Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan dengan lama usaha sebagai variabel moderasi pada UMKM di Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 pelaku UMKM dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Sumber data menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner kepada pelaku UMKM di Kota Gorontalo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Namun lama usaha tidak mempu berperan dalam memoderasi modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Jenneponto Regency This study found that there was a positive and significant effect of commitment and work discipline on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Jenneponto Regency, with the formulation of the linear equation Y = 3.544+0.356X1+0.590X2. R square of 0.910 which means that employee performance is influenced by commitment and work discipline by 91%. From this research, the researcher concludes that the variables of commitment and work discipline must be considered and improved to produce good productivity or employee performance so that organizational goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment to hotel employees in Ambon City. The sample for this study was several different hotel employees in Ambon City totaling 60 people. This study uses a correlation test to determine the level of closeness of the relationship between emotional intelligence variables and organizational commitment, where organizational commitment is divided into three parts, namely affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment. This study found that emotional intelligence had a significant effect on affective commitment and continuance commitment, and emotional intelligence had no significant effect on normative commitment. From this study, the researcher recommends that the factor of emotional intelligence be included in the selection and recruitment standards for hotel employees in Ambon City at all levels

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human relations on work ethic inmanufacturing companies in the city of Makassar both partially and simultaneously. This research is an explanatory research using quantitative approaches and data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The total population in this study was 135 people with a sampling technique using simple random sampling where the number of populations was sampled regardless of the criteria of the entire population with a total sample of 135 people. Hypothesis testing using SPSS tools. The results showed that the relationship between people had a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees at the Manufacturing Company in Makassar City.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji karakteristik seleksi tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan efektivitas.Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel di Makassar dengan jumlah sampel yang dapat dijadikan responden sebanyak 75 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Statistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linear. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and skills on employee performance at PT. Graha Informatika Nusantara Tap Ajamu Labuhan Batu. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, aiming to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Graha Informatika Nusantara Tap Ajamu Labuhan Batu as many as 60 employees. The sample in this study were 60 employees of PT. Graha Informatika Nusantara Tap Ajamu Labuhan Batu. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The suitability test using the t test and F test was conducted to test the effect partially and simultaneously between the independent variable and the dependent variable with the assumption that other variables are considered constant. Based on the results of the partial test, it is known that the Knowledge (X1) and Skills (X2) variables have an influence on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results of the F test, the calculated f value is 32.743 with a sig level of 0.000, therefore the sig value is 0.000 > 0.05 and the calculated F value is 32.743 > F table 3.16. This shows that Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the independent variables X1, and X2 are independent. simultaneous positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Y. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination the value of Adjusted R square is 0.518. This means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is 51.8%, while the remaining 0.482 or 48.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty in Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop Jl Jenderal Abdul Haris No 31 BC Medan Johor". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of brand image on customer loyalty at Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop Jl Jenderal Abdul Haris No 31 BC Medan Johor. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 3400 customers/month. At Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop, using the slovin formula with the acquisition of a sample of 97 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 8,537 + 748X+ e. The results obtained in this study indicate a t-count value of 11.139 so it can be concluded that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop Jl. Jenderal Abdul Haris No. 31 BC Medan Johor, while the coefficient of determination test value is 0.556 which indicates 56.6% of the brand image variables can explain its effect on customer loyalty and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintahan Kota Makassa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintahan kota makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dan analisis linear berganda yang hasilnya Y=0,800 + 0,499X1 + 0,487X2 ,koefisien determinasi yang hasilnya Adjusted R Square 0,450 atau 45,0%, dan korelasi (r) sebesar 0,671 atau 67,1% yang berarti dalam kriteria kuat. Hasil perhitungan regresi berganda diperoleh nilai F-hitung lebih besar dari pada F-tabel (13,076 > 3,28) pada taraf nyata 5%. Selanjutnya, hasil uji-t terhadap variabel kepemimpinan diperoleh nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (3,253 > 1,69389). Sementara variabel motivasi menghasilkan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,454 > 1,69389) sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan maupun motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. oleh karena itu hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima.

This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The population in this study was 350 people with a sampling technique using simple random sampling where the population was sampled without looking at the criteria of the entire population with a sample of 350 people. Hypothesis testing using SPSS tools. The results showed that the condition of the physical environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Sinar Sulawesi in Makassar City.

Abstract

Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS Versi 26. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode perhitungan statistik untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung data-data dari pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa., sedangkan dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa.
