Abstract

Orphans are a social phenomenon that is always present in society both developed and developing countries. In every region there are always orphans who need education, livelihood and others, ironically they still lack systematic and integrated assistance from the government or the environment. Orphan / orphan word means a child who loses or is left dead by his father before he goes on (Lisanul 'Arab, 12/645, al-Mu'jam al-Wasith, 2/1063) The condition of orphans causes the loss of their hopes to live their lives, especially for disadvantaged orphans. An orphan is a child whose father has died. Accommodating and caring for orphans who come from families unable to aim to help orphans in order to complete their formal education in accordance with their education. Children must get serious attention, lest they are displaced due to family economic limitations, they must be helped to rise from adversity by embracing and introducing them to education, so that we have sufficient future leaders.

Abstract

This activity is motivated by the low level of public knowledge, especially students, regarding immigration, which includes the functions of passports and supervision of foreigners. The purpose of this activity is to fulfill community service duties by cadets who are carrying out PPL and KKN activities at the Class I Special Immigration Office for Non-TPI South Jakarta, as well as to increase the knowledge of Ragunan State Senior High School students about immigration. This activity uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method where the research is held at SMA Negeri 1 Ragunan which is located in the Ragunan Gor Complex, Ragunan, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The results of this study found that the knowledge of students related to immigration can be said to be quite low so that it requires more education on various cases in the immigration sector as well as knowledge about the active role of the community to help immigration authorities in monitoring foreigners by providing information and data. Abstract

As a form of increasing public understanding of immigration law and awareness to report on foreign nationals in their territory, the Directorate General of Immigration especially the Immigration Office has the obligation to conduct legal counseling to the people in their area, to assist in the oversight and implementation of article 72 of the law. number 6 in 2011. Especially after the issuance of presidential regulation number 21 of 2016 concerning visa-free visitation, where the addition of non-visa user countries automatically increases the number of foreign nationals entering Indonesia. Community understanding is highly expected regarding immigration functions and how they play a role in carrying out these functions. Collaboration on the role of immigration and related institutions especially the community is needed in carrying out supervision and reporting in order to uphold the country's sovereignty.

Abstract

This socialization activity carried out at SMAN 2 Tangerang is used as a means to add information to class XII students about one of the options for continuing education to a higher level, namely the immigration Polytechnic official college as an alternative to PTN or PTS, as well as to motivate students. in order to continue to be enthusiastic in undergoing education Broadly speaking, this socialization activity includes presentation activities regarding the introduction of the Immigration Polytechnic campus, registration requirements, registration procedures, study programs, tips, and sharing about life on the Immigration Polytechnic campus which is carried out to class XII students at SMAN 2 Tangerang, where they make preparations. In this activity, the presentation material was prepared by cadets of the Immigration Polytechnic who are running PPL and KKN in the Tangerang Kanim and have been simulated beforehand to fellow cadets and employees of the Tangerang Kanim. The benefits of this socialization activity are that students become enthusiastic and motivated to be able to join education at the Immigration Polytechnic. The benefits that are also felt by the cadets who carry out the socialization at SMAN 2 Tangerang are that the cadets can practice in making presentations and public speech. In addition, in this socialization, cadets also want to inform that state or private universities are not the only options available to continue higher education, the Immigration Polytechnic is one of the official universities that can be used as an alternative for students to continue to higher education. higher education level. Abstract

One of the immigration functions that is listed in Law No. 6 of 2011 is one form of immigration services. Immigration services can be in the form of services at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) such as at the immigration office, as well as by providing information on matters that are carried out in the immigration field, for example by providing a form of literacy in the form of counseling to the community around the work unit and others. Information dissemination activities in the form of outreach, one of which is a form of information dissemination activities that can be carried out in order to realize the values ​​of the immigration function, as stipulated in Law No. 6 of 2011. This is one of the important assessments for the Immigration Office organizing, and immigration itself. With counseling to people who are still laymen and do not understand anything at all about immigration, as one part of the State Civil Apparatus, it is better to educate the life of the nation as a form of the embodiment of the values ​​of Pancasila. Abstract

Immigration Polytechnic socialization can be used as a means to introduce and educate and provide more knowledge in society. As we know, many common people do not know what immigration is and the existence of the Immigration Polytechnic. Abstract

Immigration is an agency that oversees and acts against foreigners, in addition to that immigration also has a big impact on Indonesia. One of the actions taken by immigration is deportation. Deportation is the attitude of the immigration authorities for foreigners who are suspected or should be suspected of endangering the environment and disturbing public order. Based on the above statement, it can be concluded the formulation of the problem namely how international law views immigration acts, namely deportation. The research method for compiling this journal is the normative-empirical method. Indonesian immigration authorities must urge foreign citizens to comply with the provisions in force in Indonesia so that no party is harmed by the public at large.

Abstract

Improving the quality of public services, especially in the process of issuing passports, requires innovation and policies that support easy access by every community. One of the policies that have been implemented nationally is the collective passport issuance pick-up service known as the Eazy Passport. This service is an innovation that expects the willingness of people who want to have a passport but do not want to come to the Immigration Office alone. The Eazy Passport service can be submitted by agencies, government offices, or communities who wish to submit a collective passport application. Data collection and other necessary things that are usually done at the Immigration Office can be done easily at a mutually agreed location. Eazy Passport activities that have been submitted to the Immigration Office will be carried out on the specified date by bringing the necessary equipment and supplies. This activity was carried out at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in East Kalimantan, Ministry of Finance. This activity was welcomed by employees and their families and relatives who registered with the Immigration Office regarding the issuance of their passports. These passport applicants no longer need to carry the necessary files and equipment when carrying out biometric data collection activities so that the implementation runs effectively and efficiently and speeds up the passport issuance process
