Abstract

Selama bertahun-tahun telah mendengar bahwa olahraga dan aktivitas fisik membangun karakter dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral. Bung Karno pernah mencanangkan olahraga menjadi salah satu pendorong dalam rangka pembangunan rasa nasionalisme atau kebangsaan (nation building) dan membentuk karakter bangsa (character building). Karena itu, kegiatan keolahragaan lantas menjadi aktivitas yang dinamis dan menjadi alat perjuangan bangsa. Melalui  pendidikan  maka  mental  dan karakter dapat terbangun. Melalui  aktivitas  olahraga  kita  banyak mendapatkan  hal-hal  yang  positif.  Olahraga  bukan  sekedar  kegiatan  yang  berorientasi kepada faktor fisik belaka, olahraga juga dapat melatih sikap dan mental kita menjadi seorang pemimpin. Pembentukan  karakter  bangsa  dapat  dilakukan  salah  satunya  melalui  olahraga. Dengan olahraga kita bisa kembangkan karakter bangsa, sportivitas sekaligus merekatkan persatuan bangsa.  Atas  dasar tersebut, semua komponen bangsa harus memberikan andil dalam memajukan olahraga nasional.  Menurut Irwan Prayitno (2008), secara normatif dan sebagaimana  telah  hampir  dapat  diterima  oleh  umumnya  kita  sekalian,  pembentukan karakter  bangsa  merupakan  hal  yang  amat  penting  bagi  generasi  muda  dan  bahkan menentukan nasib bangsa dimasa yang akan datang. Abstract

Desa Salamsari merupakan salah satu desa terletak diwilayah selatan yang berada di kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal. Desa Salamsari terletak digaris lintang selatan yang berada didaerah dataran tinggi Kabupaten Kendal dimana mayoritas warga desa salamsari yang berprofesi sebagai buruh tani dan pedagang. Wilayah desa salamsari dipimpin oleh seorang kepala desa yang dibantu oleh staff struktural desa, dimana warga masyarakat mayoritas bekerja sebagai pedagang maupun bertani sehingga para warga masyarakat lebih terfokus pada pekerjaan mereka dan menyampingkan terkait dengan pola hidup sehat mereka sendiri.Kepedulian masyarakat berkaitan dengan kesehatan disana yang masih minim ini memunculkan gagasan bahwa warga masyarakat harus lebih memahami terkait dengan pola hidup sehat masyarakat agar lebih sehat sehingga pekerjaan apapun itu yang akan dikerjakan dapat dilakukan secara maksimal karena memiliki pola hidup yang sehat melalui pola makan, berolahraga dan istrahat yang cukup.. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk dapat tercapainya kegiatan sosialisasi berkaitan dengan pola hidup sehat dengan berolahraga serta menjaga pola makan dan kebugaran mereka dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang senam serta massage kebugaran maupun tentang pentingya olahraga untuk kesehatan tubuh.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui drill dan media pipe jump hanging ball pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kandeman. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Pre Experimental Design, pemilihan sampel menggunakan Two Group Pre test-Post test Design dengan Simple Random Sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C yang berjumlah 32 siswa terdiri dari 16 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VII D yang berjumlah 32 siswa terdiri dari 16 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan sebagai kelas eksperimen. Setelah itu kelompok kontrol mendapatkan perlakuan, yaitu melalui drill, sedangkan kelompok eksperimen mendapat perlakuan dengan media pipe jump hanging ball. Kemudian keduanya mendapatkan post test untuk mengetahui hasil yang telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar kelas kontrol pre-test 47,000 dan post-test 76,719 berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui hasil belajar (-23,485 dan sig (p) = 0,000 < 0,05). Sedangkan kelas eksperimen pre-test 47,000 dan post-test 81,906 berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui hasil belajar (-26,833 dan sig (p) = 0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa data mengalami peningkatan artinya dengan menggunakan media pipe jump hanging ball berpengaruh untuk membantu siswa dalam melakukan serangkaian gerakan lompat jauh dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Pipe Jump Hanging Ball, Drill, Lompat Jauh, Hasil Belajar AbstractThe purpose of this study was to improve squat style long jump learning outcomes through drill and hanging pipe jump media on grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Kandeman. This type of research is a Pre Experimental Design sample selection in Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design with Simple Random Sampling. The subjects of this study were students of class VII C, amounting to 32 students consisting of 16 men and 16 women as the control class and class VII D, amounting to 32 students, consisting of 16 men and 16 women as the experimental class. After that the control group gets the treatment that is through the drill, while the experimental group gets the treatment with the pipe jump hanging ball media. Then both of them get a posttest to find out the results that have been done. The results of the pre-test and post-test studies showed a difference in the average learning outcomes of the 47,000 pre-test control class and 76,719 post-test based on the t-test results known learning outcomes (-23,485 and sig (p) = 0,000 <0.05) . While the 47,000 pre-test experimental class and 81,906 post-test based on the results of the t test revealed learning outcomes (-26,833 and sig (p) = 0,000 <0.05). Based on the above results it can be concluded that the data has increased meaning by using the media pipe hanging hanging ball influential to assist students in making a series of long jump movements well.Keywords: Pipe Jump Hanging Ball, Drill, Long Jump, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM futsal putra Universitas PGRI Semarang dengan jumlah 15 pemain, diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kecepatan menggunakan sprint 30 meter, kelincahan menggunakan illinois agility run test dan daya tahan menggunakan multistage fitness test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t melalui uji prasyarat uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian pretest dan postest dengan uji beda (t-tes) menunjukan kecepatan diperoleh nilai t-hitung (10,379) > t-tabel (2,145), kelincahan diperoleh nilai t-hitung (5,162) > t-tabel (2,145) dan daya tahan diperoleh nilai nilai t-hitung (14,008) > t-tabel (2,145) sehingga hipotesis diterima dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Ada pengaruh latihan sirkuit terhadap kecepatan pemain UKM futsal putra di Universitas PGRI Semarang. 2) Ada pengaruh latihan sirkuit terhadap kelincahan pemain UKM futsal putra di Universitas PGRI Semarang. 3) Ada pengaruh latihan sirkuit terhadap daya tahan pemain UKM futsal putra di Universitas PGRI Semarang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di masa pandemi Covid-19 di tinjau dari penggunaan media aplikasi pembelajaran dan usia guru di Kab. Demak. Desain penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto (kausal komparatif) untuk melihat bagaimana media dan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru pendidikan jasamani di masa pendemi Covid-19. Intrument penelitian menggunakan angket daring dengan beberapa pertanyaan, mulai dari data diri guru meliputi nama, jenis kelamin, jenjang sekolah, media yang digunakan, kendala atau hambatan yang dialami serta kesan dan persepsi terhadap pembelajaran daring. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru penjas dari jenjang sekolah dasar sampai menengah. Hasil penelitian presentase 20.0% sedangkan usia 40 Tahun ke atas 23.0%. Beberapa aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran daring, antara lain: whatsapp, facebook, telegram, google classroom, dan google formulir. Berdasarkan paparan di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru di Kabupaten Demak dalam proses pembelajaran daring selama covid-19 berdasarakan penggunaan aplikasi media dan usia terdapat pada guru sekolah dasar pengunaan aplikasi Whatsapp Guru SD uisa 20-40 tahun presentase 35.0% sedangkan usia 40 Tahun ke atas 39.0%. Aplikasi whatsaap di anggap paling mudah untuk proses pembelajaran yang langsung bisa di akses dan mudah. DOI : 10.29408/porkes.v3i2.2904

Abstract

The research is motivated by soccer learning which needs to be improved with wallpass and short pass exercises. The problem faced is how to determine the right model of passing practice for students. This can be seen from the two techniques proposed, namely the game and the wall pass and short pass. Both techniques are assumed to be able to improve the accuracy of passing through various previous research results. The purpose of this study is to provide information about exercises that can be applied in learning football. This type of research is experimental research using a quasi-experimental research design. The experiment was carried out in grades 7 and 8, with each sample of 25 students. The data collection technique with observations was carried out using a questionnaire and carried out objectively by the observer. The data analysis technique used in this research is a test technique. Hypothesis testing is done utilizing descriptive analysis of the average difference test. These results indicate that the group that was treated using the Wall-Pass (WP) method had a significant difference from the class that was treated using the Short-Pass (SP) method. Teachers can innovatively develop teaching tools for other passing methods to improve student learning activities. Students need to help each other if they experience problems in implementing the model, and the teacher must be able to ensure that each student in the group can achieve the goal or complete the assigned task.

Abstract

Purpose of this study to determine how the facilities and infrastructure for softball learning in Senior High School Jepara Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the subject of this research is the Senior High School teachers in Jepara district. The collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis using methods that are carried out continuously with data reduction, data presentation and make a conclusions. The results showed that (1) From 9 State Senior High Schools in Jepara Regency had good softball facilities and infrastructure, because there were several schools that did not have the facilities. (2) The main inhibiting factor in the procurement of softball facilities is the price of equipment which is expensive and in large quantities. (3) Softball learning in the school has not run optimally, due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. (4) The teacher is innovative enough in learning to modify the tools and how to play. The conclusion is that the price of softball equipment is very expensive and the amount of equipment is not small, so the implementation of softball learning in the schools has not been carried out properly, because of the lack of softball equipment and also requires a large field. It is hoped that schools whose facilities and infrastructure for softball learning are still inadequate should be available to immediately organize softball facilities and infrastructure while still considering the level of need, so the quality of learning outcomes for sports and health, softball material can run well and can also lift branches Softball in Jepara Regency has become a popular sport not only among students but also among the local community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem in this study, namely weak hand muscle strength, muscle endurance and balance to shooting games, some UPGRIS students take part in Petanque UKM, some of them are students who have hand muscle strength, muscle endurance in throwing something is lacking and so is the balance of the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hand muscle strength, muscle endurance and balance on the accuracy of shooting games at UKM Petanque UPGRIS and to determine the causes of the lack of accuracy in the shooting game Petanque. The method used is quantitative research methods with the type of research model True-Experimental Design Pre-test Post-test Two Group design. The population and sample in this study were 10 petanque athletes at the PGRI University of Semarang. This sampling technique uses total sampling. The method of data analysis used paired sample test with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of hand muscle strength training, muscle endurance and balance on the accuracy of shooting game Petanque which was expressed through the results of hypothesis testing with paired sample t-test with count = -7.571 and t-table = 2.777. Then t_count> t-table so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, while based on the significant value because the value is sig. = 0.002 with a confidence level of 95%, then Sig. > ? (0.05). So that Ho was rejected. This study concludes that there is an effect of hand muscle strength training, muscle endurance and balance on the accuracy of the Petanque shooting game at the UKM Petanque UPGRIS club. Suggestion, hand muscle strength training, muscle endurance and balance are used as training media so that they can help athletes improve shooting accuracy.

Abstract

The background of the problem is whether online learning for physical education subjects in elementary school can run effectively, physical learning is dominant by doing a lot of movement activities that must be followed by students, considering that in physical education learning motion learning must also be followed by supporting tools in practice. The Covid 19 pandemic changes face-to-face learning processes into a network, all processes are carried out without face to face directly. This underlies this research to determine whether physical education learning during the pandemic can be effective in delivering material. The research method was descriptive qualitative in which to obtain the data used a survey tool via google form which was distributed to elementary school physical education teachers in Petarukan sub-district, the number of primary schools taken for the study was 23 elementary schools and the sample of teachers in filling out google form was 27 PJOK teachers. The results showed that online physical education learning runs effectively, the level of effectiveness is influenced by the availability of internet networks, the knowledge of teachers and students in operating the learning system online through applications provided in online learning (WhatsApp, google meet), and students have the communication tools used. in online learning.
