Abstract

Di era digital, pola komunikasi kita telah berubah drastis. Interaksi tatap muka berkurang, digantikan komunikasi digital melalui media sosial, pesan instan, dan platform online lainnya. Kemudahan akses informasi dan kecepatan komunikasi memang membawa banyak manfaat, namun di sisi lain, pola komunikasi ini juga membawa dampak negatif terhadap attention span atau rentang fokus kita. Pada artikel ini akan dijelaskan dampak dari Attention span terhadap pola komunikasi melalu beberapa gejalanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada artikel ini ialah metode literature review atau tinjauan pustaka, yang mana peneliti akan mengumpulkan sumber bacaan yang telah ada dan sesuai dengan topik yang diteliti, kemudian dilakukan analisis dari sumber yang telah dikumpulkannya.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika attention span yang berada dalam anak yang hiperaktif memunculkan banyak tantangan dalam berkomunikasi dengan mereka. Untuk menghadapinya, diperlukan tingkat kesabaran dan menumbuhkan komunikasi secara baik dan jelas. Akibat dari ketergantungan dalam pemakaian smartphone secara berlebihan, kegiatan multitasking sosial media, dan juga adanya gangguan hiperaktif membuat seseorang kehilangan fokusnya, sehingga dapat mengganggu komunikasi hingga kesehatan fisik dan mental.

Abstract

Setiap adanya organisasi, tentu saja hal utama yang diperlukan adalah sebuah komunikasi, Komunikasi dalam organisasi merupakan elemen penting untuk segala aspek operasional. Komunikasi dalam organisasi bukan hanya berguna dalam menyampaikan informasi dan koordinasi, namun juga sebagai penguatan hubungan anggota organisasi satu sama lain. Efektifnya komunikasi mencakup banyak aspek; kejelasan, keterbukaan, dan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi memerlukan pertukaran informasi yang lancar dan kolaborasi antara semua pihak yang terlibat dikarenakan keputusan yang diambil harus didasarkan pada informasi yang akurat dan relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana dinamika komunikasi dalam organisasi mempengaruhi interaksi antara para pemimpin dan anggota staf serta bagaimana hal ini mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan. Studi ini menggunakan cara metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Peneliti memilih pendekatan studi literatur karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi dari berbagai sumber yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif, yang mencakup kejelasan, keterbukaan, dan umpan balik konstruktif, dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan, kepercayaan, dan kolaborasi dalam tim, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi??.

Abstract

Children with special needs are often labeled as special children because in general caring for and raising children with special needs (ABK) requires different parenting and education patterns from ordinary children. This research aims to understand communication patterns between parents and children with special needs, especially children with autism. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive data analysis. Observations were carried out on a family in West Jakarta consisting of a single mother and three children, where the eldest child, 7 years old, was diagnosed with autism. This research also involved in-depth interviews with mothers as the main source. The research results show that effective communication approaches for children with special needs vary according to the child's needs and responses. Parents adopt a variety of methods, from a heart-to-heart approach to a firm but personal approach, to help their children develop better social skills and behavior. A supportive and positive environment plays an important role in the development of children with special needs, providing positive affirmations and messages that improve the child's response and mental development. On the other hand, a negative environment can have a negative impact on a child's development. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for educators, therapists and other professionals in developing more effective intervention methods for autistic children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif di era digital serta dampaknya terhadap konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, yang memungkinkan pengumpulan dan analisis informasi dari berbagai sumber yang ada seperti artikel jurnal, buku, dan laporan industri yang berkaitan dengan strategi komunikasi pemasaran di era digital. Data-data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui proses penelusuran data akademik pada Google Scholar, Consensus, dan Connected Papers. Penelusuran dilakukan dengan kata kunci seperti "strategi komunikasi pemasaran", "era digital", dan "pemasaran digital". Artikel-artikel yang telah ditemukan kemudian dievaluasi berdasarkan relevansi dan kontribusinya terhadap topik penelitian yang sedang dibahas.Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang melibatkan pemasaran konten, penggunaan media sosial, pemasaran email, optimisasi mesin pencari (SEO), dan iklan digital dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen dan loyalitas merek. Media sosial dan pemasaran konten memainkan peran kunci dalam menciptakan hubungan yang lebih dekat dengan konsumen serta memberikan respons yang cepat terhadap umpan balik mereka.

Abstract

Based on the research results, it shows that the waiting time for prescription services describes the level of efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy staff in processing prescriptions. Long waiting times can be a component that has the potential to cause patient dissatisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between waiting time for drug services and patient satisfaction at Pharmacy X in Bukittinggi. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional, correlative descriptive study design. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 75 respondents. Data collection tools use a stopwatch and questionnaires. Analysis uses the chi square test. The research results showed that the majority of respondents' waiting time for prescription services at Pharmacy The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between waiting time for drug services and patient satisfaction at Pharmacy X in Bukittinggi, with a ? value of 0.000 (<0.05). The results of this study recommend that pharmacies can strive for shorter drug prescription service times so as to increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Communication is a vital element in healthy romantic relationships. This article highlights the role of communication, common types of conflicts in romantic relationships, and effective conflict resolution techniques. The study also examines the influence of technology and attachment styles on communication in romantic relationships. This research uses a literature review method to analyze various aspects of communication in romantic relationships. The results show that effective communication can enhance relationship quality and reduce conflicts. This study provides important insights for couples in managing their relationship dynamics.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of emoticons in communication on social media with a focus on their meaning and interpretation and how their use influences the effectiveness of communication. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with a literature study approach which allows collecting and analyzing information from various existing sources. The findings of this research indicate that emoticons can increase the clarity and understanding of messages, enrich the nuances of communication, reduce ambiguity, and provide visual clues about the sender's intentions and emotions, as well as influencing the recipient's perception and response. Emoticons used appropriately can increase the effectiveness of communication and build more personal and empathetic relationships in digital interactions. In addition, emoticons have a positive impact in marketing communications by making messages more interesting and memorable. However, challenges and controversies related to their use are also found, such as variations in the interpretation of emoticons across cultures and contexts, as well as the potential for reducing professionalism in formal communication.

Abstract

This study discusses the quality of population administration services based on the Bedas Digital Services application in Margahayu District, Bandung Regency, which is considered to be suboptimal. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality from the aspects of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality based on Barnes and Vidgen's theory. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with informants from district officials, application operators, and service users. The results indicate that the application is relatively easy to access, but there are still challenges in understanding the service workflow, particularly for individuals with low digital literacy. The information in the application is relatively complete, but there are still shortcomings in data accuracy and updates. Service interaction is fairly good, but staff responses are still limited. The main obstacles are insufficient socialization, technical challenges, and low digital literacy. The subdistrict government has conducted education programs, enhanced operator capacity, and maintained the application. The study recommends improving digital literacy, optimizing application features, and implementing better feedback mechanisms.

Abstract

The recent increase in social media usage has led to changes that can lead to effective communication processes, especially in family communication patterns between parents and children. This study explores the role of WhatsApp social media in improving effective communication between parents and children in the Siagian family in Jati Melati, Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java. The communication patterns carried out by parents and children utilize WhatsApp social media as a strategic means and communication tool of choice for the family. The use of WhatsApp social media by the Siagian family from Batak Sumatra is felt to be an intensive and easy bridge between parents and children. As a research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach and through in-depth interviews with participants who still live in the same house in the Siagian family in Jati Melati, Pondok Gede, Bekasi. This qualitative study found that WhatsApp facilitates intensive interactions, strengthens relationships, and supports family coordination. The Batak cultural factor that is full of family in the Siagian family has influenced communication relationships and family dynamics in communication patterns that have been felt through the communication process. The results show that WhatsApp can be a catalyst for effective communication with the right usage strategy.
