Abstract

Manado City is the capital of North Sulawesi province. According to the Central Statistics Agency, in 2019 there were 4,646 cases of infectious diseases reported in the city. This poses a health problem as it can threaten the well-being of the population. Currently, information regarding the spread of infectious diseases in Manado is relatively limited, leading to a lack of awareness among the community about the presence of contagious diseases in their surroundings. Given this issue, an information system is needed to map the distribution of diseases, particularly infectious diseases, to ensure that information about disease spread can be effectively communicated to the public. Geographic Information System (GIS) provide significant benefits in addressing the issue of disease spread. GIS allows for clear and detailed visual mapping of disease distribution. Disease case data can be mapped onto an interactive map, indicating their locations and geographical distribution. The analysis and design of a web-based GIS health information system is an effort to integrate geographic information systems and health data through a web platform. The research methods employed include interviews, observations, and literature studies. The system development method utilizes the Waterfall SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and Laravel 8 as the programming framework. The research findings indicate that the web-based GIS health information system provides an effective and efficient solution in managing and utilizing geographic information and health data to map the spread of diseases in Manado City, while also benefiting the dissemination of information to the community

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply data mining in grouping books that are borrowed based on the number of available books, so that by implementing data grouping with the k-means algorithm it will determine the books that are most in demand as seen from the number of available books, books read, and books borrowed from the Dehasen Bengkulu University Library. Data mining is a process or activity carried out to collect large data and then extract the data so that it becomes information that can be used for something useful. From the results of applying data mining to grouping book titles borrowed at the Dehasen Bengkulu University library using the k-means algorithm which has been applied the book titles have been grouped into 2 clusters according to the specified criteria, namely the number of books available, the number of books read and the number of books read. borrowed with the calculation results shown from cluster I (high) from the k-means data grouping there are 10 the number of codes and book titles with the number of books available being 295 with the average number of books read being 9 books and the average number of books read 11 books were borrowed and in cluster II (low) of the k-means data grouping there were 10 numbers of codes and book titles with 115 available books with an average number of books read 5 books and an average number of books borrowed as many as 4 books.

Abstract

The face or face is part of the head, in humans it covers the area from forehead to chin, including hair, forehead, eyebrows, eyes, nose, cheeks, mouth, lips, teeth, skin and chin. The face is used for facial expressions, appearance and identity. Face detection is a stage for personal identification, monitoring systems, criminal law, human-computer interaction. The ever-evolving technological era demands the development of the world of technology to find new, more accurate and fast technological knowledge as well as many problems in the field of technological security and criminal law that require identification of facial classifications in solving a problem. The facial recognition system requires a feature from an image to be recognized then this feature will be matched with another image feature. the process requires a feature extraction method or features and K-Nearest classification. The purpose of this research is to get the best level of accuracy in the facial image classification process in determining a person's gender. The method in this study was carried out in two phases, namely the training phase and the testing phase. In the training phase, the steps taken aim to obtain a model based on a subset of images called training images. The initial step of research is to prepare image data sets to be analyzed. The image dataset used is 20 facial images and then takes 10 images. Based on the results of research conducted on facial images based on color and shape using the K-Nearest Neighbor method, it can be concluded that this method is included in an excellent algorithm for application to facial image classification based on color and shape with an accuracy value of 96%, so that the determination gender based on facial objects using data extracted from color and shape and using the K-Nearest Neighbor classification method according to the actual image data.

Abstract

In Pemalang Regency, the Regional Revenue Management Agency (BAPENDA) manages local taxes. At BAPENDA there is a website that is used to view and check Land and Building Tax (PBB) information called the PBB info website. However, there are still some perceived obstacles such as slow loading times, long page switching and an unattractive appearance. Therefore, an analysis of the PBB information website is needed. Website analysis can be used as a reference in developing a better website. Data collection uses observation, discussions with website admins and users as well as distributing questionnaires to website users. The method used in the analysis of PBB info websites is the PIECES method. The PIECES method is an analytical method for assessing website performance and obtaining specific issues. Based on the test results on the 6 PIECES dimensions, the performance, information, economic, control and efficiency dimensions are included in the satisfied category. And the service dimension is included in the very satisfied category. Apart from analyzing using the PIECES method, it also uses the Pingdom Website Speed ??Test measuring tool to measure website speed, and produces grade 92 (grade A), which means that the website has good PBB information in website speed/performance. Then the Google Transparency Report measuring tool to measure website security concludes that the website is safe. However, there are still aspects that must be considered, namely the dimensions of performance and efficiency so that the PBB info website can increase the speed of service features. In addition, improving facilities and infrastructure at the Pemalang Regency BAPENDA such as changing computers or adding mbps so that the network is stable

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced era of globalization, computer technology is utilized in various fields, including the construction sector. CV. Anugrah is a contracting company engaged in infrastructure and property development. One of the challenges faced by the company is the inaccuracy in manually recording the load quantities of mixer trucks, which can have a negative impact on the company's management and decision-making processes. Therefore, this research aims to develop a computerized weighbridge recording system using the Codeigniter framework and the Python programming language. In developing this application, research methods were employed, including data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and literature reviews as the foundation. Subsequently, the software development method using the waterfall model approach was implemented. The waterfall model was chosen due to its classical characteristics with a linear system flow, where the output of each phase serves as input for the next phase. The result of this research is a web application that uses a computerized weighbridge with load cells as sensors. This application plays a role in recording and managing weighing data with improved accuracy and efficiency, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's management and decision-making processes

Abstract

Public housing loans (KPR) have so far become an alternative solution to the problem of the people who wish to have a house but do not have sufficient funds to buy or build it. The obstacle people often faced is finding the best bank from various sides to finance the housing loans. The concept of Islamic banks has recently become a quite reliable competitor for conventional banks in financing KPR. Its presence needs to be taken into account in terms of which bank people chooses to finance KPR, whether with conventional banks or Islamic banks. The research aims to provide alternative decisions for people who look for housing and intend to use public housing credit facilities by optimizing two methods of decision making. Some banks have become alternatives used as a comparison to each other. The alternatives used have their respective characteristics along with its advantages and disadvantages. Decision making methods used are analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and weighted product (WP) methods. Both of these methods are optimized to get banks that have the highest preference weights. The system development method used is user-centered design that captures all the needs of the end user. The parameters used in the selection of banks used for mortgages are the types of banks which consist of two types, namely conventional banks and Islamic banks, interest given by each type of bank, developers working with the bank, administration fees charged by the bank, contract and settlement based on the type of bank, and the last is the duration of the process which is calculated from the start of the contract agreement until the house is ready for occupancy. The output of this study is the weighting result using two methods as an alternative, in which the highest weight used as the best bank solution to finance the KPR. The most effective decision is obtained, namely BTN as a bank that is eligible to finance KPR with the highest preference weight of 14,969.

Abstract

Technology and information development are accelerating, and all operations currently make use of highly advanced technology. Likewise with the development of the construction sector such as industry and trade. One of them is a business involved in the distribution and transportation of goods. A business called CV. Anugrah is involved in the distribution and delivery of goods. The practice of weighing a load is one of the most crucial steps in the process of shipping products via truck. using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the Figma program to create a digital truck scale information system. Website design is made simpler with the aid of Figma. This project aims to develop a framework and design for a digital truck scale application that would make it simpler for administrators to weigh and record trucks. This architecture may make it simpler for programmers to create an application for an accurate digital truck scale. This study's methodology is qualitative. Use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, a MySQL database, and the Figma application are used in the design of a digital weighing scale truck information system. The successfully created research findings are anticipated to be able to help the admin with the weighing process to make it simpler, faster, and more accurate

Abstract

The advancement of technology has ushered the world into a new era, particularly in the field of information. In this context, information technology plays a significant role in supporting and enhancing the management of companies to remain competitive. One commonly used method in managing information technology is IT governance, which is included in the framework of COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) 2019. Until now, there has been no evaluation or research conducted on the IT performance of Hotel Sutan Raja, thus the extent of the implementation of information technology in the hotel's operations is still unknown. This project focuses on the use of information systems and IT at Hotel Sutan Raja to manage the hotel's operations and data. The project was carried out by conducting a literature study on the design factors of COBIT 2019, with the result that there are four core models with high levels of importance for the Hotel Sutan Raja governance system, namely APO06, DSS01, EDM04, and BAI07. Abstract

In the use of fiber optic cables, there are technologies used, including FTTH (Fiber to The Home) technology infrastructure, which is an optical network architecture starting from the central office (STO) to customer devices in every home (end user) [1]. EPON uses a point-to-multipoint architecture and a passive transmission splitter to provide services over Ethernet. EPON does not require complicated protocols, optical signals are transmitted accurately to end users, and data from end users can be transmitted to the central network [2]. The problem in this study when implementing FTTH (Fiber to The Home) network technology infrastructure using OLT EPON hardware requires a good and mature design because when selecting the splitter ratio used, the passive splitter used, the pigtail attenuation, and the attenuation of the patchcore (link power budget) must be considered. If the design and simulation are not carried out properly, there will be a nominal budget that will swell. To avoid the funds exceeding budget, design and simulation is carried out using the Fiber Optic Calculator Application so that there is an idea of the splitter ratio value and the passive splitter value to be used. This is expected to be a solution to the problem of selecting the value of the splitter ratio and the passive splitter used. This study aims to compare the values of the magnitude of the splitter and passive splitter ratios used when simulating the Fiber Optic Calculator application with real implementation on the OLT EPON HSQG network hardware

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the service quality of the Asahan Regency Government website using the Webqual 4.0 method and identify factors influencing user satisfaction. The study is motivated by the need to enhance the standards of services provided by government websites in the context of E-Government in Indonesia. The Webqual 4.0 method is employed as a tool to measure user satisfaction with the Asahan Regency Government website. This method has proven to be effective in identifying factors that influence user satisfaction across various sectors. The research aims to provide valuable insights to the Asahan Regency Government in improving the quality of their website services. Previous studies utilizing the Webqual 4.0 method have shown that usability, information quality, service interaction, and trust significantly contribute to user satisfaction with government website services. However, further research is needed to apply and test the Webqual 4.0 framework in the context of government website usage in Indonesia. The research methodology encompasses defining research objectives, identifying research variables, formulating research questions, developing research instruments, collecting data through surveys using online and offline questionnaires, analyzing data using SPSS software, interpreting the results of data analysis, and preparing the research report. Data were collected from 32 respondents through questionnaires that assessed the website based on predetermined variables. By identifying the factors that influence user satisfaction, this research is expected to assist the Asahan Regency Government in taking appropriate measures to enhance the quality of their website services. This will create a better user experience, increase public participation in utilizing online government services, and ultimately improve the effectiveness and efficiency of governance
