Abstract

The multidimensional crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has pushed for the strengthening of Islamic conservatism, which is one way that makes it easier for terrorism to enter and develop in society. In the midst of a conservative society towards religion, terrorist groups circulate the narrative of Covid-19 as an 'end of time' condition that must be faced with militant jihad, and has proven to be effective in the recruitment process, propaganda, to be effective in mobilizing emotions to carry out acts of terror. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach through collecting data on reports and literature from previous research results, as well as online news. This study has identified that terrorist groups have successfully adapted to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, and made the pandemic a new issue and inspiration in recruiting, propaganda, and terrorizing acts. Therefore, governmentagencies related to terrorism prevention must be able to develop strategies that are adaptive to this new situation, where so far the approach to counter terrorism has so far been ad hoc. Therefore, the deradicalization policy is not only realized in the form of reorientation and resocialization, but is also encouraged to build counter narratives with terrorism groups in implanting radical ideologies, through new steps, collaborating with mainstream mass organizations such as NU and Muhammadiyah in building a narrative of Islamic moderation, both culturally and through new internet channels.

Abstract

This paper discusses noken Papua as a local wisdom that gives its own meaning in democracy in Indonesia. For Papuans, noken has its own value for their lives. Because noken cannot be underestimated its existence in Papuan human civilization. There are many values ??of life that can be explored as principles in life. In this context, noken represents values ??for Pancasila democracy in Indonesia. For example, consensus, social, unity, justice, dignity as a human being and human personal relationship with God. The methodology in this paper uses literature study, by analyzing books, scientific journals and magazines. In addition, by developing the opinions of Papuan leaders who have talked about noken and Pancasila democracy. This writing contributes to developing democratic maturity in the life of the nation and state through the values ??obtained from Noken as a local Papuan wisdom. Thus noken is not only an inanimate object, but contains living values ??for democracy in Indonesia. So noken is the ancient heritage of the Papuan people who give life values.

This study aimed to identify the ideal arrangement and concept for the management of 10% interest participation in the oil and gas sector. Writing is done by reviewing library data, in the form of laws and regulations, books, articles, journals, and others. The results of the study show that arrangements regarding the management of the 10% interest participation are currently not implemented optimally and comprehensively, so by reconceptualizing the management of interest participation in a way that ismore integrative and in line with the Pancasila economic system, it will have positive implications for areas where exploration and exploitation activities have been carried out. This new concept of interest participationmanagement will be more equitable for oil and gas producing regions and prioritize joint ventures based on the principle of kinship for the prosperity of the people.
