Abstract

The background to the problem in this study was that during the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers had difficulty providing the online learning process. During this online learning the KKM score for physical education and health services becomes 75. Students are required to be able to take a KKM score above the KKM 75 to complete it. 36 students from the class that can be used as samples have difficulty understanding the Cognitive aspects of Passing on Volleyball Class XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati students in physical education learning through online media. Limited time and obstacles on the internet make student learning outcomes not optimal, so there needs to be improvements in online learning at SMAN 3 Pati. The formulation of the problem in this study is the difficulty of students understanding the cognitive aspects of upper-pass learning. The purpose of this study was to determine that online media can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 3 Pati. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method with the One-Shot Case Study approach, the sample of this study was the students of class XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used paired sample-t-test with a significant level of 5%. The results of the research of 36 students of class XI IPA 3 (Upper Passing) showed that there was an increase in the results of learning over passing through online learning. The increase in the results of learning over passing was 11%. This study also uses a questionnaire to find out what students think about online learning. The conclusion of this research is that the use of online media can help students in learning over passing through online learning at SMAN 3 Pati. Keywords: Online learning, learning outcomes, volleyball Abstrak Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu dimasa pandemi Covid-19 guru kesulitan dalam memberikan proses pembelajaran daring. Selama pembelajaran daring ini nilai KKM penjasorkes menjadi 75. Siswa dituntut untuk bisa menempuh nilai KKM diatas KKM 75 untuk bisa tuntas. 36 siswa dari  kelas yang dapat di jadikan sampel mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami aspek Kognitif Passing Atas Bola Voli Siswa Kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati pada pembelajaran penjasorkes melalui media daring. Terbatasnya waktu dan hambatan dijaringan internet membuat hasil belajar siswa tidak maksimal, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan dalam pembelajaran daring di SMAN 3 Pati. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah sulitnya siswa memahami aspek kognitif pada pembelajaran pasing atas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui media daring dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas XI SMAN 3 Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan One-Shot Case Study,sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati menggunakan sampel teknik sampling purposive. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample-t-test dengan taraf signifikan 5%, hasil penelitian dari 36 siswa kelas XI IPA 3 (Passing Atas) diketahui bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar passing atas melalui pembelajaran daring. Kenaikan hasi belajar passing atas sebesar 11%. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui pendapat siswa mengenai pembelajaran daring. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media daring dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar passing atas melalui pembelajaran daring di SMAN 3 Pati Kata kunci: Pembelajaran daring, hasil belajar, bola voli

Abstract

Development of Spinning Iron Tool for Martial Arts Punch Speed ??Training. Faculty of Social Sciences and Sports Education. PGRI University in Semarang. 2021.                     This research is motivated by players who are less interested in participating in training, because the training system is too ordinary so that they feel bored and there is no multifunctional tool that can be used for martial arts. Therefore, the researcher aims to develop a spinning iron tool for training the speed of a martial arts stroke as a multifunctional training aid that can be used for martial arts training.                     This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D). This research was conducted in several steps, namely: potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing. The development of the spinning iron tool for martial arts stroke speed training was previously validated by material experts, media experts and 6 athletes for small-scale trials, 20 large-scale trial athletes. The subject of this research is the UKM martial arts, University of PGRI Semarang. Data collection techniques used in this study using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive qualitative and percentage descriptive quantitative.                     The results showed that the spinning iron tool was very suitable to be used as a game sports training aid. These results were obtained from the latest validation results of a) material expert at 87.5% or very feasible; b) media experts 95% or very feasible; c) field trial athletes of 90.2% or very feasible. Thus, the conclusion is that the spinning iron tool for martial arts stroke speed training has been declared very suitable for use as a martial arts training aid.

Abstract

Dampak dari wabah covid-19 sangat luar biasa, khususnya dibidang pendidikan. Siswa harus mampu mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis daring karena proses pembelajaran tidak memungkinkan untuk belajar di sekolah yang masih menjadi ancaman bagi siswa. Pandemi covid-19 membawa keprihatinan pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan serta pembelajaran disemua sekolah, kondisi ini paling berat dialami oleh sekolah yang berada jauh dari perkotaan dengan akses internet yang kurang memadahi. dan sarana prasarana yang terbatas. Dalam hal ini peneliti mengupayahkan memaksimalkan sistem pembelajaran daring pada sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berada di Rembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan populasi dan sempel. Sumber data dipilih secara total sempling yaitu seluruh angota populasi dijadikan sempel semua. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pembelajaran daring yang diselengarakan di SMK N 1 Sale Rembang pada masa pandemi covid-19. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data yang akan dilakukan adalah data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Dari hasil penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektivnya penggunaan aplikasi Zoom terhadap pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi covid-19. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara melalui Google Form dan Whatsapp kepada dua puluh tiga siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sale di daerah Rembang. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Zoom sangat efektiv untuk proses pembelajaran daring kususnya pada saat guru menjelaskan materi didepan layar. Kendala yang sering mempengarui pembelajaran Zoom diantaranya :1. Jaringan yang tidak setabil, 2. Kurangnya persiapan dari siswa, 3. Terbatasnya kuota internet para siswa. Kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi Zoom untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran pendidikan jas masni olahraga dan kesehatan sangat layak dan sangat membantu para pengajar untuk menerangkan pembelajaran dengan bantuan aplikasi digital pada masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat latihan smash dan setter bola voli sebagai alat bantu latihan yang dapat memberikan efektifitas kepada pelatih maupun atlet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R&d). Penelitian ini dilakuhkan dengan beberapa langkah, yakni: identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, pembuatan produk, validasi ahli, revisi produk, uji coba, produk akhir. Pengembangan alat latihan smash dan setter bola voli terlebih dahulu divalidasi oleh ahli media, pelatih, dan  20 pemain utuk uji coba lapangan operasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemain bola voli Taruna Merah Putih Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa alat latihan smash dan setter bola voli adalah layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu latihan olahraga bola voli. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari hasil validasi a) ahli media sebesar 83,8% atau layak; b) pelatih sebesar 87,5% atau layak; c) pemain uji coba lapangan oprasional sebesar 84,06% atau layak. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan bahwa alat latihan smash dan setter bola voli telah dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu latihan bola voli.

Abstract

Circuit Training is a form of training in which there are various movements that are carried out together and continuously and are limited by rest at each exchange of training forms with circuit training there will be many positive shifts in basic skills and also simultaneously restore physical fitness, muscle ability, endurance, dexterity and flexibility of the body. Strength needs to be given special attention from the coach so that the achievements of the SSB (Football School) Persisac Semarang do not decline. The research used in this study is "One-Groups Pretest-Posttest Design". The sample in this study was football athletes SSB Persisac Semarang. The sampling technique was purposive sampling of 15 players. Retrieval of data using instruments that have been used, with the pre-test and post test. Based on the results of the t test, the t value (31.281)> t table (1.761) was obtained, and the p value <0.05. This result means that Ho is accepted, so the hypothesis states that there is an effect of Circuit Training training on increasing the physical strength of football school students at SSB Persisac Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interval training and circuit training on the anaerobic endurance of soccer players on the SSB Putra Mororejo U-16 team. The method in this research is an experimental research design with a Quasi Experiment Design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument used to measure anaerobic endurance is the Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). The sample of this study was 20 players of SSB Putra Mororejo who were divided into two groups, namely the interval training group and the circuit training group. The results of the paired sample t-test concluded that there was an effect of treatment interval training and circuit training on anaerobic endurance. In the independent sample t test, interval training was more effective in increasing anaerobic endurance than circuit training. This is evidenced by the data obtained that the increase in interval training has a percentage increase of 40.96% and circuit training has an increased percentage of 24.96%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that interval training is more effective than circuit training in an effort to increase anaerobic endurance. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interval training dan circuit training terhadap daya tahan anaerobik pemain sepak bola pada tim SSB Putra Mororejo U-16. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimen Design dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur daya tahan anaerobik adalah Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 20 pemain SSB Putra Mororejo yang dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok interval training dan circuit training. Hasil uji paired sample t-test disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh treatment interval training dan circuit training terhadap daya tahan anaerobik. Pada uji independent sample t test, interval training lebih efektif dalam upaya peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik daripada circuit training. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya data peningkatan interval training memiliki presentase peningkatan sebesar 40,96% dan circuit training memiliki peningkatan presentase sebesar 24,96%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa interval training lebih efektif dibandingkan circuit training dalam upaya peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current soccer game, players are required to be able to control the ball better, so that the chances of creating goals are greater. Techniques in soccer games that are often used and the most important techniques are kicking the ball (Passing) and dribbling the ball (Dribbling). combined with the philosophy of Indonesian football (filanesia) which has been made in such a way and designed according to the characteristics of Indonesian players. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted in several steps, namely the pretest and posttest which will be carried out in accordance with the training program that has been made to combine the philosophy of Indonesian football with basic soccer techniques, namely Passing and Dribbling, which is carried out at the Mulyoharjo Men's Football School, Jepara Regency, aged 17 years. Divided into 2 experimental groups. In 1 filanesian group there were 10 children and group 2 Controlling had 10 children. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the application of the philanesian training model on Dribbling and Passing at the Putra Mulyoharjo Football School. Data analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the data analysis test using the Paired Simple T Test and Independent T Test, namely the results of the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.001 in the Passing experimental group 1 Filanesia and the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 in the Passing experiment 2 Controlling group. Meanwhile, in the Dribbling Test, it is known that the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 in the Dribbling experimental group 1 Filanesia and the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 in the Dribbling Experiment 2 Controlling group, it can be concluded that there is a real difference. Keywords: Dribbling, Passing, Philosophy of Indonesian football Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permainan sepak bola masa kini pemain dituntut untuk dapat menguasai bola lebih baik,sehingga peluang menciptakan Gol lebih besar teknik dalam permainan sepakbola yang sering digunakan dan merupakan teknik yang paling penting adalah menendang bola (Passing) serta menggiring bola (Dribbling) di kombinasikan dengan filisofi sepak bola Indonesia (filanesia) yang sudah dibuat sedemikian rupa dan dirancang sesuai karakteristik pemain indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah, yaitu dengan Pretest dan Posttest yang akan dilakukan sesuai dengan program latihan yang telah dibuat untuk mengkombinasikan Filosofi Sepak Bola Indonesia dengan tehnik dasar sepak bola yaitu Passing dan Dribbling dilakukan di Sekolah Sepak Bola Putra Mulyoharjo Kabupaten Jepara Usia 17 Tahun. Dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok Eksperimen. 1 kelompok filanesia terdapat 10 anak dan kelompok 2 Controlling terdapat 10 anak. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan model latihan filanesia terhadap Dribbling dan Passing di Sekolah Sepak Bola Putra Mulyoharjo. Analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil Penelitian  dari test analisa data dengan menggunaikan Paired Simple T Test dan Independent T Test,yaitu dengan hasil nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 pada kelompok Passing eksperimen 1 Filanesia dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 pada kelompok Passing eksperimen 2 Controlling. Sedangkan Pada Tes Dribbling diketahui bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 pada kelompok Dribbling eksperimen 1 Filanesia dan nilai sig. Abstract

  The motivation for this research is the lack of optimal learning by teachers and the lack of value for students in learning volleyball. Many students are passive when learning activities occur.  The purpose of this research is to use the Think Pair Share cooperative learning method in SMP N 1 Japah to determine the progress of students' learning outcomes in Class VIII. The results of showed that before the study of the Think Pair Share method, the average learning outcome increased to 64, and after the study of the Think Pair Share learning model, it increased to 70. Therefore, the increase of 6 The type of research is quantitative research. In this study, the researchers used a pre- and post-test design. The advice given by the researchers is that teachers should optimize learning. Students are more active in the learning process.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on: 1) How is the state of badminton club management in Demak/, 2) What is the pattern of coaching and training carried out by badminton clubs in Demak district?, 3) How are the human resources in badminton clubs in Demak district? , 4) What are the achievements of badminton clubs in Demak district?. The purpose of this study was to find out how good management is in badminton clubs in Demak district. The population of this research is the managers and coaches of badminton clubs in Demak district. The results of the planning of each club under study are different but the goal is the same. This is known by the researchers proved during the interview. The results of organizing show that there is a lack of transparency by researchers. The results of the nursery show that each club has its own method. The results of supervision show that it is said to be sufficient to supervise the exercise. The results of the evaluation of each club showed that it was implemented well. Leadership results show that each club has sufficient leadership. The conclusion of the study shows that the state of badminton club management in Demak district has not been going well. The pattern of coaching and training is said to be sufficient. Suggestions with the routine training carried out and the pattern of theoretical development, namely starting from problems, breeding and improving achievement. Keywords: Management, Coaching, Badminton Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari dengan: 1) Bagaimana keadaan manajemen klub bulutangkis  di kabupaten Demak/, 2) Bagaimana pola pembinaan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan klub bulutangkis  di kabupaten Demak?, 3) Bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang ada  di klub bulutangkis di kabupaten Demak ?, 4) Bagaimana pencapaian prestasi yang sudah diraih klub bulutangkis di kabupaten Demak?. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen yang baik di klub bulutangkis di kabupaten Demak. Populasi peneltian ini adalah pengurus dan pelatih klub bulutangkis di kabupaten Demak. Hasil perencanaan dari tiap klub yang diteliti yaitu berbeda-beda akan tetapi tujuannya sama. Hal ini di ketahui dengan peneliti membuktikan ketika wawancara. Hasil pengorganisasian menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya transparan oleh peneliti. Hasil pembibitan menunjukkan kalau tiap klub memiliki metode sendiri. Hasil pengawasan menunjukkan bahwa dikatakan cukup untuk mengawasi latihan. Hasil evaluasi tiap klub menunjukkan bahwa terlaksana dengan baik. Hasil kepemimpinan menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing klub memiliki kepemimpinan yang cukup. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadaan manajemen klub bulutangkis di kabupaten Demak belum berjalan dengan baik. Pola pembinaaan dan pelatihan dikatakan cukup. Saran dengan adanya latihan rutin yang dilakukan  dan pola pembinaan teori, yaitu mulai dari pemasalahan, pembibitan dan peningkatan prestasi..

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's anxiety about the motivation of the training participants of level 2 aerobics instructor training which was caused by the researcher's doubts about the motivation of the participants of the level 2 aerobic exercise instructor training at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of the training participants of level 2 aerobics instructor at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The informants in this study were the Chairperson, Administrators, LKP Griya Dina instructor trainers, and training participants for level 2 aerobics instructors. Data collection techniques in this study used several techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique in this research is data triangulation. The analysis was carried out using a descriptive analysis model. The purpose of this study was to determine the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of the training participants of level 2 aerobics instructor at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. The results showed that the trainees had an internal drive or intrinsic motivation as well as an external drive or extrinsic motivation that encouraged participants to attend level 2 aerobic exercise instructor training at LKP Griya Dina, Demak Regency. Regarding the participants' interest in becoming an aerobics instructor in Demak Regency, the researchers received an answer from the results of interviews with training participants that the trainees were also interested in becoming an aerobics instructor in Demak Regency.
