Abstract

up to 679 cases. Cyberbullying occurs mostly among teenagers. Various efforts have also been made to prevent and overcome cyberbullying. But from the various efforts that have been made, cyberbullying behavior still continues to occur today. Cyberbullying also occurs due to technological developments that are increasingly uncontrolled. So based on the description above, the researcher wants to know how adolescents view cyberbullying based on the concept of proper perception. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Participants in this study were adolescents aged 15-18 years and actively using social media at least 4 hours a day. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses Braun and Clarke thematic analysis. The results of this study found that the subjects assessed the behavior of vilifying, making fun of, insinuating, and spreading hoaxes about someone is what is perceived as cyberbullying behavior. In addition, subjects also have different perceptions of cyberbullying which are divided into three subject groups. Perpetrator subjects tend to have the perception that cyberbullying is fun, often justified as social sanctions, and common and understandable. The bystander subjects had interesting answers. Subjects have the perception that cyberbullying is understandable if it is intended to retaliate. So it can be said that the perpetrator and bystander subjects do not have understanding discipline. In contrast to the perception possessed by the victim Subject.

Abstract

Indonesia is a unitary state that is very rich in cultural diversity from Sabang to Merauke. Every existing culture has its own uniqueness so that it can become a tourist attraction to attract the attention of tourists, one of which is the Tatung attraction show in Singkawang City, West Kalimantan. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the Tatung culture in depth from the historical, ritual, and development aspects that have been carried out to date. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation with four informants who had links and knowledge of Tatung culture. The results of this study found that the Tatung culture is a culture that has existed from ancient times and has been continued to the present where the peak of the celebration of the Tatung culture is the fifteenth day after the Chinese New Year which is celebrated at the Cap Go Meh Festival. Tatung culture at the Cap Go Meh Festival celebration has the potential to become a tourist attraction so development efforts are being made, such as government contributions, strategy implementation, and community support, and are carried out consistently every year.

Abstract

Judging by the existence of an increasing tourism development, there are also more and more competitors in the tourism industry, especially in nature conservation tourism. In facing competition, maintaining excellence, and developing tourism objects, it is necessary to have a special strategy in marketing, because marketing has an important role in the success of a tourist destination, and to always achieve profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix (7P) on the decision to visit tourists at the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Park. The research method used is quantitative. Determination of the sample using the techniquenon-probability sampling withpurposive sampling method with the number taken is 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t test it is known that partially variableproduct (X1),place (X4), people (X5),process (X6) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit (Y), then for variablesprice (X2),promotion (X3),physical evidence (X7) has no positive and insignificant effect on the decision to visit (Y). In the F test, it was obtained that the marketing mix variable (7P) had a simultaneous effect on visiting decisions. Based on the R test2 obtained a value of 0.716. This states that as much as 71.6% of Tourist Visit Decisions are influenced by variables from the Marketing Mix (7P), while the remaining 28.4% are influenced by other variables outside the X variable.Variable conclusionproduct (X1),place (X4), people (X5),process (X6) partially has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit (Y), while for variables price (X2), promotion (X3), physical evidence (X7) partially has no positive and insignificant effect on the decision to visit (Y).

Abstract

Emerging adulthood those who are dating long distance feel insecure in their relationship and result in decreased emotional closeness which impacts on the level of loneliness. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional dependency and loneliness in emerging adulthood who are in a long-distance relationship. Emotional dependence is a persistent pattern of unmet emotional needs that are attempted to be satisfied in a way that is not adaptive to others. Loneliness occurs when emotional and social needs are not met. This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. Participants in this study consisted of 156 emerging adults aged 18-25 years who underwent long-distance courtship. The measuring instrument used was The University of California, Los Angeles Loneliness Scale Version 3 (UCLA Version 3) and Partner's Emotional Dependency Questionnaire. which has been adapted into Indonesian. Data analysis used the Pearson's product moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 27 for Mac. The results of the research data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between emotional dependence and loneliness in emerging adulthood who underwent long-distance courtship was 0.226, with a significance level of 0.004 (p>0.05). These results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship, which means that the higher the emotional dependency, the higher the loneliness of emerging adults who undergo long-distance courtship.

Abstract

Tourism is the second largest and most powerful sector in a world economic development. Indonesia is one of the developing countries in the tourism industry and has various natural and cultural beauties. Indonesia has many choices of tourist destinations, one of which is the Glodok Chinatown. The Glodok Chinatown area was once an isolation area for the Chinese ethnic community and at the same time became an economic center which has now become a tourist area with historical & cultural tourism potential. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of tourist attraction in the Glodok Chinatown area on the interest of visiting tourists as historical & cultural tourism. This study used a total sample of 100 respondents. This study uses an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests. Then there is a classic assumption test which consists of a normality test and a heteroscedasticity test. Then there is a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test which consists of a T test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that tourist attraction has an influence on tourists' interest in visiting as historical & cultural tourism in the Glodok Chinatown area.

Abstract

Experience-based tourism has replaced good-based tourism in this modern era. The accommodation industry, such as glamping, must adapt to market developments. Experiential Marketing, which creates unforgettable experiences for tourists, is needed to promote glamping. Tourists may want to visit again if they get a memorable experience. This study examines the impact of Experiential Marketing Glamping Lakeside Rancabali on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention. This study used a quantitative research method with a sample of 100 respondents who were selected using a purposive non-probability technique. The selected sample is tourists who have stayed at Glamping Lakeside Rancabali. The T test shows that Customer Satisfaction is partially affected by the Sense, Think, and Relate. Revisit Intention is partially influenced by Act, Relate, and Customer Satisfaction. The F test shows that all Experiential Marketing variables together significantly affect Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention. According to the route analysis test, Customer Satisfaction can mediate the Sense, Feel, and Think variables. According to the Determination Coefficient Test, experiential marketing has a 55.4% impact on customer satisfaction and a 69.8% impact on revisit intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of verbal abuse and self-esteem on late adolescent in Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research with a Linear Regression method. The technique that used in this research is purposive sampling that has the characteristic, namely : late adolescents aged 17-22 years, domiciled in Bekasi City. The sample of this research amounted to 120 late adolescents that living in Bekasi. The data collection method in this research used an instrument of verbal abuse scale and self-esteem scale. The result of this research indicate that there is an negative effect between verbal abuse and self-esteem, with an R² value of 0.133 (p=0.01) and there was influence value of 13,3%. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a negative effect and the opposite direction between the two variables. The more higher verbal abuse, more lowest self-esteem that would have.

Abstract

Based on data from the 2022 National Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 21.6%, where the national target for stunting prevalence in 2024 is 14%, so this study aims to observe the role of the Regional Government, especially the Regional Government of Tangerang Regency to overcome one of the national issues is child growth and development disorders or stunting that occurs in the Pantura region of Tangerang Regency. This research method uses qualitative research based on library research which consists of recording all findings regarding the research problem and behavior observations both verbally and in writing to produce descriptive data. The findings in this study can be concluded that the role of the Regional Government of Tangerang Regency in succeeding in what has become the Government's National Strategy has been going according to plan, as evidenced by the reduction in stunting rates issued by the Tangerang District Health Office in 2022 of 9,200 cases where there is a decrease in stunting rates from in 2021 there will be 16,100 cases.

Abstract

Flooding is a natural phenomenon that commonly occurs in areas with and happens all the time which result in causing loss of life and property. The village of Sirau is one such area in Banyumas Regency that frequently experiences flooding. Children are a vulnerable group during disasters. Their vulnerability is due to a limited understanding of disaster risks in their surroundings, resulting in a lack of preparedness to face disasters. Understanding disaster preparedness can reduce the negative effects of disasters. Also, recognizing the risk of disasters, raising awareness and reducing disaster risks is essential. Risk reduction can be achieved through flood disaster preparedness education in schools. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of flood disaster preparedness puzzle education on the knowledge level of students at MI (Islamic Elementary School) Fathul Ulum Sirau. The research employed a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample for this research consisted of 32 respondents. The study was conducted at MI Fathul Ulum Sirau, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency. A purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection. Data collection was done using a knowledge questionnaire sheet. This research demonstrates an increase in knowledge after the education intervention. Before education, the mean score was 19.22, with a minimum score of 14 and a maximum score of 19. After the education, the mean score increased to 22.31, with a minimum score of 22 and a maximum score of 24. The Wilcoxon test result (p-value = 0.000) is significant. It can be concluded that puzzle games effectively convey disaster preparedness knowledge to students at MI Fathul Ulum Sirau.

Abstract

Towards the 2024 election, supporters and critics of the presidential candidates have emerged, with critics using social media as a tool to communicate their criticism to the candidates through political memes as a form of their critical efforts. This research aims to examine the role of political memes as representations of critical communication on Facebook, targeting the presidential candidates in 2024. This study employs a qualitative method, adopting Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory. The research selects political memes that highlight the 2024 presidential candidates on Facebook. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and literature review. The collected meme data will be analyzed using Pierce's semiotic approach to understand how the images and texts in the memes contribute to constructing criticism towards the presidential candidates. The results of this research demonstrate that political memes serve as effective communication tools for expressing political criticism. The context conveyed by memes does not always represent the character of the criticized candidates, but they are capable of directing attention to the issues deemed important by the meme creators. The use of images and texts in the construction of criticism in memes plays a significant role in shaping the interpretation by the audience. This interpretation is also influenced by the audience's knowledge of the presented meme context.
