Abstract

The Aceh-Indonesian dictionary can be used as a starting point for learning the Acehnese language. A dictionary is usually synonymous with a book, which sometimes presents difficulties when carrying it anywhere. Now, as technology develops, dictionaries can be made via an Android application, which makes it easy for users to bring dictionaries anywhere. This Aceh-Indonesian Dictionary application was created using the Java programming language and SQlite as a database storage medium based on the results of the average value acquired. The Likert Scale Questionnaire stated that 63% of users agreed that the Aceh-Indonesian Dictionary application was useful for learning Acehnese vocabulary. -Indonesia

Abstract

The development of technology and information has impacted organizations, both private and government agencies. The Office of Communication and Informatics of the City of Pematangsiantar is one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) with the main task of implementing government affairs in communication and informatics. This research was conducted to find out whether the existing information technology at the Communication and Informatics Office of Pematangsiantar City was running optimally. This study analyzes the capability level (Capability Level) of Information Technology Management in the Pematangsiantar City Communication and Informatics Office using the COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) 2019 Domain DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) framework which focuses on providing support information technology operational services. The data collection methods used are observation and questionnaire methods. Based on data collection through questionnaires from 10 respondents, the average Capability Level Domain DSS result was 3.00 Defined Process, which means that the management of agency information technology uses clearly defined organizational assets and procedures, the process of achieving its goals is now much more organized

Abstract

Work that requires high accuracy and must be done repeatedly is work that must be completed using a computer. This work will certainly be very difficult to complete if you only rely on human power which has weaknesses in terms of memory and speed. Currently, many agencies and companies are aggressively implementing computerized technology to support good management, one of which is a hospital. In addition to patient data management and other important data, cases of nurse recruitment are also things that need to be considered to be resolved by the computer. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system using a weighted product model to calculate alternative rankings. The results obtained are that the weighted product method can be used to calculate the ranking of prospective nurses through 12 specified criteria, where from several applicants, 3 prospective nurses with the highest rank are taken. The decision support system application in this study was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages with the CodeIgniter framework

Abstract

The current industrial revolution is marked by the emergence of various computer-based devices with certain specifications to be used to complete certain jobs. This device was born from the development of computers, which were originally devices used to complete simple calculations, with large sizes and required high development costs. Gradually through various studies, a new computer technology was born which has a small size, low power consumption, low development costs and has a much more optimal and intelligent performance. One of the technologies in question is the home security system developed in this study. This system can operate with 4 units of AA batteries connected to the microcontroller and android smartphone. The system built is able to solve the problems that exist in conventional door security systems that use physical locks with the following weaknesses: 1) Physical locks that are easily damaged; 2) Keys are easy to lose; 3) Limited keys, because door lock manufacturers only provide 3-4 spare keys, which means one set of keys can only be used by 3-4 users; 4) Security is not guaranteed, because currently physical keys can be easily duplicated by locksmiths on the market today. The results of this study are the development of a prototype home security system using an Android smartphone and a microcontroller. The user only needs to access the system via an Android smartphone, then the system will authorize the user, if the user is an authorized user, the system will forward the command to the relay to deactivate the selenoid door lock. The built system also has an alarm feature that is generated by a buzzer when an entry attempt is made by an unregistered device

Abstract

Islamic education is a process of directing human development (ri'ayah) in terms of body, mind, language, behavior and social and religious life directed towards goodness towards perfection, with the existence of Islamic education in the world of education will train students' feelings in such a way that in their life attitudes actions, decisions and approaches to all types of knowledge are influenced by Islamic ethical values. Multimedia allows computer users to get output in a much richer form than conventional table and graph media. Multimedia-based learning media is a tool or intermediary that is useful to facilitate the teaching and learning process, in order to streamline communication between teachers and students. This is very helpful for teachers in teaching and makes it easier for students to receive and understand lessons. This process requires teachers who are able to harmonize between learning media and multimedia-based learning methods.

Abstract

Very commonly found in chili plants, but the problem is whether the pest or disease causes significant losses or not. To find out what type of attack occurs on chili plants, sometimes farmers lack knowledge in the field of information on pests and diseases so that there are times when the treatment is not in accordance with the type of attack so the disease continues to spread to other plants. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySql so that it can assist farmers in diagnosing the disease that is attacked. The application of an expert system in making decisions uses a forward chaining inference engine (forward reasoning) where cases are traced at the initial state so that goals will be found for the final results of diagnosing chili plant diseases. The results of the implementation of the system, namely the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by farmers and the results of this process the system will provide information on what diseases attack plants and solutions for handling them

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) is a non-ministerial government agency charged with the task of ensuring the availability of data for use by both the government and the public. The data collection process carried out at Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) was carried out using various methods, one of which was a survey which involved collecting all existing sample data. The data collection process certainly requires more effort. Therefore, Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) uses partner services for the data collection process. Partners of Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) are members of the public who were recruited through a lengthy recruitment process starting from file selection, written tests to interviews. In the partner recruitment process, problems often occur due to several reasons, ranging from the length of the selection process, the crowd of applicants to the emergence of subjective judgments. Based on these problems, the authors try to develop a decision support system-based recruitment system to provide partner recommendations using the SMART calculation model. The results obtained are that the system built can be used for criteria and alternatives according to needs with the partner recruitment process at Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) of Bireuen Regency. The system built can rank 12 alternatives against 6 criteria according to weights that can be determined according to needs

Abstract

The application of information technology is one of the advantages of processing Islamic boarding school information systems. It significantly impacts making Islamic boarding school information along with the intended Islamic boarding school location and location. The problem that occurs is that many systems in institutions or agencies initially collect data manually in detail about the profile of the Islamic boarding school and its location, making it an obstacle for the community in determining the choice of an Islamic boarding school. The aim is to make it easier to manage data and prepare a Geographic Information System for data. The research objective is to make it easier for the dayah to collect data and make it easier for the community to process Geographic Information Systems for the dayah. This research was developed on a GIS basis and in location processing by converting the files into Geo JSON and Leaflet JS formats to visualize the mapping of the intended dayah locations. Testing the system application menu is done with the black box testing model. The results of this study can facilitate the dayah in managing the power information system and the accuracy in knowing the location of the dayah information. The results of testing the dayah application menu following the results of 100% according to the test results on a running web application by displaying 100% results with the appearance of the appropriate information system application and mapper

Abstract

Today's technological growth is very rapid, companies continue to develop in technological innovation in their products. At the same time, it is necessary to increase adequate energy such as electric power, chemical power, and renewable alternative fuels to replace diesel oil, namely Biodiesel. As of January 2020, the government has implemented a fuel mixture for the transportation sector containing 30% biodiesel in diesel oil. There are many types of biodiesel processing technologies, including non-catalyst technology. This technology only requires raw materials in the form of oil and methanol, without using a catalyst. The use of methanol in the form of superheated vapor in a non-catalyzed response requires equipment that can replace liquid methanol into superheated methanol vapor. The conversion of methanol to superheated methanol in this research was carried out using a methanol preheater based on a design from previous research using the ChemCAD application. namely heating methanol indirectly through a heating fluid in the form of Mobiltherm 605 thermal oil. With mobiltherm hot at a temperature of 50ºC, the pump performance results are obtained with Capacity (Q) 0.0003 m^3/s, Head (H) 0.019 m, Power hydraulic (N_h) 119 watts, and efficiency (η) 95.2%. The greater the value of the density of the fluid, the greater the power used. In the case of Mobiltherm, which has a different fluid viscosity from water, the hydraulic power and efficiency obtained are also high. The mobiltherm 605 heat transfer rate is 35% through the double pipe annulus and the methanol temperature rate through the double pipe inner pipe

Abstract

The improvement in the quality and quality of service is also very large driven by the availability of functional human resources (HR) in their respective work positions or on their respective job lists. Bireuen Regency. Considering that recently there have been very rapid growth of several other health service institutions/agencies in Bireuen District, so the quality of human resources must be given great attention. Selection of new employees at the Bireuen Medical Center (BMC) hospital is carried out manually by examining administrative files and giving an assessment weight to each prospective employee who applies for a job position provided by the BMC Hospital. The decision support system for hiring new employees at the Bireuen Medical Center (BMC) Hospital in Bireuen Regency is a system that can provide decisions based on ranking results that have been calculated using the promethee method, where in a system designed by users who have the authority to make decisions, they can input data. -data on assessment criteria and parameters, then determines the assessment parameters for each alternative applicant with the weights that have been applied so that the system then provides a ranking of all alternatives to assist the user in making decisions on alternatives that will be accepted as employees at the Bireuen Medical Center hospital (BMC)
