Abstract

Rapid changes in the information age indirectly require reforms in the public sector. The public sector must continue to improve, one of which is through the creation of innovation. Innovation in the public sector is carried out through the creation of ideas that cannot be separated from the knowledge sharing process. Knowledge sharing is important for organizations considering the nature of knowledge which is complementary and no single individual masters all fields of knowledge. Unfortunately, not many public agencies have implemented knowledge management properly through the use of information technology by considering organizational culture and the type of organizational structure. The purpose of this study was to examine how the influence of internalization of organizational culture and functional organizational structure on knowledge sharing capability at PT. PLN (Persero) Palembang Area by including information technology as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as primary data. The sample used in this study is a census sample so that the entire population is used as research respondents. The results showed that the use of information technology mediates the effect of internalization of organizational culture on knowledge sharing capabilities but does not mediate the effect of functional organizational structures on knowledge sharing capabilities. Based on these findings, the suggestions given by the researcher are: maximizing the use of information technology while maintaining a conducive organizational culture and climate for increasing knowledge sharing capabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of strategic location and marketing communication on the purchasing decisions of respondents who are housing owners in Azalea Garden. This research is descriptive. Primary data and secondary data were obtained. Secondary data was obtained from various sources such as journals, books and other related primary publication data obtained by distributing questionnaires to target respondents. By using convenience sampling technique, the target sample is at least 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square and data processing using SmartPLS version 3.0 program. This study shows the results that strategic location and marketing communication have a positive relationship and have a significant effect on purchase intention. The variability of strategic location and marketing communication constructs is 70.1% on purchase intention.

Abstract

The implementation of E-government has an important role in an organization. All things that include the implementation of e-government in an organization or government must be an important concern for the management of the organization, with the implementation of e-government that meets the standards according to the instructions of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2003, it will improve employee performance, including through application applications. e-government. The availability of the application of E-government can improve employee performance and organizational work productivity. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. In collecting data, the author uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. As well as using the determinant coefficient test and simple linear regression in data analysis techniques. This research was conducted at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in South Sumatra Province with a total of 49 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that all the results of the hypothesis in the study were proven significantly. This is indicated by the results of the t-count 3.768 > t-table 0.281. From the results of these studies, it can be concluded that there is a strong and positive influence between the implementation of e-government on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts and factors inhibiting the development of Tiga Pangung Waterfall Tourism Object in Ulak Village Bandung Kec. Muara Sahung Kab. Kaur. Researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods. The data source consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews to management actors. Data analysis techniques used by researchers through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verivication or data validation. Data validation is done by confirmation to the public. The results of research efforts to develop The Three Pangung Waterfall Tourism Object in Ulak Village Bandung Kec. Muara Sahung Kab. Kaur done quite well this is seen from the role of village officials, village heads, communities and the role of coral cadets in developing objerk Wisata empowerment of roads, maintaining cleanliness and infrastructure advice provided at the Three Pangung Waterfall Tourism Object in Ulak Village Bandung Kec. Muara Sahung Kab. Kaur. Factors Inhibiting the Development of Three Pangung Waterfall Attractions in Ulak Village Bandung Kec. Muara Sahung Kab. Kaur, which was found to include a lack of facilities and infrastructure, human resources that do not play an active role, funds and lack of coaching conducted by the tourism and cultural office.

Abstract

Supervision management is an effort to manage supervisory activities in order to improve organizational performance. Thus efforts to improve school performance can be pursued by improving the quality of supervisory management. This study was conducted to analyze supervisory management in improving school performance at SMAN 2 Kulisusu, North Buton Regency using qualitative methods. Informants in this study amounted to 9 people consisting of 8 school elements, 1 supervisor element selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data collected was then analyzed descriptively to obtain an overview of Supervisory Management and School Performance through Teacher Performance and Principal Performance. The results showed that the supervisory management carried out by SMAN 2 Kulisusu supervisors in improving school performance at SMAN 2 Kulisusu had not run optimally due to limited facilities and infrastructure that were not in accordance with needs, as well as limited operational budget supervision which led to revision activities to improve program actualization results. control cannot be carried out. In addition, the supervision stage also does not run optimally, especially at the implementation stage of supervision due to the low understanding of teachers on textual supervisor instructions and the low intensity of supervisory meetings with school principals.

Abstract

This research is a policy study that discusses the efforts of the Central Statistics Agency for the City of Palembang in implementing bureaucratic reform. Based on the results of this study, the results of research and discussion show that this study aims to analyze the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 81 of 2010 concerning Bureaucratic Reform at the Palembang City BPS Office, and to gain an understanding of the meaning of Bureaucratic Reform for Palembang City BPS office employees. This research method is qualitative. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from documentation and literature studies that were relevant to the research object. The parameters measured are based on the implementation model of bureaucratic reform from aspects that include aspects of the institution (organization), management and human resources of the apparatus. In its implementation, it still encounters various kinds of obstacles, the main obstacles are the coordination of the Palembang City BPS Technical Team is still not at the Palembang City BPS itself but is in other agencies. The process of bureaucratic reform is certainly still far from what is expected by the community.

Abstract

Transportation problems often arise in the midst of the rapid development of a region. The problem of transportation in urban areas that often occurs is traffic density caused by the volume of vehicles that are not balanced with road capacity. This imbalance can later lead to congestion points in urban areas. Various efforts have been made by the DKI Jakarta government in overcoming traffic jams. This study intends to analyze the effectiveness of policies that have been set by the government in overcoming transportation problems. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Abstract

The Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia has taken several regulations connected to Work from Home in response to the President's directions and the Covid-19 outbreak issue. Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang follows the same guidelines as the Minister of Industry's circular. The Work from Home implementation strategy aims to provide employees with more flexibility by allowing them to work on and complete assignments from home. This researcher wants to know how Work from Home is implemented at Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang and what the effects of Work from Home policies are on employee performance at Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang so that they can accurately describe the reality and current conditions in the field. To reduce the hurdles that may arise during Work from Home, Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang requires good communication and cooperation between employees and their immediate superiors. However, implementing the Work from Home policy has the unintended consequence of increasing staff morale, resulting in more innovative and productive job completion

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the influence of work culture and the application of online employee performance targets on job performance assessments at the Padang City Trade Office. Factors that can affect Job Performance are work culture and Online Employee Performance Targets. This research uses the associative quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were civil servants at the Padang City Trade Office, totaling 78 employees. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale measurement. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work culture on work performance and the result of the R Adjusted Square value of 0.144. Furthermore, in the employee performance target variable on Job Performance Appraisal, there is also a significant influence with the R Adjusted Square value of 0.226 and there is a simultaneous significant influence between Work Culture and Employee Performance Targets on Work Performance seen from the regression test results with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.267. So that it can be concluded that there is a statement or influence partially or simultaneously in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of the Tanah Datar Youth and Sports Tourism Office in developing Aua Sarumpun Tourism Object, to describe the inhibiting and supporting factors in the development of Aua Sarumpun Tourism Object. This research is processed by qualitative analysis techniques with descriptive methods, for data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion , it was found that the strategy for developing Aua Sarumpun tourism objects by the Youth and Sports Tourism Office was only by promoting using social media such as Instagram and Facebook and holding one event such as the Camp Art Festival which was held in August 2020 as well as in terms of facilities and infrastructure to pave the road approximately 300 meters. In terms of developing Aua Sarumpun tourism objects, there are still obstacles faced by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Tanah Datar Regency.
