Movere Journal merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar, terbit perdana sejak tahun 2019 Movere Journal memuat artikel berupa hasil-hasil penelitian (original research article) dan Jurnal Movere merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun yaitu pada Bulan Januari dan Juli oleh Program Studi Ilmu Manajemen, Sekolah Tinggi Imu Ekonomi (STIE) Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar, Movere Journal bersifat Open Access Journal (OJS) yang menyediakan artikel-artikel jurnal yang dapat diunduh secara gratis. Movere Journal bertujuan untuk mempublikasikan artikel penelitian dalam bidang Ilmu Manajemen, dan isu-isu yang terkait dalam bidang tersebut. berupaya menyajikan hasil riset ilmiah dari ilmuwan, profesional, sarjana, peneliti untuk dipublikasikan dan diseminasi melalui seleksi naskah. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS Versi 26. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode perhitungan statistik untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung data-data dari pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa., sedangkan dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa.

This study aims to determine the system of supply and demand for rice and policies that must be implemented in rice in Indonesia. This study uses a dynamic model formulation to understand and know behavior, estimate the effect of short and long term rice policies and price policies on rice supply and demand in Indonesia. The research results show that a 1% increase in supply in the short term will result in a 0.66% decrease in price, or a 10% increase in rice supply (production) will reduce rice prices by 6.7%.. Conversely, a 1% increase in the price of rice will increase the supply by 0.12%, or a 10% increase in the price of rice will increase the supply (paddy/rice production) of rice by 13%. This shows that in the short run rice is a staple commodity that is not elastic to price changes. Meanwhile, the effect of an increase in fertilizer prices by 10% will reduce the supply of rice by 0.3%.

This study aims to determine the development of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) and to determine the effect of CR and DER on ROA either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method, namely research that analyzes and describes in detail the condition of the company using data from financial reports. The research object is PT. Suryamas Dutamakmur, Tbk. The financial report data used is 2012 – 2022. The results of the Current Ratio (CR) study have an effect and are not significant on Return On Assets at PT. Suryamas Dutamakmur, Tbk. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount value of 0.903 and ttable of 2.776 with a significance value (sig) of 0.335 where the value of 0.335 > 0.05. The results of the Debt to Equity (DER) study have an effect and are not significant on Return On Assets at PT. Suryamas Dutamakmur, Tbk. this can be proven from the results of the tcount value of 0.280 and ttable of 2.776 with a significant value (sig) of 0.950 where the value of 0.950 > 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect and are not significant on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Suryamas Dutamakmur, Tbk. This can be proven from the results of obtaining an Fcount value of 0.632 and Ftable of 5.79 with a significant value of 0.632 where the value of 0.997 > 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Lintas Bintang Mulia Nusantara. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Lintas Bintang Mulia Nusantara. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis linear berganda yang hasilnya Y = 1,175 + 0,472X1 + 0,492X2 yang berarti adanya hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Lintas Bintang Mulia Nusantara. Selanjutnya, hasil uji-t terhadap variabel kepemimpinan diperoleh nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,267 > 1,70113). Sementara variabel kompensasi menghasilkan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (3,144 > 1,70113) sehingga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan maupun kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin and Return on Assets on stock prices at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. Source of data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation was Y = 1,809 + 12.58 X1 + 39.94 X2, while the correlation coefficient was 0.260. The coefficient of determination is 6.80%. t calculate Net Profit margin 0.022 <2.353 from t table, meaning that Net Profit Margin has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. t calculate Return on Assets 0.084

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance at PT. Dharma Inti Technology. The types of data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, f-test and t-test. Regression results state that leadership and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the determinants of work life balance and self-efficacy on the performance of health workers in the city of South Sulawesi province, both partially and simultaneously. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. The population in this study was 120 puskesmas health workers in the province with a sampling technique using simple random sampling where the population was sampled regardless of criteria from the entire population with a total sample of 120 health workers. Hypothesis testing using SPSS tools. The findings of this study are positive significant variable measurements where direct testing shows work life balance and good self-efficacy towards performance have a positive and significant influence.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the determinants of the level of teaching experience and level of education on lecturer performance. This research was carried out within the scope of the Makassar Barombong Shipping Polytechnic. The design of this research is to use a descriptive research type and the method used in this research is a survey method with path analysis techniques for data analysis. At the Makassar Barombong Shipping Polytechnic, the total study population was 85 lecturers. So in total there are 85 lecturers. The hypotheses put forward in this study are all acceptable because each effect shown has a P-Values <0.05. So it can be stated that the independent variable to the dependent has a significant influence.

The goal to be achieved from this research is to find out and analyze the extent to which motivation and rewards influence reseller performance through job satisfaction at a Makassar herbal company. The population of this study were herbal company resellers in Makassar with a total sample of 120 people who could be used as respondents. The analytical method used is Descriptive Statistics and Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study explain that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and reward variables on reseller performance.
