherence to taking iron tablets (Fe) and the incidence of anemia in trimester pregnant women. I at Puskesmas Bulili with p value = 0.826 (p≥0.05). This study suggests that the midwives at the health center are expected to provide information or health counseling that is more directed at preventing anemia during pregnancy to pregnant women regarding the procedure for consuming iron (Fe) tablets to visitors to the Bulili Health Center, especially KIA (Maternal and Child Health).

Abstract

In general, the meaning of marketing is marketers' activity to carry out business (profit or non-profit) to meet market needs with goods or services, fix prices, distribute, and promote through the exchange process to satisfy consumers and achieve company goals. From the calculation results obtained by using a simple linear regression model analysis, the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.585 indicates a moderate relationship between the service variable (X) and the customer interest variable (Y), with an R contribution (coefficient of determination) of 0.585 indicating that 58.5% of customer interest is determined by service. Simple linear regression model analysis obtained a Fount of 30.210 with a probability level of 0.000 (significant), and the probability value is much smaller than 0.05. This shows that the service variable (X) has a considerable influence on the customer interest variable (Y) at Kremes Chicken Restaurant Mas Rusdi Palu.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Tolitoli Regency, from February to June 2012 Analysis of Clean Water Services for Low-Income Customers at the Tolitoli City Water Supply Company. This study aims to determine the priority service for drinking water in PDAM Ogo Malane Tolitoli City. The sample in this study was 54 heads of households from the group of low-income household customers in five villages in Tolitoli Regency that were served by the Ogo Malane Regional Water Supply Company in Tolitoli City. The entire research sample in the five villages mentioned above was determined as a research sample using random sampling techniques, namely by providing equal opportunities to every low-income customer residing in the five villages to be selected as a research sample. Data analysis tools in this study used the Spearman Rank Correlation analysis approach. The results of this study illustrate that: first, clean water services to low-income customers are considered not good at the Regional Water Supply Company Ogo Malane Tolitoli City, because the results of the study indicate the response given by the company to customer complaints is unsatisfactory. This is due to the Regional Water Supply Company. Ogo Malane Tolitoli City seems slow to respond when there are complaints from low-income customers in connection with clean water services provided by the company through the use of Public Hydrants. Second, there is a negative and significant relationship between clean water tariffs and services to low-income customers in the Regional Water Supply Company of Ogo Malane Tolitoli City. This negative relationship occurs because the clean water tariff charged by the company is considered low-income customers less than the equivalent of clean water services provided by the company through the use of Public Hydrants.
