Abstract

This study entitled "The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Department of Water Resources, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of North Sumatra Province". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Department of Water Resources, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of North Sumatra Province”. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 59 employees at the Department of Water Resources, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning, North Sumatra Province, using a saturated sample of 59 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 5.838 + 205X1 + 354X2 + e. Partial test results (t) were obtained for 2.614 for work motivation and 4.606 for work discipline. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous F test were obtained at 49,025. And the results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 63.6%, so it can be concluded that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Resources, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of North Sumatra Province and the remaining 36, 4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and brand trust on consumer satisfaction of Emina's cosmetic products on Emina consumers in Tanjung Morawa Village A Dusun II Deli Serdang Regency. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The population were 80 respondents in which the entire population was sampled with a sampling technique by using a saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, get the simultaneous test (f test) of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the variables of product quality and brand trust had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, it was seen from the value of fobserved (204.580) > ftable (3.12) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. With an R square value of 0.842. This means that the effect of variable X1 and variable X2 on variable Y is 84.2%, while the remaining 15.8% is affected by other variables.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of product innovation and business competition simultaneously on the development of MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan Amplas District. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Harjosari I Medan Amplas Village as many as 62 MSMEs. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Since the number of MSMEs in Harjosari I Medan Amplas Village is 62 MSMEs (less than 100 people), all MSMEs are taken as objects of research. The place of this research was conducted on Jl. Sisingamangaraja, Jl. Garu I to Garu VIII, Harjosari I Village, Medan Sandpaper. The time of this research starts in October 2021 until March 2022. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of the research with a partial test that Product Innovation has a t value of 4.714 > 1.6698, so it can be concluded that the Product Innovation variable has a positive and significant impact on the development of MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan Amplas District. Business Competition has a t-count value of 3.704 > 1.6698, so it can be concluded that Business Competition has a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan Amplas District. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) that jointly Product Innovation and Business Competition have a positive and significant impact on the development of MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan Amplas District with a value of F count > F Table (41.430 > 3.15). The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that Product Innovation and Business Competition have an influence on the development of MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan Amplas District with a value of 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study. this

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance before and after the acquisition. The financial performance is measured through financial ratios using the analysis of the current ratio, debt equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on equity, and earnings per share. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis method used in this study is the Wilcoxon's signed rank test. The results of the Wilcoxon's signed rank test showed that all variables in the 2 years before and 5 years after the acquisition had an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value greater than the predetermined significance value (> 0.05). Where the variable current ratio, return on equity, debt equity ratio, earnings per share has an Asymp.Sig value of 0.180 and the total asset turnover variable has a value of 0.655. The company's financial performance did not experience a significant difference before and after the acquisition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Haji Makassar yang beralamat di Jalan Daeng Ngeppe No.14 Kel. Jongaya Kec. Tamalate. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisi data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Haji Makassar.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Environment on Job Satisfaction Employees at the Office of the Housing, Settlement and Land Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction employees at the housing, residential and land office of South Sulawesi province . The types of data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data by distributing questions or statements to respondents. The number of respondents used is 54 people. The method used in processing the data is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and t test so that the research results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.at the Office of the Housing, Settlement and Land Office of South Sulawesi Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation management on employee performance in the food and beverage industry in Makassar. From this study found that there is a significant influence between compensation management on the performance of employees of the food and beverage industry in Makassar City. With the calculated F value of 19.116 and R square of 0.165. This study found that management and employees must be able to implement an effective compensation policy that can be mutually beneficial. This finding proves that there is a significant relationship between compensation management and employee performance, where employee performance depends on planning, implementing and controlling effective compensation management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on students of the Faculty of Economics, Pejuang University of the Republic of Indonesia. This study found that there was a positive and significant effect between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions in students. With the formulation of the linear equation Y = 2.272 + 0.483 X1.R square is 0.197 which means that the students' intention to become entrepreneurs is influenced by entrepreneurship education by 19.7%. This study concludes that entrepreneurship education is able to convey the required knowledge and provide skills that are able to change students' intentions to become entrepreneurs into entrepreneurial activities. Although entrepreneurship education is not an absolute thing that leads to entrepreneurial intentions, this entrepreneurship education has its own way of motivating students to start entrepreneurial businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Makassar (Persero) either partially or simultaneously. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The sample used as many as 75 respondents in the company. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, the F-Test and T-Test are used. The results of hypothesis testing show that; 1) Simultaneously, work ability has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Makassar (Persero). 2) The variable of work ability that has a dominant effect on work performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Makassar (Persero).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of covid-19 on compensation. The effect of covid-19 on organizational commitment. The effect of covid-19 on job satisfaction. The influence of covid-19 on lecturer performance. The effect of compensation on organizational commitment. The effect of compensation on job satisfaction. The effect of compensation on lecturer performance. The effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. This research is explanatory research with survey method. This research was conducted at Fajar University and Nitro Finance College in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. The research sample is 112 lecturers. Proportionate stratified random sampling was taken because the sample was stratified by using a questionnaire. Partial lies square (PLS) data analysis. The results of the study found that five hypotheses had a significant effect and three hypotheses had no significant effect, namely Covid-19 on job satisfaction. Compensation for job satisfaction. Compensation for lecturer performance.
