Munaddhomah Journal is an Islamic Education Postgraduate Journal of the Islamic Institute of Islamic Education KH. Abdul Chalim Mojokerto, published periodically every six months as a vehicle for scientific communication of academic people in the study of Islamic Education. Editors invite academics to contribute their thoughts, whether in the form of research results, in-depth studies, book reviews in accordance with the disciplines they have. The manuscript is original, not yet published in other journals.

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study which became the focal point was the management of work practice training based on digital literacy in the boarding school environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method of data collection is done by triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. With the object of research at the community work Training Center (BLKK) vocational Information Technology and Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency, West Java province. The results showed that: 1) the planning of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan that focuses on identifying training needs has been carried out in accordance with SOP or rules, regulations of the Ministry of manpower. 2) the development of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan which focuses on internal training cooperation still occurs in the dichotomy of departments and sectoral egos and external cooperation with less developed companies and even tiered apprenticeship program cooperation no longer exists. 3) the implementation of the training Program at BLKK Al-Mizan focusing on the implementation of competency-based training (CBT) has not been fully implemented. 4) evaluation of training at BLKK Al-Mizan showed that the assessment of training services has been carried out but the results are limited to the basis for recognition of students and the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school environment. 5) support the function and use of training management at BLKK Al-Mizan to the function of improving digital literacy in the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school. The researcher concluded that the management of digital literacy-based work practice training in the boarding school environment runs effectively and equips students to be technologically literate, this is also reflected in the students themselves in the use of digital-based books.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of this research can be formulated as follows: (1) does the communication climate contribute to the performance of teachers at the State Elementary School in Region 2 District of Kuala District? and (3) does the communication climate and achievement motivation jointly contribute to the performance of teachers in the State Elementary Schools of the Region 2 Cluster of Kuala Subdistrict This research method is a correlational quantitative research using descriptive and inferential approaches. In this study, the population was all teachers at the State Elementary School Cluster Region 2, Kuala District, amounting to 80 people. The sample of this study was taken by referring to the Krejcie-Morgan table where a fixed sample of 66 people was obtained. This research data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that: (1) communication climate contributes 32.2% to teacher performance; (2) achievement motivation contributes 12.3% to teacher performance; (3) The communication climate and achievement motivation together contribute 38.1% to the teacher's performance at the State Elementary School Cluster 2, Kuala District. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that communication climate and achievement motivation are two important factors that can contribute to teacher performance that cannot be ignored in addition to other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This article explains the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. The focus of the discussion was the Salafist boarding school. This article aims to find a form of Islamic education that develops in Islamic boarding schools with Salafi ideology (manhaj Salafi). This study uses the literature method. This article concludes that Salafist Islamic boarding schools are a new model of Islamic education in Indonesia today. This pesantren model is different from pesantren in general which has long been developed in Indonesia. The triggering factor for its development is the influence of global Islamic currents, and provides variations in Islamic education patterns, especially at Pesantren institution in Indonesia. The curriculum used at the Assunah Islamic Boarding School both in formal and non-formal education is indicated by radicalism as it is known by the public regarding the Salafist community, but it is more directed towards Salafus Saleh, namely following religious behavior based on the Qur'an, Sunah Rasul and the practice of the life of the previous pious (generation of Friends). The materials taught at the Assunah Islamic Boarding School, it has an impact on the Aqidah and Morals of students, where students or the community who diligently follow an education at the Assunnah Islamic Boarding School have strong aqidah, have polite behavior, tawad'u, have a high social spirit and are sincere.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of integrating Islamic boarding schools with universities is an exciting phenomenon to observe. This article discusses the curriculum development design for Islamic boarding schools and tertiary institutions in shaping female students' spiritual and intellectual intelligence. In this study, the authors used descriptive-critical research emphasizing the power of analysis of existing sources and data by relying on existing theories and concepts to be interpreted based on writings that lead to discussion. Based on the results of the study of primary sources, it can be concluded that student boarding schools create or design their curriculum based on curriculum management theory, starting from planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling/ evaluating. This is seen as necessary so that student boarding schools can maximally give their role to students in fostering their mental, spiritual and intellectual development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine building customer loyalty and analyze competitors in Islamic Education Institutions. The research method uses a qualitative approach, namely, library research. The data analysis technique is descriptive. Building customer loyalty in Islamic educational institutions is done with several marketing strategies including establishing relationships with various components such as the community and so on, providing customer satisfaction by offering varied programs and facilities, and providing guarantees if customers are not satisfied with the services and quality that have been provided. Analysis of marketing competitors that often occur in Islamic Education Institutions includes products, marketing, prices, and cooperation networks so that they must be able to maintain quality by using various methods, one of which is creating brand awareness to create attractiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was made to find out the process of implementing the evaluation of Islamic religious education and morals in junior high school 1 Ngariboyo Magetan through the interview method. The theoretical basis used is based on the theory of learning evaluation, such as Bloom's taxonomy and other learning evaluation theories. Things discussed around the evaluation of Islamic religious education and morals include preparation of learning evaluations, assessment lists, daily grades, and written and oral exams. The obstacle in undergoing a learning evaluation is the limited teaching staff for Islamic religious education at this school, so the teaching staff needs to use a more effective and efficient way of conducting learning evaluations consisting of 21 class groups, with details for each class level there are 7 classes, there are also other obstacles that are obtained, namely the uneven understanding of students so that in preparing learning evaluations it is necessary to evaluate learning according to student’s abilities. Whereas the assessment standards are made according to the average ability of students, for students who have not been able to meet the assessment standards, a reassessment will be carried out.]]>

<![CDATA[Optimization strategies are very important to support learning activities in limited facilities. the purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy of the head of the madrasah in the optimization of infrastructure experienced obstacles and solutions by the head of the madrasah, as well as how the results of the implementation of the strategy of the head of the madrasah in the optimization of infrastructure. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that the strategy for optimizing infrastructure in MAS Muhammadiyah 1 Medan involves management activities that include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The constraints experienced are generally in the form of limited funds and locations that are not wide enough so the solution that can be done is to procure the facilities and make optimal use of the available infrastructure. The success of the madrasah head's strategy in optimizing infrastructure can be seen from the procurement, utilization, and good inventory and increasing the creativity and innovation of teachers and students in utilizing available facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the learning management of Al-Islam education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya by focusing on 4 sub-topics of discussion which include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques of analysis and interpretation of data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data sources in this study include primary data sources where the data is obtained from informants when making observations at the research location. While secondary data sources are obtained from articles, theses, and journals that support primary data sources. The results of this study indicate that the learning management of Al-Islam education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya has been carried out following the learning mechanism and is conducted properly based on the learning objectives that have been set. To achieve all aspects Of learning management al Islam education is very dependent on the commitment and capability of educators towards education management itself.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is to find out how far promotions and products influence decision making in choosing a madrasah. The variables in this study include promotion (X1) and product (X2) as independent variables, while decision making (Y) is the dependent variable or the variable being measured in this study. For the research method used in this study using quantitative methods with a survey approach with a total of 119 respondents. research data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique by distributing directly to respondents, while the way to select respondents using probability sampling random sampling approach or random samples. The data analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques where before carrying out the test a prerequisite test is carried out first. To process research data using statistical tools 25. The results obtained showed that promotions and products have a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose a madrasa, while the variable that is more dominant in influencing the decision to choose a madrasa is the promotion variable.]]>
