Abstract

In the era of rapid technological advancement, it is crucial for companies to optimize their information systems to support performance and success. Companies need to undertake comprehensive and integrated information system planning to prevent disjointed systems within an enterprise, which could potentially hinder the company's access to necessary information. Enterprise Architecture (EA) emerges as a holistic approach to designing and integrating systems within a company with the aim of providing a roadmap to achieve the desired state from the current condition. EA focuses not only on Information Technology (IT) strategy but also integrates IT strategy with the company's vision and mission. This integration is intended to optimize opportunities and manage change initiatives that can generate added value. In its design, EA requires a framework to align the business with forthcoming technology. The TOGAF ADM framework has been recognized as a useful method that presents a structured and comprehensive approach to developing EA. ADM guides EA practitioners through a series of well-defined stages, from planning to implementation. In this context, this research aims to design an EA that can enhance services in the Collections and Billing function. By optimizing workflows, reducing data duplication, and enhancing billing visibility, it is expected that EA can yield a more efficient and accurate billing collection process. Consequently, companies can achieve better adaptability, security, and sustainability when facing dynamic business changes

Abstract

The smart city concept and all applications that have been created by the Padang Panjang City Government need to be studied and developed further. The purpose of this research was conducted in order to describe the extent of implementing smart cities and recommendations for improvement for the government in terms of technological, human resource, and institutional dimensions. The research method was carried out in an exploratory qualitative manner. Data obtained from interviews with authorized officials and in-depth observations regarding several applications that have been published. The dimensions explored consist of 3 parts, namely technology, human resources and institutions. In the technological dimension, the research results obtained are seen from the software sub-dimension and the hardware sub- dimension, where the results of the two sub dimensions need to be improved and optimized again, because most of the existing applications in Padang Panjang City are still not integrated with each database. In terms of the human resource dimension, there are still many Regional Apparatus Organizations that have not consistently updated data due to a shortage of experts in this field and the need for outreach to the public regarding the use of the application. Meanwhile, in the institutional dimension, looking at the regulations or policies implemented, it is good with the smart city master plan. From the results of these three dimensions, it was found that there is a need to develop a smart city in Padang Panjang City. An important focus of development, namely collaboration between government and society, needs to be improved and improved. So that the realization of a smart city that supports people who are smart, educated, have morals and improve the quality of life of residents in the city of Padang Panjang.

Abstract

Mobil listrik telah menjadi trend kendaraan masa depan yang mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Sejak abad ke 18 awal dirilis mobil listrik di eropa, sedangkan di Indonesia berkembang sejak tahun 2012 sampai saat ini. Keunggulan yang dijanjikan oleh mobil listrik dapat meumbuhkan minat dari pemakai kendaraan berbahan bakar bbm untuk pindah menggunakan mobil listrik. Banyaknya produsen dan merek mobil listrik membuat masyarakat menjadi kesulitan dalam menentukan merek mobil listrik apa yang akan dibeli. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan Masyarakat akan produk baru ini. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat disolusikan dengan penerapan Sistem Pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Adapun atribut yang digunakan adalah harga, jarak tempuh, kecapatan maksimum, waktu pengisian baterai, fitur dan teknologi, serta keamanan dan kenyamanan. Penerapan kombinasi ini ditujukan untuk mengurangai penilaian yang subjektif terhadap atribut yang digunakan. Penerapan metode diawali dengan menghitung bobot maksimum dari setiap atribut selanjutnya dilanjutnya dengan perhitungan nilai preferensi dan perankingan. Atribut dengan nilai preferensi maksimum adalah peringkat pertama atau sebagai keputusan pemilihan alternatif terbaik pertama. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu para calon pembeli dapat menentukan pilihan mobil listrik yang terbaik untuk dibeli. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat perangkingan dari masing-masing alternatif yang ada sebagai berikut mobil alternatif pertama mobil Tesla Model S dengan nilai preferensi 0,668, alternatif terpilih ke dua beli mobil listrik Nissan Leaf dengan nilai preferensi 0.629, alternatif ketiga beli mobil listrik merek Hyundai Ioniq Electric dengan nilai preferensi 0.622 dan alternatif terakhir adalah beli mobil listrik merek selanjutnya alternatif beli mobil listrik Tesla Model S dengan nilai prefernsi 0.504.

Abstract

This study observes the vertical profile of the troposphere using data from radiosondes that are periodically applied to the upper air. The instrument used in this observation consists of sensors that measure weather parameters such as temperature, pressure, air humidity, wind direction and speed. Every 00:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC, the instrument is flown to transmit data on altitude, temperature, wind density and direction, humidity and air pressure from the atmosphere to the earth's surface. The data collected will be used to understand convective processes in the atmosphere and their relation to life on earth. These observations play an important role in predicting and understanding weather and climate phenomena, and provide useful information for various sectors such as transportation, agriculture and public health. However, radiosonde observations are costly and complicated, so not all meteorological stations can make observations using this method. In addition, radiosonde observations also have limitations on the level of data density produced. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a radiosonde system that is easy to implement and low cost. This system can help increase the data density of upper-air observations and provide more accurate weather information. Radiosonde estimation can also help overcome limitations in radiosonde observations and improve the efficiency of weather observations. Research methods that use radiosondes are also known as radiosonde flight research. This research method falls into the category of "Observational Research" or "Observational Experimental Research". The results of the research conducted on 6x balloon flight experiments using radiosonde resulted in extreme points at different altitudes and relative humidity (RH). The first extreme point at altitude: 18735 and RH: 4.24. The second extreme point at altitude: 1144 and RH: 97.56. The third extreme point at altitude: 30 and RH: 97.63. The fourth extreme point at altitude: 35 and RH: 94.12. The fifth extreme point at altitude: 38 and RH: 97.63. And the sixth extreme point at altitude: 1073 and RH: 86.19.

Abstract

Bank BJB is one of the BUMD banks that has developed a mobile banking application system called BJB DIGI where the application can make it easier for Bank BJB customers to carry out financial transactions. However, in the development of this application there are still many deficiencies and the level of doubt of Bank BJB customers to use the application is still high. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the level of acceptance of the BJB DIGI application at Bank BJB Soreang Branch Office using the TAM theory. This research was conducted using 175 samples who were BJB DIGI users using the snowball sampling technique. The results of this study explain that of the four variables that have the highest average value, there is the intention variable to use BJB DIGI. In addition, the results found that the level of ease of use and usability of BJB DIGI has a significant influence on the intention to use BJB DIGI. Meanwhile, the intention variable to use BJB DIGI was found to have a significant influence on the level of use of BJB DIGI. However, on the other hand, the variable level of ease of use and usability of BJB DIGI was found to have no significant effect on the level of use of BJB DIGI at Bank BJB Soreang Branch Office. Discussion of important research findings is presented in the discussion section of this research.

Abstract

As technology advances rapidly in many industries, one in the multimedia sector, such as animation, can be used to overcome this problem. Dissemination of information will be more attractive and user-friendly with the use of multimedia. Illustration of multimedia-based information technology is 3D (3 Dimension) animation. The creative sector of the animation business continues to grow. Autodesk Maya is a program created primarily for creating complex motions and animations with natural motion, but can also be used to create accurate simulations of certain events. Children are the most beautiful gifts that are born into the world. Children need a family and good environmental conditions to be able to support their optimal growth and development. Based on the data collected, there is still a lot of violence against children, due to the lack of public knowledge about what will happen to children if they experience physical violence. With the aim of producing a 3D animated video on the Impact of Physical Violence on Children. Therefore this study aims to produce a 3D short animation video about the impact of physical violence on children. And through this animated video that has been produced, it is hoped that the public will be more sensitive in the pattern of educating children which will have a negative impact on the development of children if they do not teach the right pattern of children, such as committing violence on children.

Abstract

The part of the troposphere known as the Planetary Boundary Layer (PBL), which is directly influenced by the Earth's surface, has an important role in climate, weather and air quality. Many studies have succeeded in identifying the height of PBL using observational data such as radiosonde data. Based on existing data, in South Sumatra an area of ??736,587 hectares burned in 2015. When compared to other districts, OKI is one of the areas that experienced the most fires, namely 377,365 hectares of land in OKI were burned. A total of 361,857 Ha of land burned in 2019. The area with the most fires with an area of ??204,974 Ha is still OKI Regency. In this study using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. To determine the height of the PBL in this study using the air temperature vertical gradient method. From the results of radiosonde data the maximum height of the radiosonde balloon on September 13, 2022 (00:12 UTC) is 26,257 masl and (12:00 UTC) is 26,151 masl, on September 14, 2022 (00:01 UTC) is 25,355 masl and (12 :00 UTC) is 26,182 masl, on September 15 2022 (00:00 UTC) is 27,723 masl and (06:00 UTC) is 27,250 masl. Based on the temperature gradient graph, it can be seen that the lowest PBL height is at 1,807 masl and The highest PBL is at an altitude of 2,884 masl

Abstract

One of the rapid technological developments currently is information technology. Cloud computing is a client-server concept where resources such as servers, storage, networks, and software are considered as services available to users with the flexibility to be accessed anytime and anywhere. Currently, there are various cloud computing platforms that can be used, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) occupies one of the top positions as one of the largest cloud service providers globally. This advancement makes it easier to access the desired information from various sources, including information about hotel rooms through online searches. This research aims to apply Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology to a hotel booking website. The research method used is action, combined with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and literature study. Data was collected from various journals, scientific articles and other online sources. The aim of this research is to utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to simplify the process of booking hotel rooms online. By using AWS, access to cloud services is simple, flexible, and fast, with just an internet connection. Migrating websites to the cloud with the help of AWS features can be done faster, easier, and also more cost-efficient. Hopefully the implementation of this online hotel booking service will make it easier for users to get information about hotel rooms and book rooms from various locations.

RW or Rukun Warga are social institutions that are legalized and supported by the government to uphold and uphold the fundamental principles that form the basis of life in Indonesia, namely mutual cooperation and a sense of kinship, with the aim of making a positive contribution to improving the smooth implementation of various government activities. development and social functions. the manual method is the process currently implemented in letter management, meaning that residents attend the RT head to approve the letter and then hand it over to the kelurahan. Considering this, a system planning is needed which can be called a web-based Rukun Warga Administration Information System, and making this website requires various references and previous research to become reference material for improving similar systems in the future. Due to the limitations of RW (Rukun Warga), there must be an appropriate solution that can help the community to provide good services, including creating a system. The system itself can be understood as a group or a number of elements or several components that are connected and interact with each other with the aim of achieving a goal, in another sense it can be seen as a unit composed of interconnected elements, forming a larger system that is supported by various elements. Considering this, we need a system design that can be referred to as an information system that operates through a web platform. Web design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, with the PHP programming language, and testing uses Black Box Testing. The results of this research have succeeded in meeting user needs in developing a web-based community association administration information system. This website is designed to overcome problems often faced by RT and RW parties so far. With this website, RT and RW performance can be more efficient in carrying out their duties in serving residents. The various features provided on this website, such as submitting cover letters, RT and RW financial reporting, as well as collecting data on residents in RT and RW, will help increase the effectiveness and accuracy of their administrative work

Abstract

Academic Information System (SIMAK) is an academic information service provided by Sriwijaya University and is basically a mechanism used to manage academic and statistical information in it. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of user satisfaction in using the academic information system website, the method used is the EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) method which is assessed from the aspects of content, format, accuracy, user convenience and timeliness. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed to SIMAK users. The validity and reliability test results of the questionnaire questions are valid and reliable. In calculating the data from the questionnaire results using the average satisfaction formula and the Kaplan and Norton categories. The results of this study are to improve the quality of the features of the academic information system website fasilkom unsri, the number of research respondents as many as 313 people showed from the five aspects namely Accuracy, Content, Format, Timeliness, User Convenience are in the satisfied category and become suggestions to developers to maintain and improve the SIMAK website
