Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The context of this research is that coaches and trainers must be able to adapt to competition as a result of the continuously changing technological landscape in the coaching process . Staying focused throughout training is the trainer's responsibility. This is important because, in addition to monitoring training progress, the trainer's role during sessions also requires the ability to evaluate programme results. To train the speed and endurance of kicks for taekwondo players , this research aims to design a speed and endurance training tool for Dollyo kicks. Chagi uses sensors, LEDs and digital accounting. Materials and methods. The following processes form a research methodology called research and development, which include: potential and problems; data collection; product design; design validation; design revision; product trials; product revision; and mass production. Results. Based on research, 93% of Taekwondo I experts are good at stage I, and 95% are very good at stage II. The assessment for stage I was 75% good, while stage II was 95% very good, according to Taekwondo II experts. Electrical expert I gave a good rating of 74% for stage I and a very good score of 95% for stage II. The Phase I assessment for Electrical Expert II was 90% very good, and the Phase II assessment was 95% very good. Conclusions. In small group testing, 71% of trainer evaluation methods were considered very good; large group testing was 89.37%; and product testing was 89.37%.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of the problem-based learning approach on the educational outcomes of the Primary School long jump students. Materials and methods. This investigation employed a pre-experimental design experimental methodology. 37 children represented the study's population. With an average group size of 37 students, the study's sampling strategy was saturated sampling. The pretest, treatment, and posttest phases are used in data collection. The long jump test column is the tool utilized. Data analysis with the effect test (ttest). Results. The long jump capacity findings with the problem-based learning model with tcount=8.99>ttable=1.99 were calculated based on the data obtained. These results show that ha is accepted and ho is rejected, indicating a rise, when the difference between the pretest mean value of 51.85 and the posttest mean value of 66.36 is bigger, with a difference of 14.51 numbers if the difference is 28%. Conclusions. Students' psychomotor abilities are improved by the model problem-based learning because it allows students to concentrate on problem-solving as they are aware of the learning process's trouble spots right away.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. This research aims to find out how much influence confidence and confidence have on accuracy shooting football. Materials and methods. Sample size of 23 people, U-17 athletes from the Pahlawan Football Club University. The research method used in this research is a survey method with non-test techniques. The analysis technique used is the path analysis approach (path analysis) with the research results there is a direct positive influence of hip joint flexibility on accuracyShooting in football games for U-17 FC Pahlawan University athletes, with a percentage of 20.00%. Results. There is a direct positive influence of Confidence on AccuracyShooting in football games for U-17 FC Pahlawan University athletes, with a percentage of 40.00%, Conclusions. It can be concluded that hip joint flexibility and self-confidence play an important role in accuracyshooting in a football game. thus accuracyshooting in the game of football can be maximized through increasing hip joint flexibility, eye-foot coordination and self-confidence.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to find  out  the  effect  of  reaction  light  trainingand  shuttle  run  on  footwork  agility  in  PB  badminton  participants Pelangi Pontianak City. Materials and methods. This  study  uses  this  type  of  experimental  research.  Inthis study there were two groups of experiments that were deliberately given treatment. Results. The analysis's findings for the first test's Lscore test count and the test's final result were Lcalculated, yielding 0.1866<Ltable 0.2287 and 0.1356<Ltable 0.2287. Thus, based on the analysis of this data, preliminary test results and final tests of the normal distribution can be drawn. The sample size of 15, mean 2.75, standard deviation 1.02, and thitung 10.43 are used to determine whether the H0 or Ha hypothesis is accepted in line with the previously given explanation, after which the price calculated and the price of table t are compared. Price comparison between tcalculates to a genuine degree α = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (dk) = (n–1) = 14 and presentil values on the distribution table-t; the result was tcount (10.43)>ttable (1.7613). Conclusions. There is an effect of training using reaction light tools and shuttle  run   exercises   in   improving   the   agility   of   footwork (footwork)   of   PB Pelangi Pontiank City Achievement  with  tCalculate>tTable Can  be  taken  the decision  that  there  is  an  effect  of  training  using  reactionlights  and  shuttle  run exercises in improving.
