Abstract

Swimming is a sport that has been known for a long time, which provides many benefits both physically and emotionally. This study aims to determine the effect of HayuSwim training on swimming speed of 50 meters crawl style in athletes age group IV at the Piranha club, Tegal City. This type of research is quantitative research with theresearch method Quasi Experiment Design. While the design of this study used a Pretest-Posttest Design. The samples used were 16 swimming athletes in Tegal City. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in thetraining model HayuSwim to the swimming speed of 50 metersstyle crawl based on the results of the normality test calculated from the Asymp.Sig table. (2 tailed) shows that the results of the pretest and posttest data are more than the value of ? = 0.05, so it can be concluded that all data are normally distributed. Results from the homogeneity test table on Asymp.Sig. (2 tailed) shows 0.134 with a value of ? = sig 0.05, with this the sig value is greater than p> 0.05, it can be concluded that it is homogeneous. Hypothesis testing the average value in the pretest experimental group was 41.33 and the posttest was 40.86, an increase of 1.15%, while the average result of the control group was 40.47 pretest to posttest 40.44, an increase of 0.008% . The conclusion of this study is the effect oftraining HayuSwim on the swimming speed of 50 metersstyle crawl in athletes age group IV at the Piranha club Tegal City.

Abstract

Taranggana Lelana Widha. “The effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning and Collaborative learning model through google classroom on the learning outcomes of volleyball subjects for class XI SMA N 1 Wadaslintang”. Thesis of faculty of social sciences and sports education. PGRI Semarang University. 2021. Entering March 2020, a coronavirus pandemic or Covid-19 occurred, forcing all schools to be closed from face-to-face learning, and requiring online learning or learning from home. This means that both teachers and educators must be creative to overcome learning problems during this pandemic. There are so many methods used by teachers so that learning continues and the material is conveyed to students. One of the distance learning media that can be used is google classroom. In the study, the experimental class and the control class were given a pre-test to determine the initial state. After it was known that the two classes were the same/homogeneous, then the experimental class was given treatment with Problem Based Learning and Collaborative learning models, while the control class carried out learning as usual. The study was conducted at SMA N 1 Wadaslintang in 2 classes. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes who are taught using the  Problem  Based  Learning and google classroom-based  Collaborative models on the volleyball learning outcomes in class XI SMA N 1 Wadaslintang because of Sig. (2-tailed) < (0.000 < 0.05). These results mean that the hypothesis is accepted, so that the hypothesis states that problem-based learning and google classroom-based collaborative learning are effective on volleyball learning outcomes in class XI SMA N 1 Wadaslintang. Because there is an influence of problem-based learning and google classroom-based collaborative models on volleyball learning outcomes in class XI students, it is recommended to develop a problem-based learning and collaborative learning model based on google classroom, so that the results obtained which is valid and can improve the effectiveness of student learning.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a pandemic caused by the Coronavirus which has begun to infect almost the entire world since the beginning of 2020. This virus spreads rapidly and causes paralysis of activities in various sectors, such as the office, trade, entertainment and sports sectors. Some of the impacts of the virus are that many people are infected, deaths are everywhere, strict rules of health procedures, cessation of commercial and academic activities in schools, hospitals full of patients, and so on. One very significant impact is the prohibition of activities that create a crowd, for example, sports matches. As a result of the ban, all scheduled matches or events from all sports, including badminton. This has led to the sluggishness of the athletes in several badminton clubs throughout Indonesia. In addition, with the absence of badminton match activities, the development and regeneration of referees have been hampered. Referees who are experienced have to be on hiatus for a long time and referees who are just starting their careers are hampered in seeking experience. This is due to the absence of referee briefing activities, practice leading in the field, providing material, adding flight hours, and so on. For this reason, a study is needed to examine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the development and regeneration of badminton refereeing in Indonesia. This study aims to find out what are the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the development and regeneration of badminton refereeing in Indonesia. This research includes a qualitative descriptive study that aims to explain the influence of Covid-19 on the development and regeneration of badminton referees who have been on hiatus for months. The research subjects were five PBSI Central Java provincial referees out of a total of 18 referees with various licenses ranging from provincial licenses to Asian badminton. The data collection method used in this research is the interview and observation method. The observation method is carried out by observing the conditions in the field and connected to the relevant context and theory. The interview method serves to determine the progress of the referee who did not appear when the observation method was carried out. The research outputs used are accredited national journals and literacy-based badminton sports teaching materials.

Abstract

Petanque is a game sport. This sport has basic techniques in the form of pointing and shooting to win the game. A good shooting technique is a guide to becoming a champion. Players who have shooting techniques are strongly influenced by the ability of the physical elements in controlling the petanque ball. One of these elements is wrist flexibility. This study aims to determine the relationship between wrist flexibility and the ability to shoot at a distance of 7.5 meters in Aceh petanque athletes in 2022. The population in this study was the Aceh Petanque Athletes in 2022, totaling 30 people, sampling was carried out by Total Sampling or the overall sample. of the population taken because the subject is less than 100 people. The instruments in this study were: (1) goniometer wrist flexibility test, (2) shooting ability at a distance of 7.5 meters, carried out by shooting a distance of 7.5 meters for 5 times. The data were processed using statistical techniques in the form of calculating the average value (mean), Standard Deviation (SD), product moment correlation, termination coefficient (KP), and hypothesis testing. The results obtained are as follows: there is a relationship between wrist flexibility and shooting ability at a distance of 7.5 meters (r = 0.46). Hypothesis testing shows that tcount = 2.7406 ttable = 2.052 Then there is a significant relationship between wrist flexibility and the accuracy of shooting at a distance of 7.5 meters for athletes in Petanque Aceh in 2022. Based on the calculation results of the contribution between wrist flexibility and accuracy results Shooting distance of 7.5 meters for athletes in Petanque Aceh in 2022 is 21.16%, and the remaining 74.84% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The existence of policies regarding online learning in schools is certainly a challenge for physical education teachers to work harder in creating creative ideas that can support more effective learning. This study aims to provide treatment in the form of actions to students in physical education learning so that learning becomes more fun. This research uses classroom action research. The research data subjects were students of class XI MIA 3 SMA N 1 Sigli. The research location is in the residence of the physical education teacher by utilizing the zoom meeting application feature, while setting the time during the learning process or adjusting the class schedule, the study was carried out from 23 February 2021 to 12 March 2021. The results of the study from cycle 1 to cycle 2 showed there is physical activity carried out in table tennis physical education material through learning from and there is an increase in the pulse rate in students as a result of physical activity that has been carried out at the time of the study. The conclusion of the study is that based on data from cycle 1 and cycle 2, the results show a significant increase in learning success. Suggestions in this study need to do more actions with creative ideas in physical education learning for other materials Keywords: Learning, Physical Education, Table Tennis, Covid 19. Abstrak Adanya kebijakan tentang pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring di sekolah tentunya menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru pendidikan jasmani untuk bekerja lebih keras dalam menciptakan ide-ide kreatif yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perlakuan berupa tindakan kepada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani supaya pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek data penelitian peserta didik kelas XI MIA 3 SMA N 1 Sigli. Lokasi penelitian berada di kediaman guru pendidikan jasmani dengan memanfaatkan fitur aplikasi zoom meeting, sedangkan seting waktu pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung atau menyesuaikan jadwal kelas, penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 23 februari 2021 sampai 12 Maret 2021. Hasil penelitian mulai dari siklus 1 hingga siklus 2 menunjukan adanya aktivitas jasmani yang dilakukan dalam materi penjas tenis meja melalui pembelajaran dari dan terjadi adanya peningkatan denyut nadi pada peserta didik sebagai akibat dari aktivitas jasmani yang telah dilakukan pada saat penelitian. Simpulan penelitian adalah bahwa berdasarkan data siklus 1 dan siklus 2, hasilnya menunjukan peningkatan keberhasilan pembelajaran yang cukup signifikan. Saran dalam penelitian ini perlu dilakukannya lagi tindakan dengan ide-ide kreatif pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk materi yang lainya

Abstract "Development of Android-Based Badminton Basic Technique Learning Media" SMART-BUNG "at SMKN 9 Semarang". Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program. Faculty of Social Sciences and Sports Education. PGRI University in Semarang. 2020. This research is motivated by the lack of interesting learning media innovations that exist for learning PJOK, especially about basic badminton techniques and the difficulty of some students in understanding the basic badminton techniques taught in schools due to the lack of student interest in learning PJOK, especially badminton when in class or learning theory. . This study aims to develop a learning application for the basic techniques of badminton "smart-bung" for high school / vocational high school students around the world. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) which uses the ADDIE development model. There are 5 stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation, Product validation is carried out by material experts and experts. media. Media. then developed and tested the feasibility of the product to the teacher and 106 students of class XI AKL SMKN 9 Semarang. The results of the descriptive analysis of the percentage of data showed that the questionnaire of material experts and instructional media experts was 83% with the category "suitable for use without revision". The results of the teacher response questionnaire analysis were 89% with the category "very feasible to use". The results of the student response questionnaire analysis were 94% with the category "very feasible to use". . Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran teknik dasar bulutangkis “smart-bung” untuk siswa SMA/SMK se-drajat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Tahapannya ada 5 tahap yaitu: 1) Analysis (Analisis), 2) Design (Perancangan), 3) Development (Pengembangan), 4) Implementation (Implementasi), dan 5) Evaluation (Evaluasi), Validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Media. kemudian dikembangkan dan diuji cobakan kelayakan produk kepada Guru dan 106 siswa kelas XI AKL SMKN 9 Semarang. Hasil analisis melalu Deskriftif presentase data menunjukkan bahwa angket ahli materi dan ahli media pembelajaran adalah 83% dengan kategori “ layak digunakan tanpa revisi”. Abstract

This research is an experimental design with One-Group Pretest-posttest Design. The data analysis technique in this study uses t-test statistics. The test instrument uses a short pass developed by Bobby Charlton (2012: 3). The population in this study were all SSB players at the Parakan Temanggung Center. The sampling technique was total sampling. The mean result of the initial test from group 1, namely the rondo games practice, was 155.5 and the final test was 316.6. Meanwhile, the mean result of the initial test from group 2, namely the diamond passing practice was 155.5 and the final test was 233.3, the t-count value of the pretest and posttest of the experimental group I was -11.60 with sig = 0.000 and the t-table value was 2.120 and the t-count pretest and the posttest of the experimental group II was -8.854 with sig = 0.000 there was a difference in the accuracy of the passing accuracy of SSB players at the Parakan Center for Temanggung Regency between before and after being given rondo games and diamond passing exercises.Based on the rondo games exercise, the improvement was more significant than the diamond passing exercise on the accuracy of the passing of the SSB players at the Parakan Center for Temanggung Regency. Suggestions for players to further improve passing accuracy and for coaches are expected to provide rondo games and diamond passing exercises. Keywords: rondo games practice, diamond passing practice, soccer Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-posttest Design.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji-t. Instrumen tes menggunakan short pass yang dikembangkan oleh Bobby Charlton (2012 :3). Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pemain SSB Puslat Parakan Temanggung.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Hasil mean tes awal  dari kelompok 1 yaitu latihan rondo games adalah 155,5 dan tes akhir 316,6. Sedangkan untuk hasil mean tes awal  dari kelompok 2 yaitu latihan passing diamond adalah 155,5 dan tes akhir 233,3 nilai thitung pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen I adalah sebesar -11,60 dengan sig = 0,000 dan nilai ttabel adalah 2,120 dan nilai thitung pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen II adalah sebesar -8,854 dengan sig = 0,000 terdapat perbedaaan peningkatan ketepatan akurasi passing pemain SSB Puslat Parakan Kabupaten Temanggung antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan latihan rondo games dan latihan passing diamond. Berdasarkan Latihan rondo games lebih siginifikan peningkatannya daripada latihan passing diamond terhadap kemampuan akurasi ketepatan passing pemain SSB Puslat Parakan Kabupaten Temanggung. Saran bagi pemain untuk lebih meningkatkan lagi akurasi passing dan untuk pelatih diharapkan memberikan latihan rondo games dan latihan passing diamond. Abstract

Abstract The ability to hit the player's smash accuracy is a determining factor in the success of badminton competition. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of the drill training method on smash accuracy using a cardboard shuttlecock target for male badminton players aged 10-14 years in PB Mutiara, Pekalongan Regency. This study used a one group pretest posttest design, with sampling carried out by sampling which was then divided into two groups using the ab-ba formula. And the data analysis technique used the normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and independent t-test which were processed using the SPSS 17 application.The results of the study concluded that there was an increase in the smash accuracy in using the drill smash training method using the target cardboard suttlecock on male players aged 10-14 years of age, have an increase in the ability of smash accuracy in the training program with the drill smash training method using the target cardboard cuttlecock which is more significant during the post-test, when compared to the pre-test before doing the drill smash practice treatment using the target cardboard cuttlecock in badminton games.   Keywords: smash accuracy, shuttlecock cardboard target drill practice, badminton Abstrak Kemampuan pukulan akurasi smash pemain menjadi factor penentu dalam keberhasilan kompetisi bulutangkis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh metode latihan drill terhadap ketepatan smash menggunakan sasaran kardus shuttlecock untuk pemain bulutangkis putra usia 10-14 tahun di PB Mutiara Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest posttes design, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling yang kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok menggunakan rumus ab-ba. Dan Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas,uji hipotesis dan indepndet t-test yang diolah mengguakan aplikasi SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan akurasi smash dalam menggunakan metode latihan drill smash menggunakan sasaran kardus suttlecock pada pemain putra usia 10-14 tahun, memiliki peningkatan kemampuan akurasi smash dalam program latihan dengan metode latihan drill smash menggunakan sasaran kardus suttlecock yang lebih signifikan saat post-test, jika dibandingkan pre-test sebelum melakukan treatment latihan drill smash menggunakan sasaran kardus suttlecock dalam permainan bulutangkis.   Kata kunci: akurasi smash, latihan drill sasaran kardus shuttlecock, bulutangkis

Abstract

Kota Semarang merupakan ibukota provinsi Jawa Tengah yang pada masa pandemi ini termasuk sebagai zona merah atau zona tidak aman. Namun, meski begitu banyak remaja yang menyempatkan kegiatan bersepeda atau istilah sekarang adalah “gowess”. Pada masa pandemi Covid 19 (Corona Virus Disease 19) saat remaja diminta untuk tetap dirumah saja untuk menjaga kesehatannya serta belajar dari rumah. Permasalahan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana minat dan motivasi remaja untuk bersepeda pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Kota Semarang Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang dilakukan secara online dan offline dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui google form dan secara langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja pengguna sepeda diwilayah Kota Semarang dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat remaja untuk bersepeda sebesar 82% termasuk dalam kriteria sangat tinggi dan motivasi remaja untuk bersepeda sebesar 79% termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah minat remaja untuk bersepeda pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Kota Semarang tahun 2021 termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan memperoleh hasil keseluruhan dengan persentase 82% dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 107. Hasil tersebut ditunjukkan dari 100 orang responden, sebanyak 66 remaja memiliki minat yang sangat tinggi, dan sebanyak 34 remaja memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk bersepeda pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Kota Semarang tahun 2021. Sedangkan motivasi remaja untuk bersepeda pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Kota Semarang tahun 2021 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh hasil keseluruhan dengan persentase 79% dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 91. Hasil tersebut ditunjukkan dari 100 orang responden, sebanyak 38 remaja memiliki motivasi yang sangat tinggi, dan sebanyak 62 remaja memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk bersepeda pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Kota Semarang tahun 2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kejenuhan dan konsentrasi mahasiswa PJKR Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung  pada mata kuliah tenis lapangan. Jenis peneltian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pada 31 responden mahasiswa matakuliah tenis lapangan yang di sebarkan di grup whatsApp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan di analisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan sistem pada google formulir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini tingkat kejenuhan dan konsentrasi mahasiswa PJKR Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung pada mata kuliah tenis lapangan berada pada angka 55,4% masuk kedalam kategori sedang, sedangkan tingkat konsentrasi mahasiwa berada pada angka 42% ini juga termasuk kedalam kategori sedang.
