ABDI SABHA (Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) was published by the Center for Research and Development Indonesia (CERED Indonesia) in February, June and October this year. ABDI SABHA aims to disseminate information on scientific papers related to community service activities by academics and practitioners. ABDI SABHA accepts submissions of articles written in Indonesian and English. Determination of articles to be published is carried out through a blind review process by the editorial team by paying attention to aspects such as: meeting the requirements of scientific journal publication standards and contributing articles for professional development. The editor is responsible for providing a constructive review of the articles to be published and (if deemed necessary) as well as submitting the evaluation results of the article to the author. Articles that are proposed to be published in the journal are recommended to follow the guidelines for writing articles made by the Editor.

Abstract

As a tourist village, village development is not an easy thing. There is a lot of work and obstacles faced by the village government and the people of Melung Tourism Village. One of the obstacles faced is in terms of Human Resources (HR) management. So it is very important to develop their skills so they can revive their village and benefit from it. The next problem is that the Pagubugan tourist attraction is more famous than the Melung Tourism Village, and this is a challenge in itself for the Melung Tourism Village because many tourists are more familiar with Pagubugan than the Melung tourist village and other tourist packages are not well exposed. The Melung Tourism Village Social Media account is not managed well in terms of content, both photos and videos are less interesting so that it does not make users intrigued or curious enough to come directly to the tourist attraction. The Amikom University Lecturer Team held service activities for creative digital groups with the aim of increasing promotion through visual content in the Melung Tourism Village. The training provided can increase HR knowledge regarding techniques for taking and editing photos and videos that will be published on promotional media, this can be seen from one of the advantages of promotional media which is easier to go viral and reaches a wider community so that the Melung Tourism Village can be known to the wider community and able to compete with other tourist attractions in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang diseleggarakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud). memiliki tujuan membantu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di sekolah-sekolah di daerah yang membutuhkan bantuan dalam hal literasi dan numerasi. Salah satu sekolah yang menjadi sasaran dari program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 7 adalah SD Muhammadiyah Semingin yang dimulai dari tanggal 26 Februari 2024 – 14 Juni 2024. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui pendekatakan kualitatif dan partisipatif dengan pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Hasil akhir dari implementasi program kerja mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar selama kurang lebih empat bulan masa pengugasan secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa, dapat dilihat dari perkembangan kemampuan, minat, serta motivasi belajar dari setiap individu siswa. Adapun program kerja literasi dan numerasi yaitu pada program kerja literasi mencangkup Pustaka ceria, mading, pohon literai, kata-kata baruku, pendampingan membaca permulaan, membaca nyaring, festival literasi dan numerasi. Sedangkan untuk program kerja numerasi mencangkup ular tangga numerasi dan teka-teki silang operasi hitung.

Abstract

How to increase the profits (profitability) for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is to facilitate the economic empowerment. The aim of implementing service to MSMEs in the Muhammadiyah area in Medan is to find the various problems of MSMEs which only gain profits when Muhammadiyah enterprises activities in educational schools. MSMEs tend to stagnate in terms of their profit and product levels, in addition to the minimal role of Muhammadiyah leadership in providing moral and material support (financing). The results of dedication to empowering MSMEs in the Muhammadiyah area of Medan include creating strategies including collaboration between MSMEs in the Muhammadiyah enterprises in Medan by selling products to Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. Apart from that, MSME product innovation is really needed in order to provide interest to (potential) consumers not only in the market segment within the Muhammadiyah area, but also outdoor Muhammadiyah area. The final solution in this empowerment is the concern of Muhammadiyah enterprises leaders and Muhammadiyah leadership as Muhammadiyah enterprises management towards MSMEs to provide moral and material support (providing access to financing) in the Muhammadiyah economic movement

Abstract

Corn is one of the key commodities in the agricultural sector in Boangmanalu Village, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency, North Sumatra Province. To support this important commodity, a faster shelling process is needed to achieve optimal results. However, the current shelling process relies on manual methods, leading to small quantities and waste from the corn cobs. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the quantity of corn shelling results and produce organic fertilizer, thereby minimizing waste. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of this community service activity include partners successfully using corn cob shelling and crushing machines, an increase in the quantity of shelling results, and the production of organic fertilizer.

Abstract

SIBa didirikan Juni 2023, awal pendirian SIBa terbagi menjadi 2 kelas. Kegiatan SIBa cukup baik karena mendapatkan dukungan dari Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AKB) dan tokoh masyarakat di kecamatan Sirampog. Berjalannya SIBa memiliki berbagai kendala yaitu rendahnya minat masyarakat akan pentingnya Pendidikan bagi Perempuan, serta belum terbentuknya kurikulum secara jelas karena materi lebih banyak mengenai pembentukan karakter, kesehatan keluarga, keagamaan dan materi yang lebih banyak sifatnya ceramah, sedangkan materi tentang pemberdayaan ekonomi dirasa masih kurang melihat potensi kecamatan sirampog yang mayoritas adalah petani sayuran salah satunya kentang belum bisa dimanfaatkan secara optimal dari sisi ekonomi. Tujuan pelatihan dilakukan adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang peluang dan tantangan kepada peserta pelatihan tentang wirausaha. Tahapan pelatihan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan adalah meningkatnya kamampuan peserta tentang peluang usaha di lingkungan sekitar dan tantangan berwirausaha.

Abstract

The purpose of the community service program (PKM) is to train teachers in making math teaching modules based on project-based learning (PjBL) using the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) ChatGPT. This way, math teachers in Ternate can create their own teaching modules before applying the PjBL model in the classroom. The methods used in this program are: 1) Presentation and Discussion Method : This involves explaining the goals and benefits of the activity, giving a brief explanation about the Teaching Module and AI technology, including the AI feature ChatGPT, 2) Demonstration and Training Method : This explains the steps to create a math teaching module based on PjBL with the help of AI ChatGPT. In the training, the pretest results showed that many teachers still could not make PjBL math modules. They were confused about what projects could be done in class, especially for difficult material. However, after the training on using AI ChatGPT to create teaching modules, the teachers were finally able to make PjBL modules for all math topics. At the end of the training, the teachers were given an evaluation. The result was 98.39%, which means the training received a positive response and was useful for them. In conclusion, the PKM activity showed that math teachers in Ternate can now create their own teaching modules using AI ChatGPT.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas karyawan Satwa Sehat Pet Shop dalam menggunakan aplikasi manajemen kesehatan hewan, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pembelajaran teori dalam kelas serta praktek langsung (on-the-job training) untuk memastikan pemahaman dan penerapan aplikasi secara efektif di lapangan. Data evaluasi dikumpulkan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi kinerja karyawan selama dan setelah pelatihan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan dalam penggunaan aplikasi, terutama dalam fitur dasar terkait pengelolaan data kesehatan hewan dan transaksi pelanggan. Namun, beberapa karyawan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menguasai fitur aplikasi yang lebih kompleks, yang menunjukkan perlunya pelatihan lanjutan. Program pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional Satwa Sehat Pet Shop dan kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk hasil yang lebih optimal, disarankan agar pelatihan tambahan yang lebih mendalam dilakukan serta pendampingan teknis berkelanjutan diberikan untuk mengatasi tantangan penggunaan fitur lanjutan aplikasi.
