Abstract

Low competitiveness is one of the obstacles to improving the performance of MSMEs. One of the factors that cause this is the lack of access for MSMEs to financial institution facilities. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of MSMEs seen from the accessibility factor to financial facilities provided by various financial institutions in Tasikmalaya City. The study used a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis used the PLS Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The sample consisted of 100 SMEs in the creative economy sub-sector through the random sampling method. The analysis technique uses a path analysis model to see the causal relationship between variables, either directly or indirectly. Data were obtained through direct interviews with SMEs using closed questionnaires. The results show that management administration has a direct or indirect effect on financial performance. The management of administration is important to improve accessibility to the financial performance of MSMEs. Guidance for MSMEs is needed to ensure that loans can be utilized optimally for business development.

Abstract

Lately, consumers are increasingly aware of their purchase behaviors in modern times. They are cognizant of the fact that their consumption habits may have a detrimental effect on environmental sustainability. Marketers have made numerous efforts to develop environmentally friendly products for their customers. This, however, results in a boomerang effect, where customers develop a negative attitude towards the process and label it as greenwashing. Aimed to fill in the knowledge and research object gaps regarding this issue, specifically in Medan, this research assessed how environmental attitude toward green purchasing behavior is influenced by numerous antecedents, including interpersonal influence, altruism, and environmental knowledge. Structural Equation Modelling analysis is employed to assess the relationship between variables. This research indicates that altruism and environmental knowledge have a positive effect on environmental attitude, and that environmental attitude has a positive effect on green purchasing behavior. However, interpersonal influence has a negative effect on environmental attitudes. This shows that marketers should consider these variables when developing an effective campaign capable of eliciting a positive attitude about the environment among the population.

The purpose of this study is to understand the adoption of Video Learning SOPs in financial sector using UTAUT. The study is quantitative research with availability sampling. 1077 respondents gathered using online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial-Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Perceived interactivity was included as additional factors and the moderation of Age also analyzed. The results showed that there was significant relation between Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Perceived Interactivity with Behavioral Intention to use Video Learning SOPs whereas Perceived Interactivity and Performance Expectancy also significantly impact it. It also revealed that there was positive but insignificant moderating effect of Age on the Behavioral Intention to use Video Learning SOPs. This research is among the first that reveals significant factors that impacting the adoption of Video Learning SOPs in a highly regulated industry.

Abstract

Jambur is a public meeting building in the Karo Batak tribe, or just called Karo, which has a robust kinship system and can see it from the architecture of the traditional building. Even in realizing the building by using the community's approach, it becomes an empowering process for all procedures. We see that deliberation for consensus is not something impossible which is not just lip service. The principles of genuine and open democracy took place, but that only happened in the past, maybe. Because it turns out that we build no longer with the heart and character but with an approach that is often consumptive and hedonistic, this has become a very extreme and blind problem. We see it in terms of personal character development and Karo community both in Jakarta, Medan, including cities in Tanah Karo such as Kaban-Jahe and Berastagi, and others. Is there any concern or equity for vulnerable or marginalized communities in the design and planning process? Let us build it together. Nothing is impossible. Can the regional action plan be developed regarding the accessibility of physical buildings such as jambur or public meeting buildings? Can it be implemented? Furthermore, is it compatible with the National Action Plan for Persons with Disabilities? So that everything can be well coordinated.

Robologee is a sub-unit of PT. Bangun Satya Wacana is part of Kompas Gramedia which is focused in Education section for ages 7 to 12 years. Robologee is a diversification of the existing sub-units in PT. Bangun Satya Wacana. Robologee has branches located at Gramedia World so it is expected that it will have an impact on Gramedia traffic. Currently, Robologee is transforming in order to integrate data that will be stored in the cloud by Amazon Web Service. The goal of this project is that data can be accessed by various users and stored in one platform. In the analysis of the digital transformation project, 15 respondents have been determined who are parents as external customers. Based on the indicators used in DMM. It was found that Robologee's current condition is at the Advancing level. Based on the Roadmap this project is implemented for 1 year and consists of four stages. In the Budgeting analysis, Robologee has payback period of 1.7 years with an IRR of 7.512% greater than the expected return of 5% by the company.
