Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan online consumer review terhadap keputusan membeli konsumen dikalangan remaja di kota Makassar pada aplikasi belanja onIine shopee . Pengumpulan data primer yang diperoleh dengan kuisioner dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi merupakan kalangan remaja di Kota Makassar yang menggunakan aplikasi belanja onIine Shopee dan telah melakukan pembeIian pada apIikasi tersebut, yang jumlahnya tidak dapat di identifikasi atau diketahui (un-identified). Sedangkan sampel yang diambiI dengan sampling incidental sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dari kusioner tersebut melewati uji vailditas dan reability dan telah diuji asumsi klasik yaitu Normalitas, Autokolerasi, Multikoleniaritas, Heterokedasitas, dan Linearitas. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode anaIisis dan pengujian dengan aplikasi SPSS 26. Temuan peneIitian mendukung hipotesis pertama, yang berpendapat bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembeIian, online consumer review memiliki pengaruh positif.dan signifikan.terhadap.keputusan.pembelian.serta harga dan onIine consumer review sama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: harga; online consumer review; keputusan pembelian. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and online consumer reviews on consumer buying decisions among teenagers in Makassar in the online shopping application Shopee. Primary data collection was obtained by using a questionnaire with a cross sectional design. The population is teenagers in Makassar City who use the Shopee online shopping application and have made purchases on the application, the number of which cannot be identified or known (un-identified). While the samples taken by incidental sampling were 100 respondents. The results of the questionnaire passed the validity and reliability tests and the classical assumptions were tested, namely Normality, Autocorrelation, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Linearity. Multiple linear regression was used as a method of analysis and testing with SPSS 26 application. The research findings support the first hypothesis, which argues that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, online consumer reviews have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions and prices. and online consumer reviews both have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.. Abstract

The purpose of this study is, to analyze conceptually and generic strategy theory whichincludes differentiation strategies, low cost strategies and focus strategies in the banking industry inIndonesia. The influence of structure in generic strategy analysis on the banking industry in Indonesiais very varied. This analysis requires a comprehensive approach and requires an integrated approach.Generic strategy analysis provides an overview problems faced in measuring and evaluating theinternal conditions faced by the company, especially service sector companies namely the bankingindustry with regard to products, costs and focus on running a business. This research can alsodetermine the extent of the bank's actions to win the competition, and provide appropriate conditionsto achieve the company's goals.

Abstract

Abstract : The type of research used is descriptive esplanatory survey (explanation) analysis using a quantitative approach and processing the data so that it is tangible in number data, the population in this study namely all employees of the Makassar City Cooperatives and SMEs Service amounted 48 respondents. The sampling technique is by using saturated sampling (total sample). Analysis of the data used in testing the hypothesis, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The partial test results on path coefficients show that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance, while organizational culture and compensation have no significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on satisfaction, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational communication on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment and moderated by motivation at PT. Bank Sulawesi Selatan (Sulselbar). The research sample uses 100 employees and uses path analysis. This study shows that organizational communication encourages employee performance, and communication mediated by commitment shows a higher impact on performance. The performance will also get better when moderated by motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether job rotation and career development can increase employee motivation at Panin Bank Makassar Branch. This type of research is a research using a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study totaling 71 employees using a simple random technique. Data collection method which is used is by distributing questionnaires. Data processing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 software for windows. The results of this study indicate that partially Job Rotation has no effect on Employee Motivation, Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Motivation Employees and simultaneous testing shows that, Job Rotation and Development Career positive and significant influence on Employee Motivation.

Abstract

   Pacellekang Village is located in Pattalassang District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The majority of the people in Pacellekang Village make a living as garden farmers, livestock, freshwater crayfish cultivation and daily laborers. The community's main plantation products are cassava and corn. In addition, other sources of income include chicken farming and freshwater crayfish cultivation. Several observations we made in Pacellekang Village so we chose to use freshwater lobster shell waste to increase the value of the product by processing it into wall hanging souvenirs so that it becomes a valuable value and can create jobs in the area. Another benefit of this activity is that the people in Pacellekang Village can be more creative and productive in the post-Covid-19 pandemic recovery era. In the implementation of making Lobster shell waste souvenirs through the stage of training activities to the community on how to make wall hanging souvenirs from freshwater lobster shell waste.

Abstract

Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS Versi 26. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode perhitungan statistik untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung data-data dari pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa., sedangkan dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether information technology can affect profitability at PT BPR Sulawesi Dana Jaya Makassar Branch. This type of research is research using a quantitative approach with survey methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 31 employees using a random technique. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires. Data processing uses simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 26 software. The results of this study state that information technology has no effect on profitability. This is because information technology in its effect on profitability in a financial institution is a must to increase profits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training online learning on performance mediated by the work motivation of teachers at the Gamaliel School Makassar.The sample in this study using a saturated sample was 52 teachers. The research results show that: (1) Job training has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation. (2) Online learning has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher work motivation. (3) Job training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (4). Online learning has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance. (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (6) Job training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance mediated by teacher work motivation. (7) Online learning has no effect on teacher performance mediated by work motivation. with job training, online learning systems and work motivation, it must be consistently carried out as part of increasing the ability of teachers which will improve the quality of performance and the quality of service in schools.

Abstract

Lembaga Keuangan (Koperasi) merupakan salah satu pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan. Koperasi mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting bagi semua kalangan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan. Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Makassar serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis budaya organiasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah esplanatory survey (penjelasan) yang bersifat analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif dan populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai pada kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 48 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh (total sample). Hasil pengujian parsial menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
