Abstract

This article describes how the ideal human concept according to Svami Vivekananda. Although there has been much research on humans, but there are many problems that remain unanswered because of the complexity of the humans problem itself. Especially if it is associated with Hindu teachings, wich is now called the Kaliyuga era. In this era, human in general have not succeeded in realizing it ideal character or perfect human because of the decline in the quality of human character that characterizes the times of Kaliyuga. As a being who has a conscience, humans should be able to sort out and choose good ones in carrying out their lives for the sake of the realization of the goal of  human life itself and become the main human being. Hindu religious teachings provide solutions in the form of concepts from the main human being that can be a benchmark for the people, one of them is the main human concept of one of the hindu spiritual leaders namely Svami Vivekananda. With the human concept of Svami Vivekanda, it is expected that Hindus in particular can make the concept a guideline in behaving in order to realizing the ultimate and useful Hindu people for live.

Abstract

Vedo ‘khilo dharma mūlam… or the entire Vedic literature is the first/foremost source of dharma…. The Vedas are sacred teachings revealed by God through mahaṛsi. In the beginning, Vedic teaching was carried out based on the Parampara (disciplinary line) through the oral tradition passed down from generation to generation to siyanya. Hinduism has inherited many sacred texts that are truly glorious, the Upaniṣads are one of those sacred libraries in which there are teachings about Brahman and Ātman. The main object of this literature is an investigation into ultimate reality which reaches a step where it is wise and mature enough to cut itself off from all karma. The study of the Chāndogya Upaniṣad is essential as an early warning to humans that all pleasures and sufferings in the world are impermanent. Therefore, the Chāndogya Upaniṣad as one of the Upaniṣads describes the suffering felt by a person who is in a strange place (birth), he really hopes to return to his place of origin (Brahman). The human body is a luxury but worthless without the existence of ātman. The presence of ātman gives value to the body. When ātman is enveloped in worldly qualities, he will provide for the temporary needs of the body, he will work hard to eat and live.

Abstract

Hinduism is familiar with the concepts of Monotheism, Pnatheism and Politheism, understanding that God is only one truth, not the second. but the name of God or God is a manifestation of the form of God in the form of saguna brahman or the energy of God which is permeated immanently in the human spiritual soul. this saguna concept is a form of personifying God that is useless (God who is formless, undefiled, has no beginning and no end, is not bound by time and change, God is everywhere - everywhere. God animates all forms in the universe. Hindu people make forms of worship on the grounds of God's personified form which is realized to make it easier to connect devotional services to God. in Bgavad Gita 14. 3 explained All material, called Brahman, is the source of birth, and I say that Brahman contains, which enables the birth of all living things, O son of Bharata. Clearly illustrated in the sloka everything that exists, created, the living and the dead is at the will of God Almighty.

Abstract

, Arthur Schopenhauer was a German philosopher who continued the post-Kant tradition of philosophy. Kant's thoughts emerge in Schopenhauer's view of the world as ideas and wills. Kant stated that human knowledge is limited to the realm of appearances or phenomena, so that things in him (das Ding an sich) can never be known to humans. The thought of the world as I want it to be, life is full of suffering, and it would be so much better if it wasn't born. Some people seem pessimistic, including Arthur Schopenhauer. "The world as a representation" is the construction of our reality in the mind. This is what Kant calls the world of phenomena. Look around you now. Maybe you can see a tree, a person or a car through the window, or a book in front of you; maybe you can hear birds or traffic or noises in other rooms. What you experience through your senses is the world as a representation. The will is evil, according to Schopenhauer. Because the will implies desire, and what is desired is always greater and more than what is obtained. Desire is always unlimited, while its fulfillment is always limited. Life is evil because once desire and suffering disappear from man, boredom replaces desire and suffering. Increased knowledge does not mean freedom from suffering, but increasing suffering. Talented humans are the ones who suffer the most. Keyword: will as a crime, desire full of suffering.
