Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan emiten perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian menggunakan 25 perusahaan sebagai sampel yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio / DER) dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (Return on Asset / ROA), sementara likuiditas (Loan to Deposit Ratio / LDR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, keselamatan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Z. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 89 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja, keselamatan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Z.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT TravelMart Jakarta Pusat yang terdiri dari 70 orang. Penentuan sampel diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Methodology The methode of sampling in this study using purposive sampling method with the number of samples used were 16 companies from 52 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 with 80 observational data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings The results of this study indicate that profitability (Return on Assets), liquidity (Current Ratio), and Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) have a significant positive effect on DPR in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. 2015-2019. Suggestions Investors and potential investors who want to invest their capital should pay attention to the ROA and CR variables in a company, because these variables have a positive effect on DPR.

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of Epson projectors. Methodology The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. Findings The results showed that the variable of brand image, product quality and the promotion of positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variables that have a major contribution in purchasing decisions for Epson projector products are product quality, brand image, and promotion.. Suggestion Product quality needs to be continuously improved to improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to determine the level of financial health at Islamic Commercial Banks in MethodologyIndonesia using the CAMEL method which consists of Capital, Assets, Management, Earning and Liquidity in the period 2014-2018.The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT. BNI Syariah Bank. Findings . Based on the results of an analysis of the level of soundness of a bank using the CAMEL Method in terms of calculating known ratios from the analysis of Capital, Capital, Asset (Earning Quality), Earning (Rentability) of the two Sharia Commercial Banks in 2014-2018 are all in the second healthy predicate except for the Management (Liquid) and Liquidity (Liquidity) factors of the two Sharia Commercial Banks which started in 2014-2018 all are in reasonably healthy condition. Suggestion For customers and potential investors, these two Islamic Commercial Banks can be used as an option to invest their funds because seen from all aspects of the weight of CAMEL, the average is in a healthy condition.

Abstract

PurposeThis study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance and its implications for the organizational performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University. MethodologyThe research method used in this research is causal research. The object of this research are 60 employees of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University. The data analysis methods used in this research are SPSS and Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana. Suggestion Need to improve the balance between tasks or work and increase discipline in the implementation of work targets to increase efficiency in the implementation of tasks that will increase organizational performance by producing products efficiently.

Abstract

Purpose This study was conducted to see the extent of the influence of external factors on the rate of inflation, interest rates and internal factors by using the company's financial ratio indicators on the ratio of earnings per share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), price earning ratio (PER), debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on equity (ROE) for companies in the financial industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. Methodology Testing is done by using panel data regression. The sampling technique used is by using purposive sampling. The objects in this study are companies listed in the financial industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 using panel data regression. Findings The research findings show that partially only EPS and PER variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the inflation rate, interest rates, EPS, ROA, PER, DER and ROE have a significant effect on stock prices. Suggestion In further research, it can be tested using other variables that have a strong relationship with stock prices.

Abstract

Purpose To examine the effect of the four dimensions of organizational justice on job satisfaction and to provide support that the four dimensions constitute different constructs is the aim of this study. Methodology 504 employees from two companies in Jakarta constitute the study population. Sampling technique with probability simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. Findings Interpersonal justice has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and informational justice has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Suggestion Companies need to be careful in applying interpersonal justice because the effect can reduce employee job satisfaction. Companies should focus on providing a sense of informational justice if they want to increase employee job satisfaction. Future research needs to examine more deeply the antecedents, influence, mediation or moderation on interpersonal justice.

Abstract

Purpose The aim of this research is to get a better understanding to answer customer perceptions of the relationship between brand image and repurchase intention through sequential mediation from consumer satisfaction to customer loyalty. Methodology A total of 101 employees with purposive sampling technique as the sample in this study. Hypothesis testing technique using multiple linear regression and mediation using macro process model No. 6 Findings The model of the relationship between brand image and repurchase intention through two mediation of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is confirmed. Suggestions for further research to increase the number and coverage of the population. The practical implication is that companies must always improve and maintain their brand image to increase repurchase interest, because this increases customer satisfaction and loyalty.
