Abstract

Reflecting on the problems that have occurred previously due to the company's lack of managing its human resources properly, causing chaos in the production department. This problem arises because in the company there are too many PKWT (Specified Time Work Agreement) employees working, causing instability in the production line. When PKWT's work period was about to end, many prospective replacement employees resigned during the training stage because they could not stand the pressure of working in hot room temperatures in making wheel rims. This causes the company to have to look for other candidates which will take many time, while production must continue as usual. Of course, this will have a negative impact on the company if it continues in the future. Therefore, good human resource management is needed to ensure that the Company's goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. One of the things that must be done in managing human resources is monitoring and viewing employee performance. Because by knowing the performance of the Company's employees, you can ensure that tasks are carried out to predetermined standards and achieve optimal results. Employee performance assessments are carried out in the CNC section, especially on production results. This assessment aims to assess employee performance objectively and fairly, so that it can be used as an evaluation for decision making such as contract extensions, the appointment of permanent employees, promotions, and others. This performance assessment can certainly really help companies manage their human resources and reduce the impact of company losses in the future. Apart from that, this assessment is very important for a company to ensure the creation of a good quality product. The author uses a computerized system using Python and the Multi Factor Evaluation Process method to evaluate employee performance. The reason the author uses this method is because of its ability to make precise judgments based on predetermined criteria values. The data in this research is CNC production data recorded for one month. By assessing 46 employees based on data on Total Production, OK Goods (according to SOP), and Reject Goods (Not Good). The results of implementing MFEP in this performance assessment produced the highest score of 9.2 while the lowest score was 3.0.

Abstract

The The development of information technology innovation has a positive impact on the media and entertainment industry, especially in the significant use of online streaming services. Vidio is one of the most popular streaming applications, providing interesting features such as watching, uploading, and sharing videos in mobile format for smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. Vidio's strength is its ability to show live television from various channels in Indonesia. Although the Vidio app offers interesting features and ease of use, not all users are guaranteed to be satisfied. Each app has its own advantages and disadvantages, so users' experiences and views may vary. This can be seen from the user reviews available on the Google Play Store. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of user reviews of the Vidio application using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The data used in this research are 1500 reviews collected in February 2024. After going through the data cleaning stage, the number was reduced to 1475 review data. From the available dataset, there are 165 positive reviews and 1310 negative reviews. The research process includes data retrieval using web scraping technique, data labeling, preprocessing, and TF-IDF weighting before the classification stage. For classification, cross validation technique and Naïve Bayes method were used. The results showed that the accuracy achieved by the Naïve Bayes algorithm was 80.28%, precision 24.18%, and recall 35.76%.

Abstract

The total number of deaths worldwide due to heart failure continues to show an increase. Classifying patients with the best accuracy can help improve preventive measures based on clinical information. This study compares classification algorithms including C4.5, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Naïve Bayes based on CRISP-DM with the 10-fold cross-validation model evaluation technique and pairwise t-test using RapidMiner software. The research obtained the highest accuracy value of 0.779 with a standard deviation of approximately 0.046.. The research results indicate that the C4.5 algorithm performs the best, followed by the Naïve Bayes algorithm with a statistically insignificant difference, and lastly, the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm with the smallest value, thus considered less suitable for implementation in the dataset.

Abstract

As the frontline of the service industry, a receptionist's performance not only reflects his professionalism, but also affects the first impression and overall customer experience. Problems in assessing the performance of a receptionist can include several things, namely difficulty measuring the quality of social interactions objectively, performance appraisals often focus more on administrative tasks, lack of understanding of the receptionist's role as a liaison between the company and customers, difficulty in assessing intangible aspects such as friendliness, patience, or the ability to respond to changing customer needs quickly and efficiently. The combination of rank sum weighting methods and Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) can result in a more holistic and robust approach to decision making. In this approach, the rank sum weighting method can be used to get an initial picture of the relative preferences of various alternatives, while MAUT can be used to dig deeper into those preferences and account for complex factors such as attribute weights and utility values. By combining these two methods, decision makers can gain a deeper understanding of their preferences, while still maintaining openness to multiple perspectives and information. The results of the ranking of the best cashier performance the 1st best cashier with a value of 0.574 obtained by Zulaikah, the 2nd best cashier with a value of 0.473 obtained by Arini, and the 3rd best cashier with a value of 0.337 obtained by Lilik Karlina.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of technology in the world is very rapid. Many of the latest innovations have been created to help humans in carrying out their activities, both in person and virtually. Currently, all services and services are digitized. This digitalization process is also happening in the world of education in Indonesia. As an educational institution at the junior secondary level, SMPN 1 Rembang plays an important role in the development of science. SMPN 1 Rembang must improve the quality of education it provides. Currently, the learning process at SMPN 1 Rembang is still conventional, so it has not been able to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning system. The teaching and learning process between students and teachers can only be done on condition that there is a meeting between students and teachers in the classroom directly. This research aims to develop an E-Learning system presented in a mobile-based application so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. This system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database that applies User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method is used to analyze the needs and design of the system which consists of fonts, layouts, and features. With this system, SMP Negeri 1 Rembang can provide a learning system to each student with a more advanced and modern because this system is able to answer all teaching and learning needs.

Abstract

Active students are students who attend lectures, while students on leave are students who do not attend lectures. To remain active, students must re-register at the start of the semester. In this study, researchers used student data from the class of 2020 sourced from Bina Insan University, Lubuklinggau City. The method used is data mining. Data mining is a term used to describe the discovery of knowledge in databases. Data will be analyzed using the Python programming language with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Abstract

SMPN 1 Rembang is located in Losari Village, Rembang District, Purbalingga Regency. The library of SMPN 1 Rembang in carrying out its duties is still conventional such as recording in a book filling in the visitor list, borrowing and returning books. Systems that run manually often get problems such as problems that often occur books that are often returned late. This research discusses the design of an online book loan system by utilizing internet technology which is growing rapidly. This application is used to make it easier for students and teachers when borrowing books because there is no need to come directly to the library so that every process carried out becomes more effective. The method used in system development is the User Centered Design (UCD) method, in this development method there are 4 stages of the approach, namely analysis, design, evaluation, and implementation. PHP is used as a development tool in this research, namely as a programming language and MySQL as a database. The results of the research obtained while in the form of an online book lending system that can run according to its function. This application aims to facilitate library visitors in searching for books, borrowing books, and returning books so that these activities become more organized. The function of the system created to process data related to the library such as managing book data, tracking book locations, checking borrowing, borrowing time limits to related fines. Then in the admin section it also functions for member registration activities, book data, book categories, book location data, book borrowing processes, book returns and data recap reports.

Abstract

The rapid development and advancement of technology, the application of the Smart Asset Spatial and Network Infrastructure application system is the main strategy in increasing the use of technology in various institutions such as companies and educational institutions. The application of this system aims to provide convenience and efficiency in managing records related to the assets of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. This research involves the process of Problem Identification, Literature Study, and Application of the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. Where the process of designing the UI / UX application of Smart Asset Layout and Network Infrastructure of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia using the HCD method because of the approach that incorporates the needs, goals, and aspirations of users into the design process to create solutions that are more relevant, effective, and satisfying for users. UI/UX Design of Smart Spatial and Infrastructure Asset Applications Using the HCD Method with the aim of designing application designs and prototypes as a determination of the design process that has been made and through the prototype stage the author can find out feedback information from users (students) of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The Human Centered Design (HCD) method has three stages, namely inspiration, ideation, and implementation. By doing this application design, it will provide convenience to students and campus staff in carrying out the existing spatial management system at Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The conclusion of the results of this study using the HCD method obtained the number of respondents as many as 33, then had a respondent result of 78.1% of the Class of 2020, namely where this application is effective and needed by students in facilitating the Spatial system and Network Infrastructure of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia.

Abstract

Decision-making in determining promotion targets becomes crucial for Widya Gama Mahakam University in Samarinda City to enhance the institution's visibility and attractiveness. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is proposed as an effective approach. The issues faced include difficulties in determining effective and efficient promotion target priorities and a lack of strong scientific foundations to support strategic decision-making. The proposed solution is to implement AHP as a structured and systematic decision-making tool. This method allows the identification of relevant criteria and determination of relative weights for each criterion, then evaluating and selecting the best alternatives. This research involves the analysis of various relevant promotion aspects, such as Type of high school, Distance, Transportation, School accreditation, and Number of alumni as criteria for High School (SMA) that will be used. The main objective is to identify relevant criteria in determining promotional targets, assess the relative weights of each criterion, and generate priorities or rankings of promotional targets based on AHP analysis. The findings of the research demonstrate a consistency ratio of 0.0852, which falls below 0.1, indicating its proper interpretation according to the CR calculation theory within the AHP methodology, thus considered appropriate for application. This research produces a ranking of promotion target determination for Widya Gama Mahakam University in Samarinda City, with alternative A5 ranking first, alternative A7 ranking second, A3 ranking third, A4 ranking fourth, A1 ranking fifth, A10 ranking sixth, A9 ranking seventh, A8 ranking eighth, A2 ranking ninth, and A6 ranking tenth. The research findings indicate the AHP method can be utilized for decision-making within establishing promotion targets for Widya Gama Mahakam University in Samarinda City

Abstract

12 years of compulsory education is a government program to increase the nation's intelligence. Since this regulation was implemented, all state schools in Indonesia have not been charged tuition fees. Schools are divided into 2, namely public schools and private schools. Private schools still require students to pay tuition fees. Not all parents are able to pay for their children's school fees due to economic factors. For this reason, the government is trying to provide educational assistance to schools through education offices in the city and province. The Dumai City Education Office provides the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program to improve the quality of education for the people of Dumai City. This assistance is provided to all students in Dumai City. One of them is MTS A- Imam Abi Yazid, but in the process of providing BSM they still select students based on the school principal's decision so they are not on target. Data on selected students is submitted to the Ministry of Religion to obtain educational assistance without prioritizing students who are truly underprivileged so that students who really need assistance are less likely to receive BSM than other students. Another obstacle is the unavailability of an application for selecting potential recipients of poor assistance so that Businesses have difficulty collecting data on students who really need scholarships. For this reason, we need a system that is capable of filtering data on students who are truly underprivileged. The Moora method is able to solve this problem, because it is a decision support system method that has a level of flexibility. The results of this research can be seen from 20 students, 10 students were at the top with the highest score of 0.1182
