Abstract

The rapid development of tourism in Pacitan Regency, in addition to having a positive impact, has also caused various problems, including environmental degradation and environmental pollution due to plastic waste. Watu Karung and Pancer Door beaches are also affected by the beach. One of the main factors that can support the cleanliness of the coast is the existence of pro-active actions from the surrounding community and beach visitors. Therefore, through the 2020 Latjapura activity, the Immigration Polytechnic Cadets carry out community service activities by mutual cooperation around the coast to provide benefits to the community and the surrounding ecosystem and increase awareness of the cleanliness of the surrounding community in order to create a good ecosystem and ecotourism-based beaches. This activity is also expected to provide awareness of the cleanliness of the coastal environment for the surrounding community and provide an understanding to the public that the waste produced has a negative impact on the development of marine biota and ecosystems.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020 the whole world was in an uproar with the emergence of a virus that can attack the respiratory tract and can even make its victims die. Covid-19 or Corona Virus is the cause. When entering the end of 2019 in December the first Covid-19 cases appeared in the city of Wuhan, China (People's Republic of China). This virus spreads very quickly through droplets or fluids. At the beginning of March 2020, Covid-19 cases had started to enter Indonesia, precisely in Depok City. It is reported that there are 2 people who have contracted Covid-19.. People began to self-quarantine at home, and always maintain cleanliness by washing hands and using hand sanitizer. Some people even spray disinfectant in their homes to kill the Covid-19 virus. The government has also stepped in to tackle this problem. The government asks residents to always comply with health protocols and use masks and reduce activities outside the home if it is not too urgent. The Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration issues policies related to making passports during the pandemic, such as limiting the number of passport applicants in the immigration office. Applicants are also required to follow the health protocol rules set by the immigration authorities.

Abstract

The purpose of this socialization activity is to provide information about the Foreigner Monitoring Application (APOA). The presence of foreigners who enter South Sulawesi through domestic arrivals makes these foreigners not included in the list of foreigners in South Sulawesi because they do not go through immigration checks. This results in less accurate data on foreigners and supervision of foreigners. The lack of data for foreigners has resulted in the vulnerability of foreign nationals to commit administrative criminal offenses such as overstaying and working without a valid permit. With the existence of APOA, it will make it easier for the PORA TEAM to carry out surveillance of foreigners in South Sulawesi in collaboration with the owners/managers of the inn and community leaders.

Immigration cadets as future generations of immigration leaders are expected not only to have good technical immigration skills but also to have a heart to serve the community. Seeing this, the Immigration cadets for the Surabaya and Sidoarjo regions took the initiative to be able to contribute to social service activities which were held on May 13, 2021 at the Darul Ulum Hikmah Orphanage located in the governorate of Surabaya.
