Abstract

Currently the CPNS selection is a platform to take the civil servant candidate exam held by the government throughout Indonesia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, prospective civil servants are required to carry out an antigen swab test orPCR as one of the requirements for taking the SKD exam. With the many and strict regulations, prospective civil servantsexperience psychological problems with the exams they will face. There are 4 types of psychological disorders, namelypsychological responses to constraints and demands, physical responses, perceptual responses and physical responses.To reduce psychological disorders experienced by CPNS participants, this study uses an expert system using the certaintyfactor method. The goal is to find out the CPNS psychological condition and what solutions should be given. Therefore,to make it easier to make decisions for CPNS in taking the SKD exam, a web decision-making system is needed that willperform psychological classification of prospective examinees to obtain results from the doubts experienced by theseparticipants. The purpose of this research is to design and build an application to determine the psyche of prospectiveparticipants in determining doubts about the requirements required by the government. The method used in this study isthe Certainty Factor method. This method is a decision-making method in solving problems that occur from anopportunity or event that depends on the outcome of the incident. The data collection method was carried out in threestages, namely literature studies, field studies, and system design and implementation studies. The targeted output of thisresearch is a web decision-making system

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menerapkan pengenalan pola wajah secara digitalisasi. perkembangan teknologi dengan tujuan mempermudah sistem kerja manusia semakin banyak diaplikasikan, antara lain untuk sistem pengenalan biometrik (yang dapat dikombinasikan dengan fitur biometrik yang lain seperti sidik jari dan suara), sistem pencarian dan pengindeksan pada database citra digital dan database video digital, sistem keamanan kontrol akses area terbatas, koferensi video dan interaksi, dan interaksi manusia dengan komputer. Wajah merupakan salah satu objek visual terpenting dalam hidup kita yang memainkan peran utama dalam menyampaikan identitas yang didalamnya kaya akan informasi. Saat ini pengenalan wajah merupakan salah satu bentuk penelitian besar pada area komputer vision. Pengenalan pola wajah tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk ilmu pengetahuan tetapi juga untuk beberapa aplikasi praktis seperti autentifikasi identitas, surveillance dan security, human computer intellegent interaction serta film. Metode eigenface berfungsi untuk menghitung eigenvalue dan eigenvector yang akan digunakan sebagai fitur dalam melakukan pengenalan. Metode Euclidean distance digunakan untuk mencari jarak dengan data fitur yang telah didapat, dan jarak terkecil adalah hasilnya.

Abstract

Schools are institutions for students to carry out early stages of education that are tailored to their level. Developments that continue to show their existence have a very rapid impact, for example school institutions. Currently, there are permanent schools (pondok/pesantren) or public schools (state/private) with their respective performances. However, the tendency of parents to choose the best school according to him without paying attention to the child's growth and development first. This often occurs after the transition from elementary school to junior high school (SMP). Especially for the Aceh area, where the majority of children are directly in hostel with the hope that the child can grow optimally without reviewing the advantages and disadvantages. The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has contributed a lot to the problems experienced by society with the birth of various kinds of intelligent systems. The development of an intelligent system based on this expert system can be a solution to the problems that arise for parents now, can determine the type of school children will go to in the future. by implementing a method that is able to make decisions by providing the best solution. The purpose of this study is to build an intelligent system that is able to provide decision support in determining the type of school. By providing services to parents in the form of a web service-based interface system. As well as understanding the type of child's ability before deciding to be in a boarding school or public school, especially at the junior high school level.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi internet dan aplikasi mobile telah membawa kita selangkah lebih maju dalam penerapan teknologi di kehidupan modern. Salah satunya adalah aplikasi untuk mendapatkan barang dan jasa berupa aplikasi pemesanan makanan secara online. Selain lebih cepat dan praktis, pemesanan online juga dianggap lebih nyaman, karena menawarkan pilihan bagi konsumen untuk menulusuri menu, ulasan makanan, dan lain-lain. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode pengembangan software menggunakan metode waterfall. Dengan adanya rancangan aplikasi pemesanan makanan online berbasis web (e-del) konsumen tidak perlu dating langsung ketika ingin memesan makanan. Aplikasi ini juga membantu efektifitas waktu pekerja menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Serta dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat karena menggunakan sistem database Mysql, sehingga data dapat terhubung satu dengan yang lain.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, web, MySql, PHP

Abstract

AbstrakPenjadwalan merupakan hal yang pasti dilakukan dalam dunia pendidikan salah satunya di universitas karena perkuliahan tidak akan bisa berjalan jika jadwal kuliah belum terbentuk, perencanaan jadwal kuliah memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama dan membutuhkan ketelitian lebih dalam penyusunannya. Dengan adanya sistem penjadwalan berbasis web ini dapat mempermudah proses penjadwalan perkuliahan, dan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem berbasis web ini menggunakan metode waterfall (Air Terjun). Hasil penelitian sistem penjadwalan kuliah berbasis web ini dikatakan praktis karena mudah dalam penggunaan, dapat menyimpan data dengan cepat, mudah, dan akurat. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Web, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP).

Abstract

AbstrakBank sampah merupakan program pemerintah yg bertujuan buat mengajak masyarakat supaya dapat memilah sampah rumah tangga yang dihasilkan sekaligus membentuk kesadaran warga  buat mengurangi produksi sampah tempat tinggal  tangga. Sampah adalah limbah industry yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat pada kegiatan sehari-hari. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara penyumbang sampah terbanyak, akibatnya permasalah sampah ini menjadi ancaman bagi masyarakat. oleh karena itu dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan  buat menangani permasalah sampah yang terjadi di perlukan perangkat lunak bank sampah berbasis web buat mengelola penukaran sampah secara teroganisir sehingga bisa menumbuhkan semangat rakyat pada memilah sampah serta berlomba-lomba buat menjadi nasabah di bank sampah. Abstract

ABSTRACTCareer is a person's progress in a job that is obtained through training or work experience during his life. The stages in a career start from knowing the type of job you are interested in based on your expertise, so there is a reference for finding the job you want. After knowing the job you want, the next step is to stay focused and deepen your skills in that field, so you can master the job you're looking for. Based on these stages, a system is needed that can recommend careers that can assist students in determining careers that match their potential based on their academic grades. In this study, the K-Means algorithm was used to analyze the problem. This study designed a k-means algorithm analysis system for career suitability recommendations for web-based students using HTML, PHP, CSS and XAMPP programming languages. The method used in this study is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. This research is able to provide career recommendations for students using the k-means clustering algorithm for three types of careers, namely Web Engineer, Programmer and Software Engineering. Abstract

Very commonly found in chili plants, but the problem is whether the pest or disease causes significant losses or not. To find out what type of attack occurs on chili plants, sometimes farmers lack knowledge in the field of information on pests and diseases so that there are times when the treatment is not in accordance with the type of attack so the disease continues to spread to other plants. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySql so that it can assist farmers in diagnosing the disease that is attacked. The application of an expert system in making decisions uses a forward chaining inference engine (forward reasoning) where cases are traced at the initial state so that goals will be found for the final results of diagnosing chili plant diseases. The results of the implementation of the system, namely the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by farmers and the results of this process the system will provide information on what diseases attack plants and solutions for handling them

Abstract

Pond water quality is the main factor for the survival and productivity of shrimp farming. Physical parameters such as temperature, salinity and water turbidity are the main indicators of pond water quality. Poor water quality can reduce appetite, growth rate, and increase the risk of disease in shrimp. To overcome this problem, an effective monitoring and control system is needed. The method used in implementing this community service activity covering observation, design and socialization of the use of IoT-based automatic water content control devices. The results showed that the device is effective in helping fishermen controlling water levels automatically, increasing efficiency and effectiveness. The technology used includes the Arduino Uno microcontroller, ultrasonic sensor, RTC, LCD, relay module, motor driver, and DC motor. This activity is expected to provide new knowledge for fishermen in increasing shrimp productivity and quality through automatic control of pond water.

Abstract

Bawang putih merupakan jenis tanaman yang biasa ditanam di dataran tinggi tropis yang sangat sensitif terhadap cekaman kekeringan. Kekurangan air dapat menyebabkan pembentukan umbi terhambat sehingga akan mengurangi hasil poduksi. Penelitian iini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah perangkat yang mampu mengotomatisasi proses penyiraman tanaman bawang putih . Proses penyiraman bawang putih secara manual memakan waktu yang signifikan karena harus dikerjakan secara individual untuk setiap pohon. Perangkat ini dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat dengan memudahkan pekerjaan manusia dalam menyirami bawang putih. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D). Perangkat ini dilengkapi dengan sensor kelembaban tanah yang berperan sebagai pengecek tingkat kelembaban dan mengirim instruksi kepada Arduino Uno untuk mengaktifkan driver relay, sehingga pompa air untuk melakukan penyiraman otomatis sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini meliputi perancangan, serta implementasi komponen-komponen sistem, termasuk penggunaan Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali dan driver relay untuk mengatur aktivitas pompa air. Data dari penelitian memastikan bahwa perangkat yang dibuat berfungsi secara efektif, di mana relay akan beroperasi dan mengaktifkan pompa ketika tingkat kelembaban tanah di bawah 40%. Sebaliknya, relay akan berhenti beroperasi ketika kelembaban tanah mencapai lebih dari 40%. Agar dapat berproduksi optimal bawang putih memerlukan volume dan interval penyiraman yang tepat.
