Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of Tadika Al Fikh Orchard (Early Childhood Education) teachers in Islamic Religious Education learning. In the context of mental therapy, it should be done by integrating remembrance in every aspect of a person's life. This research involved the participation of Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malysia teachers as research subjects. The results of this research show a significant increase in the personality quality of educators at Tadika Orchard Malaysia. Over time, these programs become an important part of students' lives, producing positive changes in the mental state of teachers that, in the long run, benefit individual students. The findings of this research provide practical implications in efforts to improve the quality of learning at Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malaysia. Mental therapy efforts with remembrance for Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malaysia teachers provide mental health for educators who in turn provide role models for Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Malaysia students. It is hoped that this research can become a basis for developing policies and programs that focus on improving teacher quality in terms of mental health.

Abstract

Utilization of the environment as a learning resource in improving students' Mahāratul Kalām (speaking skills) in grade 1 Arabic subjects at MTS Hidayatunnajah. The four language skills for learning Arabic are istima' (listening), qiro'ah (reading), and kitabah. Mahāratul Kalām (speaking skills) is one of the four (writing). The environment makes students improve linguistic and non-linguistic as they learn Arabic. To examine the obstacles to learning Mahāratul Kalām Arabic, this research combines a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods. Students in grade 1 Arabic subjects at MTS Hidayatunnajah became research participants. The study found that there was an increase in environmental utilization as well as teachers should work to improve their students' motivation, memory, and speaking practice.

Abstract

The right method is very important in learning activities, especially in learning Arabic. The lack of understanding of students in receiving learning is a sign of the problem of inappropriate learning methods and factors of diverse brain development of children. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Arabic language learning using the electic method as well as connecting the evaluation results with the brain abilities of girls and boys. The data was taken from the 3rd grade students of SDIT Nuur Alaa Nuur totaling 66 students, and supporting data from the Arabic language teacher in the class. The method used in this research is qualitative and observation techniques with the aim of obtaining data according to field facts. From the results of calculations and analysis, it is found that the effectiveness of 3rd grade Arabic learning at SDIT Nuur Alaa Nuur is quite good, the percentage of student results who get scores of 70-79 is not more than 10%. Then the results of the evaluation scores can be concluded that the language acquisition ability of female students is superior to male students. Abstract

This program is a community service initiative that aims to improve staff understanding and skills in the principles of Islamic economics and Islamic capital markets. Conducted at Tadika Al Fikh Orchard, an early childhood education institution in Malaysia, the program targets teaching and management staff to strengthen Islamic financial literacy. The activity will occur from 3 to August 8, 2023, involving 40 participants led by Puan Hj. Siti Ruzita Ramli, Chairman of Tadika Al Fikh Orchard.This activity explores the effectiveness of training programs that include lessons on Islamic mutual funds, stocks, Sukuk, and other Islamic financial instruments. Program implementation methods include identifying partner problems, conducting interactive training, and evaluation through pre-test, post-test, and questionnaire. The program results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of Islamic capital markets, as evidenced by an increase in average scores from pre-test to post-test. The evaluation showed that the training improved the understanding and practical application of Islamic economic principles and capital markets. The implications of this program are broad, enhancing individual capabilities and positively impacting Islamic financial education in the context of educational institutions and the wider community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Arabic language learning media for fourth grade students at SD Diniyah Aisyiyah Menteng Bata, South Jakarta using the Sam'iyah Syafawiyah learning method which includes: the learning process in class, learning media, and to find out the extent of the learning stages carried out by the teacher through the use of media. Classroom learning uses the Sam'iyyah Syafawiyah method. And finally, to find out how teachers try to overcome inhibiting factors in the Arabic language learning process for fourth grade students at Diniyah Aisyiyah Elementary School, Menteng Bata, South Jakarta. This type of research uses a method (field research) taking the location at SD Diniyah Aisyiyah Menteng Bata, South Jakarta. Data collection was taken from the results of observations carried out directly in class, interviews. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques to explain the analysis results obtained. The results of this research show that the learning media in class IV of Diniyah Aisyiyah Elementary School using the Sam'iyyah Syafawiyah method is considered successful. This is viewed in terms of the active use of learning media using books, audio recordings and videos. Through the Sam'iyyah Syafawiyah method which is applied in the classroom, and the use of appropriate learning media helps students be active so that the Arabic language material delivered by the teacher in class can be understood by students.

Abstract

The implications of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Agreement no longer only impact conventional economic transactions, but have also impacted digital economic transactions in Indonesia. The emergence of social e-commerce is an application with dual functions: as a social media application as well as an online shopping application which in this case is TikTok with its TikTok Shop feature is very troubling for micro, small and medium enterprises in Indonesia. Therefore, this research will examine the impact of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area agreement on online buying and selling transactions via TikTok Shop. The data collection method used is the literature review method (library research). This type of research is descriptive research through a qualitative approach. The impact of the Free Trade Area coupled with the penetration of imported goods directly (cross border) from China has resulted in the proliferation of finished products offered at prices that are much cheaper to below the cost of production of local finished products for similar products. This affects the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

Diversity is God's blueprint and therefore must be accepted and addressed properly. Today, everyone everywhere cannot escape interaction with others. Therefore, cultural encounters are a necessity. In this context, tolerance becomes very important. Tolerance is a guideline for how each person interprets his or her presence together with others. This paper aims to explore Muhammadiyah's insights on tolerance as contained in the book Risalah Islam Berkemajuan. This research is a library research. Primary data in this research is taken from the Manuscript of the Risalah Islam Berkemajuan. Secondary data in this research is taken from Muhammadiyah ideological texts related to tolerance. This research shows that Muhammadiyah's insights on tolerance are contained in the Manuscript of Risalah Islam Berkemajuan. The insight can be seen from the Muhammadiyah movement, namely; da'wah movement, tajdid movement, science movement, charity movement. The services performed by Muhammadiyah also show that insight, such as humanitarian services and global services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Islamic leadership style applied by the Principal at Satit Phatnawitya School Yala, Thailand. The research method used is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis as data collection techniques. This research involved the principal, teachers and administrative staff as the main informants. Data analysis was carried out by detailing key aspects of the Islamic leadership style, including justice, honesty, responsibility and concern for school members. Apart from that, this research also explores the impact of this Islamic leadership style on the school environment and teacher performance.The results of the research show that the principal of Satit Phatnawitya School Yala Thailand has implemented an Islamic leadership style for students and teaching staff in the school environment, this is proven by the implementation of activities such as the obligation to pray five times a day for students and teachers, the formation of halaqah or organized associations. This aims to strengthen relationships between teaching stars, implement qiyamul lail which aims to create a positive atmosphere in the school environment, and establish Islamic Islamic studies as a forum for teachers to deepen Islamic studies.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine sharia marketing strategies in increasing public trust in the Bestari Impian care center, Malaysia. Strategy to build public trust by demonstrating the center's commitment to Sharia principles and providing an educational environment that is in line with Islamic values. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and data validity techniques. The results of this research show that the marketing strategy used is to provide guarantees of good service quality, partnerships with the community, marketing via social media, self-development programs, excellent customer service, feedback and evaluation and collaboration with sharia financial institutions.

Abstract

The card sort method is used to find out and ensure that students really know and understand the material being taught by pairing cards that have been made by the teacher with the topic being taught. All methods are not free from advantages and disadvantages. The card sort method also has shortcomings or weaknesses, namely that it takes up too much time so it can be said to be inefficient from a time aspect. Therefore, it is necessary for learning to be carried out using the Card Sort method so that students are able to find various authentic problems, namely problems that are in accordance with the reality of their social life. The Qur'an is a holy book that is different from the holy books of other religions, books and scriptures. It is not enough just to read the Qur'an, but to put into practice the messages contained in it. Reading the Qur'an has provisions called the science of tajwid. This research focused on qolqolah with a qualitative descriptive approach and classroom action. The data collection method was carried out using tests, observations and interviews. This research resulted in the finding that the card sort method was carried out in three stages, namely the planning/preparation stage by preparing the RPP and materials or media, the implementation stage was carried out by implementing the card sort method technique and the evaluation stage was carried out by carrying out tests or repetitions of the material being taught. The card sort method is a method that can increase student motivation and learning achievement even though it is carried out irregularly (continuously) because the card sort method is able to foster new pleasant feelings for students.
