At present official tutoring is an option for students to support their preparation for the next level of education, not only limited to guiding study, usually tutoring management prepares certain strategies so that students can pass the selection at the intended official service. Official schools in Indonesia are currently quite popular and in demand by many students, this is due to the advantages of official schools, namely the cost of education is relatively cheaper and even free, under the auspices of state institutions and have a greater opportunity to work immediately after graduation. This high interest causes high competition to enter service schools. One of the most popular services today is the STIS Statistics Polytechnic. The New Student Selection Selection (SPMB) at the STIS Statistics Polytechnic went through many stages. So that this is of interest to the tutoring management to find out what factors determine the passing of the selection. Ignorance of tutoring management in knowing the passing factor can lead to a lack of effective strategies and learning processes for tutoring students. Therefore, in this study the application of data mining science was carried out, namely classifying data from the 2022 STIS Statistics Polytechnic SPMB results using the ID3 decision tree algorithm which aims to find out the main factors that determine which students graduate. Then, the results of the research can be a support for tutoring management decisions in making strategies and future evaluations. So that tutoring students get the most appropriate and appropriate coaching strategy based on the results of this study. The dataset was analyzed by Data Mining using the ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm. Based on the research conducted on the data, the Kappa value is 1,000, the Accuracy is 100%, the Recall is 100,000%, the Classification Error is 0.00 and the Precision is 100%

Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) is one of the institutions in Musi Banyuasin Regency that provides public services as a form of service to the public, especially the people of Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. There are various types of public services provided by the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, such as requests for clearance letters, requests for character certificates, requests for speakers, and the KPK clinic service. Based on the conducted research, the Public Service Application (APU) of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) can be successfully developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. This indicates that the appropriate technology selection can support the development of a reliable and efficient application. The development of APU ITDA Muba using the Scrum method has brought benefits in increasing the involvement of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin as a client. Active involvement of the client is crucial in the process of application design and development to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. By hosting the application on the internet, APU ITDA Muba can be accessed by the public without time and location constraints. People can submit service requests anytime and anywhere, providing greater convenience and accessibility. Therefore, if the Public Service Application (APU) of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) continues to be developed to improve its quality, improvements in functionality and security should be considered. Thus, the application can become better in terms of usability and provide a higher level of security. Further development efforts will contribute to more effective and efficient public services

The government has been established improving the quality of rubber by implementing the Gerakan Nasional Bokar Bersih directed through Unit Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Bokar or UPPB. In processing and marketing rubber, UPPB conducts a rubber tender system. One of the UPPBs that applies the rubber tender system is UPPB KT. Karya Tani-IV. However, the tender system is still carried out conventionally through the Whatsapp group, so that the marketing of rubber carried out is still less extensive and is only marketed to known tender participants. In addition, UPPB KT. Karya Tani-IV currently does not have a website-based information system that can store farmer rubber recording data using a database. Therefore, this research provides a solution to design a prototype of the rubber tender Information System using the Design Thinking method. The design thinking method is considered capable of overcoming the problems faced by creating solutions based on user needs. The Design Thinking method is used to solve problems through creative ways by involving users into thinking activities and the user's point of view is used as the main benchmark in an action or activity in solving problems. The prototype of this system is designed to expand the reach of rubber marketing and make it easier for UPPB KT. Karya Tani-IV in processing rubber data. After testing the prototype using the System Usability Scale method, a final score of 82.45 was obtained. The final score obtained is included in the Acceptability Ranges category of "Acceptable" with a grade scale of "A" and receives an adjective rating of "Excellent", so the prototype designed is acceptable and feasible to be developed as a system that can assist the marketing and processing of Bokar data at UPPB KT. Supply chain security issues were related to the product life cycle in an information system so it can harm the success of a company. Nowadays, there has been a paucity of analytical and decision-support tools used to analyze security supply chains. The purpose of this research was to determine the maturity level of supply chain risk management so that the research results can provide mitigation and optimize decision support to minimize supply chain risk in a company. The stages of this research started with a literature study, identification of the problem, data collection, and data analysis. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale referring to NIST SP 800-161r1. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics to describe the maturity level of cyber security supply chain risk management. The results showed that the level of maturity in cybersecurity supply chain risk management using NIST SP 800-161 was at level 3, namely the Defined level. These findings provide recommendations for companies to improve the contingency plan aspect because it had a score with the lowest gap, especially in every product change activity carried out in the system

The ACC Tent Lubuklinggau tent rental system currently still uses the manual method of providing information on tent units for rent as well as the traditional payment system which is considered inefficient because there are still many errors and even misunderstandings in providing information on available tent units. Customers must come directly to the website because there is no information system that makes it easy for customers to find information on properties for rent, such as: Description of the tent unit, rental rates, available unit inventory based on rental days, and regular rental and payment systems. Of course this makes it difficult for customers, especially if the customer comes from outside, it is very detrimental for the customer when he spends a lot of energy and time to come, but the tent he rents is not available. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a strategy to learn more about the needs and characteristics of customers while building closer relationships with customers. Therefore, to overcome the above problems, we need a mobile web-based rental application that uses a customer relationship management (CRM) methodology to assist consumers in finding information regarding tent unit descriptions, rental rates, and available unit inventory. rental days and make it easy for customers to rent and pay rent online. The results of this study are in the form of a mobile web application that contains information about tents such as prices, inventory and rental systems, as well as online rentals. Payment of school administration fees is still problematic, including manual data collection and processing of payment information. Recorded reports still use ledgers, making work less efficient, and a lot of time and energy is wasted searching for student data and archiving it by committee staff. In the current technological era, there is a need to renew the use of technology in education to help manage school finances so that data collection and processing of payment information becomes effective and efficient. This study describes the design of a website-based school administration payment program. This design is intended to assist committee staff in recording school administration payments. The research method used is the waterfall-type software development method. In order to improve the management of IT services, it is necessary to analyze the satisfaction of service users. One of the determinations of quality service performance is determined from the satisfaction with the service felt by its users. The results of the user satisfaction analysis were carried out by analyzing the results of the Pusintek IT service user satisfaction survey. The Pusintek IT service user satisfaction survey will be conducted for all service users in 2022 using 5 (five) service quality indicators, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The survey results that have been obtained will then be analyzed using a Decision Tree. Based on the results of the tests performed, the accuracy of the decision tree was 98.10% and Naïve Bayes was 97.95%, while for the recall decision tree was 99.51% and Naive Bayes was 98.78%. However, for the level of precision naive bayes, it is better than the decision tree, where the precision naive bayes is 99.02% and the decision tree is 98.47%.

Since 5 years of its use until now there has never been an evaluation at LAPORBUP and it is not yet known how high the level of user satisfaction is in using LAPORBUP. In addition, several problems were found in LAPORBUP which were felt by users related to the interface and system functionality. These problems indicate that LAPORBUP is still not in accordance with the needs, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation analysis of the overall usability of the system by measuring the effectiveness and efficiency as well as the level of user satisfaction. The LAPORBUP evaluation involved 54 respondents obtained from OPD representatives and active users of LAPORBUP. Processing of this evaluation data is carried out using the Performance Measurement technique to measure system effectiveness and efficiency, as well as Retrospective Think Aloud and User Experience Questionnaire to measure aspects of user satisfaction. The results of the Performance Measurement evaluation show that the LAPORBUP application has not been effective because several problems were found when the respondents worked on the task scenarios. Furthermore, UEQ data analysis was carried out using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool by comparing the value of each aspect with the available product data set. Based on the analysis conducted, the attractiveness aspect is included in the good category with a value of 1.72. The clarity aspect is included in the category above the average with a value of 1.48. The efficiency aspect is included in the category above the average with a value of 1.18. The aspect of accuracy is included in the good category with a value of 1.55. The stimulation aspect is included in the very good category with a value of 2.13. The novelty aspect is included in the Very Good category with a value of 1.64. The recommendations generated from Retrospective Think Aloud consist of 7 recommendations on the complaints page, 14 recommendations on the management page, 10 recommendations on the regent's page, and 9 recommendations on the OPD page. The results of the analysis show that improvements can be made to aspects of clarity and efficiency so as to improve the quality of LAPORBUP services

The challenge faced at SLB Negeri Autism Sumatra is how to teach education to deaf students so that they can lead normal daily lives and receive religious education according to their beliefs. Currently, the introduction of hijaiyah letters is still done manually by teachers, which causes less efficiency in the learning process because it depends on the individual skills of the teacher. In addition, learning materials for hijaiyah letters are difficult to find in the form of learning media, both in the form of books and electronic media. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to develop web-based applications using the Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) method. This application will facilitate teachers and students of the Autistic Sumatran State SLB in learning hijaiyah letters by displaying the appropriate finger poses. With this application, it is hoped that the learning process can be carried out more efficiently and can be repeated as needed. The purpose of this study is to provide good religious education to deaf students at the Autistic Sumatran State SLB. This research is still in its early stages, but the hope is that it will yield positive results. Through this application, it is hoped that deaf students can learn hijaiyah letters independently and more easily, so that they can carry out their religious worship properly. The results of this study will be measured in the form of numbers or percentages to evaluate the effectiveness of the application in increasing the learning of hijaiyah letters in the Autism State SLB Sumatra

You can use the PIECES Framework as a guide when creating the website in order to raise its quality.
