Abstract

PurposeThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Methodology This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 employees of PT. Saiba Cipta Selaras. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS program. Findings The results showed that there was an influence between compensation, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Partially or simultaneously had a strong influence among the three variables, the most significant of which was the work environment variable. Suggestions The results of this study hope that the company can improve a safe and comfortable working environment because this is the most significant factor affecting the performance of PT. Saiba Cipta Selaras employees.

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, career development, and organizational commitment on the performance of hotel employees at the tourist village of TMII Jakarta. Methodology The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The number of samples used as many as 95 respondents who are employees of the Hotel Desa Wisata TMII Jakarta. Analysis technique with multiple regression. Findings The three variables of organizational culture, career development and organizational commitment either partially or jointly proved to have an effect on performance. Suggestion Companies need to pay attention to employee career development because this has proven to be the most significant.

Abstract

Purpose Aims to find out the implications of the Fundamental Factors of Financial Performance (Earning Per Share, Dividend Per Share, Return On Assets, BI Rate Interest Rate and Inflation) on stock prices in LQ45 companies.  Methodology The period used in this study is 5 (five) years with the existing sample criteria obtained 23 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. Findings The results of data analysis show that Earning Per Share, Dividend Per Share, Return On Assets, and Inflation have no significant effect on stock prices, while only the BI Rate has significant implications for stock prices. Suggestion Develop other variables to obtain generalizable results and expand the research sample. The limitations of the research are only using subjects in the LQ45 sector and the variation of variables is only limited to fundamental factors.

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the role of personality as part of the individual characteristics that moderate the relationship between motivation and performance. Methodology Sample size with 115 respondents from two advertising companies. SPSS 26 with Macro Process model no 2 is running. Findings The test results reveal that increasing external motivation will improve performance. The effect of motivation on performance is moderated by conscientiousness and openness personality. Suggestion This research provides benefits in the application of recruitment and selection for advertising companies to recruit someone with an openness personality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality on trust both directly and indirectly by mediating brand image. Methodology The population of this research is STIAMI students who are customers of BLP Beauty products. The sample size of 100 was given a questionnaire by as far as possible the researchers and respondents on campus. Confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, descriptive, correlation and assumption tests were carried out. Hypothesis testing using process v3.5 model 4. Findings of the study prove that there is an indirect effect of product quality on trust through brand image mediation. Product quality has a positive effect on brand image and brand image positively affects customer trust. Suggestions for producers to pay attention to and improve the brand image of their products can be by improving product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and planning of Article 21 PPh of PT 8Wood Internasional Group in an effort to obtain tax saving. Methodology The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The findings of the study show that if the company uses the Gross Up Method, the burden of PPh 21 is the largest compared to other methods. With the gross up method, it seems that the amount of Article 21 income tax is the largest, but this amount will be eliminated because the company can finance it. The gross up policy given to employees is expected to increase work enthusiasm. Suggestions Practical implications for companies are described in this study.

Abstract

Defense management is always related to the success and or failure of a country in order to manage its national resources with the aim of becoming a national power. The purpose of this study is to provide a description of defense management in terms of theory and practice in its development and application in Indonesia. The approach in this study uses a descriptive approach, while the type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely describing and interpreting what exists, it can be about existing conditions/relationships. Opinions that are growing, processes that are ongoing, consequences / effects that occur or trends that are developing. The problem of transparency and accountability in the implementation of the functions of defense institutions starts from the basics to lead to civil oversight of the decision-making process and defense performance. Defense management is considered a suprasystem of the three defense management subsystems consisting of: a resource management system, a management system for the development/strength/capability of state defense, and a management system for the use of force/capability of state defense and security.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors of corporate image and service quality of Bukalapak.com. in influencing the purchasing decisions of Bukalapak.com customers. Methodology Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents by accidental sampling. The findings show that the decision to buy Bukalapak.com customers is determined by the company's image and quality of services provided. Suggestions The quality of service from Bukalapak.com needs to be continuously improved and maintained to be of good quality according to customers. And the company's image needs to be improved continuously through active promotion and socialization. And the selection of stores that are members of Bukalapak also needs to be selected and evaluated strictly to continue to improve the company's good image.

Abstract

Purpose This study aims to analyze and test the effect or absence of the effect of service quality, price perception, promotion and customer trust in customer satisfaction in Starbucks Coffee customers in the Jakarta area. Methodology The analysis and testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the formula Hair et al, the number of samples in the study consisted of 110 respondents. Findings The results stated that the quality of service and promotion had no effect on Starbucks Coffee customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, price perception and customer confidence have a positive and significant effect on Starbucks Coffee customer satisfaction. Suggestion For further researchers it is recommended that they be able to use different variables and products in their research and for starbucks coffee companies it is advisable to implement competition-based pricing strategies in an effort to improve price perception and can strive for solutions to customer suggestions and complaints to improve customer confidence

Abstract

Purpose The study's objective is to investigate the impact of job analysis, which includes tasks, education, experience, and employee abilities, on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Methodology This study employs quantitative and ex post facto methods. A total sample of 50 employees was obtained through the use of a simple random sampling technique. Existing data were collected using questionnaires and journal articles on research topics. Traditional assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests are used in data analysis techniques. Findings According to the findings, tasks have a significant positive impact on employee performance. Education has a big impact on employee performance. Work experience has a big impact on employee performance. Employee abilities have a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Employee performance is influenced by a combination of duties, education, experience, and abilities. Suggestion In order to improve employee performance, it is necessary to improve employees' abilities so that they can complete the details of tasks or jobs that have been assigned effectively and efficiently, as well as paying attention employees' educational backgrounds and experience when conducting employee searches in order for employees to be competent in their fields.
