Abstract

The development of a web-based tuition fee payment system at SMK Global Mulia is relevant for enhancing administrative efficiency and accuracy. The Waterfall method is employed in this development for a structured approach. SMK Global Mulia Vocational High School faces challenges in tuition fee administration. Manual methods are prone to errors and time-consuming. To address these issues, technology is leveraged by developing a web-based Tuition Fee Payment System. The Waterfall method is used for system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This research focuses on implementing a web-based Tuition Fee Payment Information System using the Waterfall method at SMK Global Mulia. The expected outcome is a positive contribution to similar system development in other educational institutions and resolving tuition fee administration issues at SMK Global Mulia. In this development, the system utilizes the Waterfall method with steps including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system facilitates the finance department in student payment input and processing. The implementation of the Tuition Fee Payment Information System at SMK Global Mulia demonstrates effectiveness and efficiency in the payment process and student data retrieval. This reduces complexity in generating daily and periodical summaries, while expediting services to students

Abstract

Recruitment is a process that must be passed by someone by following the stages determined by the company to fill the position that is being opened, namely the head of the warehouse. someone who is in charge of overseeing all work related to warehouses to fulfill the wishes or targets of a company and is able to control and ensure the availability of goods according to the market is called the head of the warehouse. The recruitment process to become the head of the warehouse is certainly not easy, usually the Human Resource Development (HRD) has set several requirements that have been received from the management. Because the many requirements to become a warehouse head can make candidates think and reconsider applying for the position of warehouse head, making it difficult for Human Resource Development (HRD) to find suitable candidates. In recruiting warehouse heads, an information system is needed that can make the screening process for warehouse head candidates more effective, namely using a decision support system (SPK) by applying the MAUT method with ROC weighting with the best alternative decision results, namely alternative A2 on behalf of "Dindin Samsudin" with a value of Ui = 0.761 which is accepted as the head of the warehouse.

Abstract

This research aims to build a camera rental system that facilitates transactions between managers and renters without having to go to the SM Fotografi studio first using the prototype method. The method used by researchers to create this SM Fotografi camera rental application is the prototype method. Producing a system can make it easier for users to get information to rent cameras online without having to come to the studio. The system is made as simple as possible, so that users can easily recognize each function of the tools in this application. The system can be used to rent 1 or more cameras within each camera brand. Use of the system in the form of a self-made application with real-time data presentation in the form of letters, numbers and tables

Abstract

An information system audit is carried out to ensure that system procedures in the company are running well, using the Cobit 5 framework in auditing the attendance system because there is a system that has not been audited before and there are deficiencies where there are no warning notifications for employees doing work absences, the accuracy of the location of attendance often changes -change with the location of employee attendance, and must check 2 applications to view employee attendance log archives. The results obtained are the order of the domain with the highest score, namely the MEA01 domain, the maturity level value is 23.84, the Fully Achieved achievement value, gets the Optimized Level in IT capabilities, and the gap value is 19.84 from the target level 4. DSS01, the maturity level value is 17.59, the Fully Achieved achievement value , got the Optimized Level level in IT capabilities, and a gap value of 13.59. The order of the highest scoring domain is the MEA01 domain with a maturity level value of 23.84 with a gap value of 19.84, DSS01 with a maturity level value of 17.59 with a gap value of 13.59. The results of the gap analysis obtained show that the current conditions still achieve better results, application absences are used quite satisfactorily in the features that have been provided, are not sure about the technicalities which still need to be reviewed and improved so that they are even better, it can be said that the current Greatday application used is sufficient maximum in providing attendance features that run

Abstract

Information Technology is an innovation encompassing artifacts, techniques, and knowledge that can solve human problems. However, its utilization must be accompanied by a thorough understanding to prevent various risks that could adversely affect multiple parties. PT XYZ Bawen Branch is a manufacturing company specializing in cardboard box and cardboard sheet packaging, established since 1995 and situated in the Bawen Subdistrict, Semarang Regency, Central Java. PT XYZ has incorporated IT/IS in its business processes, where IT/IS can enhance operational efficiency. Nonetheless, it's important to note that the implementation of IT/IS doesn't always proceed seamlessly and inherently carries its own shortcomings. Hence, this study aims to identify, assess, and mitigate the existing risks within PT XYZ using the ISO 31000:2018 framework. From this research, 26 potential risks were identified within the company. Out of these, there are 15 risks classified as low-risk, 5 as medium-risk, 5 as medium-high-risk, and 1 as high-risk. Among the discovered risks, the researchers offer suggestions or recommendations for risk management, enabling the company to minimize the identified risks and reap the benefits of this research, aligning with the research objectives. Companies need to carefully assess and address risks associated with technology adoption to ensure the smooth functioning of their business processes and to safeguard against any adverse outcomes

Abstract

Complaints have a very important role in creating comfort and safety in an effort to build awareness in waste management in Magelang City. It involves various parties, ranging from the government, the community, to the private sector. Although the Magelang City Environmental Agency is responsible for the implementation of service functions related to waste management and the environment, its implementation has not reached an optimal level due to constraints from the current service mechanism. The media used to submit complaints is still ineffective, thus hampering the communication process between the people who complain about the problem and the officers who follow up on the complaint. The system development method applied is the Lean Software Development method. This research aims to build a complaint management system related to waste in order to overcome the challenges faced today. This system is built in the form of a web and uses the PHP programming language and applies the MySQL database, while also using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. This system is expected to contribute to improving the effectiveness of waste and environment-related complaint management in Magelang City, making it easier for the community to submit complaints and officers can respond and follow up on reported problems more quickly, as well as strengthening efforts to build awareness of the importance of good waste management for environmental comfort and safety

Abstract

The development of technology in the field of image processing has inspired this research which aims to overcome challenges in classifying fish images using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based approach. In this research, we utilize the VGG-16 architecture, a CNN model that has been proven capable of retrieving important features from images with significant depth. The dataset consists of 1088 fish images divided into four classes: Bangus, Glass Perchlet, Gold Fish, and Gourami. The initial process involves feature extraction via image embedding using the VGG-16 architecture. Next, a classification model is built using the Orange Data Mining tool. The experimental results show that this approach is able to provide good classification performance with significant accuracy in recognizing different fish species. The use of VGG-16 enables powerful and complex feature extraction, and experimental results show that this approach achieves a training accuracy of 96.2%. Furthermore, when the classification process uses data testing, this method produces an accuracy of 99.5%. This finding shows the great potential of the Convolutional Neural Network in overcoming the challenge of classifying fish images with very satisfactory results, which can be applied in various fields including marine science and remote sensing.

Abstract

Custodian bank while running their business operational using an application that help them to handle various daily transaction like subscription, redemption, and switching. To ensure that the application is comply with the needs, testing phase is important processes where an application is feasible to use or not. Automation testing is a testing that conduct using tools to compare the expected result with the actual result. This research using black box testing method with the combination of equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis technique and also using Katalon Studio as automation testing tool. The final result of this research then will be measure whether the Custody application has met the ISO 25010 standard or not. The final result of the research is based on testing using black box method with the combination of equivalence partitioning dan boundary value analysis technique using Katalon Studio are from the 28 test cases developed, all the test cases has passed the testing. The testing is conduct in Custody application at subscription and dividend menu. And then, after doing testing, the result of the testing is measured using ISO 25010 standard in 3 characteristics. They are functional suitability aspect, the result isall the testing has passed and get 100% percentage, compatibility aspect the result is there’s an issue with the website since it’s not using HTTPS, compatibility aspect using 3 aspects they are instrumentation, consistency, and simplicity. Abstract

Technological developments in the field of artificial intelligence have opened the door to increasingly sophisticated applications in visual analysis and object detection. This research aims to implement a real-time object detection system using a Raspberry Pi device, a low-power Single Board Computer (SBC) based device with limited hardware resources. We used TensorFlow Lite, a lightweight version of the TensorFlow deep learning framework, to run object detection models on a Raspberry Pi. Our system is powered by a USB web cam as an image source. The research results show that the Raspberry Pi is able to carry out real-time object detection well, with adequate resource usage efficiency. The system built is able to perform better classification, which shows a better detection speed from using TensorFlow Lite, compared to using TensorFlow. Although there are constraints in terms of detection speed depending on the complexity of the model and the number of objects, these results open up great opportunities for the use of embedded devices in various applications such as security monitoring and image analysis. This study also emphasizes the importance of model optimization to achieve the best performance on low-power devices

Abstract

The Sultan Convention Center is one of the famous building rental venues in Palembang City with a choice of features including weddings, meetings, birthdays and many more. With super luxurious and classic facilities, this building is in first place in the city of Palembang. But unfortunately booking this building is still manual, consumers who want to book this building must first come to The Sultan Convention Center then meet first with the person in charge of explaining several packages and building prices, then consumers are required to pay a sign, after that the admin immediately makes a schedule and prepares a report to the boss that, there are consumers who book the building at that time with things like this it really makes consumers lose a lot of time, so something that should be made easy becomes complicated. and also, of course, makes The Sultan even more disadvantaged because consumers cannot prepare time to change their schedule if the building has already been rented at the time the consumer wants to book. Therefore, the author's goal is to create an information system that can be used to facilitate the rental of The Sultan Convention Center building in the form of a website. The making of the application uses the Web Engineering software development method which consists of communication, planning, modeling, constructions, and deployment. While the programming language used to make this application is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor).
