The use of computers is growing rapidly in all fields according to the progress of the times, resulting in many changes in human life in dealing with every problem that occurs and is related to the development process as a whole. One of the developments in the business sector is the Inventory System. Businesses operating in the field of drug sales still use the method of stocking goods, where when one of the stocks of a drug runs low, it will be immediately stocked. The information system that will be created for drug supplies uses the First In First Out (FIFO) method. The FIFO method means that the company will first use old/first-in stock for sales. It is hoped that this research will help leaders and employees manage drug stock transaction data efficiently.

Information is the result of processing data from one or various sources, which is then processed so that it provides value, meaning and benefits. In the modern era, the use of technology plays a very important role as a means of information and promotion, especially in the field of websites in conveying information. The activity implementation plan carried out by the institution to determine the time period for completing activities still uses estimates as a guide. These estimates result in uncertain completion times. This is of course a problem in the implementation of activities, because late completion times result in time differences with the initial planned targets. Based on these conditions, the delivery of information is felt to be less than optimal because it does not yet have a website page, so the author feels that the West Sumatra Center for Public Policy Studies (PSKP) requires an information system that is able to support activities and provide information about the institution to be more effective and efficient. Then a schedule of the activity implementation process is needed from start to finish. One method that can be used for scheduling is the critical path method (CPM). This method is part of the work network method which is oriented towards determining schedules and estimating them which are deterministic (certain). With this CPM method, all activity processes are in accordance with the initial target

Information is the result of processing data from one or more sources, which is then processed to provide value, meaning and benefits. In modern times, the use of technology plays a very important role as a means of information and promotion, especially in the field of websites in delivering information. Technological advances in the field of computers are very helpful in the current decision-making process. One method of decision support systems is profile matching. This method is used to determine the assessment in selecting daily employees to become employees. Profile matching is broadly a process of comparing individual competition in job competition so that the difference in competition (also called gap) can be known, the smaller the gap produced, the greater the weight of the value which means that there is a greater chance for employees to occupy the position. After the calculation using the Profile Matching method, the ranking value that meets the requirements is in the alternative with the name of the worker, namely Bakhtiar with a score of 4.535 and is recommended to become a permanent employee. By applying this method, it is very helpful in determining the selection of casual laborers to become permanent employees.

Multiple intelligences and learning modalities possessed by each student need to be considered by teachers. Because to maximize the learning process, both of these things are needed. However, this is often ignored by teachers. The learning process that is carried out only focuses on single intelligence and learning methods that focus on paying attention to the teacher explaining the material. This method certainly causes the learning process to be less than optimal. therefore , an expert system is needed that can help teachers and students know this. The expert system that will be processed takes knowledge from the Guidance and Counseling teacher of SMAN 15 Padang using the Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method. This expert system is processed using the Visual Basic.Net programming language, this expert system can identify 4 types of multiple intelligences, namely linguistics, mathematical logic, music and intrapersonal and also the learning modalities possessed by each student with predetermined rules. The results of the expert system can help teachers and students in improving the learning process. With this system, it can help schools, especially Guidance and Counseling teachers, in identifying the types of learning and multiple intelligences possessed by each student. So that it can develop and provide solutions for developing student abilities.

Technology is increasingly becoming a necessity that must be met, both in the world of education and in the world of business and social, especially information technology is used not only as a support but also as a primary need that can be used to provide information quickly. In accordance with what has been determined to obtain Subsidized Food, criteria are needed to determine who will be selected to receive subsidized food. The distribution of subsidized food is distributed to underprivileged or poor citizens. To assist in determining who is eligible to receive subsidized food, a decision support system is needed. One method that can be used for Decision Support Systems is by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In this study, a case will be raised, namely finding the best alternative based on predetermined criteria by using the SAW method to calculate the method in the case. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is those who are entitled to receive subsidized food based on the specified criteria. The study was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the poor. After the study was conducted, the results obtained were that there were 4 alternatives receiving Subsidized Food and the one with the highest value was alternative 5 with the name Yuhel Fentri with a value of 0.875.

Non-Cash Food Assistance is food assistance provided by the government to the poor. The assistance aims to reduce the burden of expenditure and provide better nutritional intake to the poor, the research site still makes decisions manually or checks the documents of the applicant for assistance and matches them with the criteria one by one without using an accurate system, This method is very time consuming and this results in errors so that assistance is less targeted and considered not optimal. In finding and determining decisions based on technology, many methods can be used, one of which is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This research will be built using a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is a method that is widely used in cases of criteria weighting and determining the priority of each criterion. The calculation results show that the CR value < 0.1 , so the consistency ratio is considered acceptable. This study has succeeded in meeting the need for information related to the selection of Non-Cash Food Assistance recipients, and has helped in solving problems related to the process of selecting recipients of the assistance

Technological developments are very dynamic so that the information produced is fast and accurate, starting from an office to the educational level. Management of facility maintenance data at State Senior High School 2 Sijunjung is still done manually. Determining facility maintenance work based on manual management can cause the determination of facility maintenance work to be irrelevant. To overcome this problem, a decision support system is needed that can improve the process of managing and determining facility maintenance work using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The Weighted Product (WP) method is a multi-criteria decision-making method used to solve the problem of selecting the best option from several available alternatives. Based on the results of the analysis in the process of determining facility maintenance, the researcher made manual calculations using the weighted product method where there are 5 criteria and 15 alternatives. From the results of these calculations, the researcher made a decision by looking at the ranking of the WP calculation where the art room was ranked first with a value of 0.0900. This system is expected to be able to assist schools in managing facility data that affects the determination of facility maintenance work priorities and as a basis for decision-making in determining facility maintenance work

The Inlis application at the West Sumatra Provincial Archives and Library Service is used to manage the process of borrowing and returning books carried out by each library member. With this library system, it can help librarians to find out the flow of books in and out and the delay in returns made by library members to determine the fines that must be paid by members. Based on this, the author will measure the quality of the Library Information System because in this system the level of system quality is not yet known, so as to identify the accuracy, completeness and quality of the software in the Inlis Application. The measurement method in this study is the McCall Method. The McCall Method is a software testing method that bridges the gap between users and developers that focuses on a number of software quality factors. Software quality can be interpreted as an effective process that is realized in the form of a product that can provide benefits and can be measured. The results of the study based on the McCall Method show that the quality of the Inlis Application is good with a percentage value of 72%, with the best indicator value, namely reliability with a result of 80% and the worst indicator value, namely integrity with a result of 44%.
