One of the community library gardens is the smart stock community public library in Deli Serdang, Medan City. This research is to find out how the reading community in the reading garden community, the smart stock community, the city of Deli Serdang in triggering interest in reading. This research applies qualitative research procedures through descriptive and investigative approaches, questions and answers, and documentation as a technique for gathering materials. The findings of this study indicate that TBM Saham Pinang will function as a source of community education and is expected to be of benefit to the community. The increasing number of visitors to TBM shows interest. reading that grew among those who lived around. There are official and repeated visits. Behavior to monitor information is said to be someone's action to find information in certain ways because some people will have several ways to access information, including for students in SMK. Efforts made to obtain information can be done in two ways, namely by manual method or by digitizing. The method that can be carried out by researchers is a type of library research research method using previous information to increase the relevance of the titles that the authors have chosen. The results showed that the efforts to meet the information needs were carried out by SMK students in two ways, namely by using the internet and by visiting the library manually. A community reading garden is a place dedicated to the community and is usually run by the community itself and the government. The presence of a community reading garden around the house is meant to spark an interest in reading. Taman Bacaan Masyarakat itself is a kind of public library. The existence of a community reading garden in the midst of the community is intended to increase public interest in reading in general and is used as an informal means of education. This study aims to apply the strategy of developing children's reading interest through the reading collection of Kampung Nelayan Reading Center. This research method uses qualitative research method based on the collected information. The results of this study indicate that the book collection of the floating library in the fishing village has a total of 400 books donated by the Padang city government and donors. The collection is a collection provided by the director of Kampung Nelayan Reading Center. Introducing children to a love of reading is not easy, especially when children don't learn to read from birth. Keywords: Children's Reading Collection Material, Community Reading Gardens

YouTube is a popular social media medium of information and entertainment, and the increase of YouTube users is increasing every year. The GMMTV OFFICIAL YouTube Channel is one of the channels favored by individuals to find shows in the form of drama series, game shows, and variety shows. This study aims to determine the effect of the GMMTV OFFICIAL YouTube Channel on interest in learning Thai. This study uses new media theory with quantitative research methods through questionnaire data collection techniques with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the GMMTV OFFICIAL YouTube Channel shows interest in learning Thai language with a coefficient of determination of 49.3% and the rest is caused by other reasons. Through the results of research that has been processed with SPSS 26, the interactivity of the GMMTV OFFICIAL YouTube Channel has no significantly effects an interest in learning Thai. The flexibility of the GMMTV OFFICIAL YouTube Channel has significantly effect an interest in learning Thai. Media exposure to GMMTV OFFICIAL's YouTube Channel has significantly effect an interest in learning Thai. Keywords: YouTube, Interest in learning, Thai Language

The development of digital library services must begin with the development of human resources in the library. This needs to be done because at this time the field of Information and Communication Technology has become a basic need for libraries. This article tries to describe Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube podcast production, as one of the well-known YouTubers in Indonesia, who has started to warm up the broadcasting industry again on digital platforms and has succeeded in bringing the public space back to warmth with issues of gender and sexuality in most of the themes of his podcast content. In particular, the YouTube platform operates within the scope of content creators and users are provided with a unique opportunity to engage with the creation and open reception of such video content. Each other can observe the development of issues that are becoming a trend to talk about. One of them is gender and sexuality in the podcast which influences the type of discourse circulating in society. In the podcast titled #closethedoor owned by Deddy Corbuzier, every member of society can determine their mindset in conducting literacy towards gender and sexuality politics which are increasingly visible and have various appearances in Indonesia. n the other hand, some of these shows are still considered taboo as gender and sexuality politics that support sexual deviance for some Indonesian people. In analyzing this reception about Deddy Corbizer's YouTube, the researcher tries to present various kinds of productions that have emerged along with the controversy, as well as how the performance of gender and sexuality is perceived by the Indonesian people. Next, the researcher also utilized a critical discourse analysis framework from YouTube comments to produce Deddy Corbuzier's #closethedoor content, especially shows that have tendentious issues of gender and sexuality. This paper attempts to draw conclusions about the political role of gender and sexuality as well as public space which requires recognition or rejection of gender and sexuality communities.

Social media gives previously silent masses an expressive voice in a possible participatory democracy. The majority of these are critiques of Henry Jenkins' writings, who is an advocate of web-based participatory democracy. Jenkins was attacked by Fuchs for minimizing participation to its cultural value and so disregarding the importance of ownership in determining the scope and mode of participation. A truly participatory democracy must also be a property democracy, as Fuchs demonstrates. A fully participatory culture must also have equity in ownership so that everyone has access to the means and visibility of cultural production and distribution.

Reading books for children is very important for a child's growth and development, especially when entering a formal educational environment such as elementary school. This activity aims to explore the benefits of having a literacy house, especially to improve children's learning abilities. Using participatory rural appraisal methods or techniques and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, focus group discussions and literature review. The results of the study show that the Ranggi Literacy House at the PWI Complex, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang acts as a source of learning for children, especially underprivileged children, a place for character formation, and a source of information for parents. in child care, community recreation and training facilities, even facilities for mothers to express their talents. The results of the study indicate that the availability of children's literature in the mother and child library services is quite adequate. Judging from the suitability of literature for the age level and information needs of children, it is in accordance with the availability of 3D collections for children who cannot read, and the availability of fairy tales, comics, religious books, history books, and other textbooks. The use of children's literature at the Ranggi Literacy House is quite good. This is shown by the enthusiasm of users in reading literature and utilizing the available facilities. Obstacles faced by the Ranggi Literacy House in improving the reading culture of its users: they do not yet have an audio-visual collection, even though audio-visual collections can contribute to improving children's reading culture because in reality children tend to prefer using technology and prefer to see and hear. However, in fulfillment of this, the Ranggi Literacy House also often holds watching folklore or other stories together as a form of character education for children.
