Abstract

This animation design is an information about the process of making KTP in Medan Denai District Office. Many residents do not know the process of making a KTP. For this reason, a method of delivering a KTP information is needed. The solution is to make 2D animation using adobe animation CC 2018. The process of making animation itself requires a story idea, scenario, story dialogue and storyboard. This animation provides information about an information process for making a KTP and explains the requirements for making a KTP. And there is a new policy from the government regarding the child identity card process. With this 2D animation, it is easier for the public to know the process of making a KTP so that there are no misunderstandings for officers, so that officers can provide the best service for the community

Abstract

One form of non-formal education is a course where many people learn cars with the aim of being able to master it in a short time. The more people who want to take car driving courses, the more Institutions will provide the best instructors for the community in driving cars. There are many criteria to determine the best instructor in car driving learning such as length of work, discipline, friendliness which are reasons to determine the best driving instructor. Therefore, the best driving instructor recommendation system is needed for people who want to learn to drive a car is very important to create customer satisfaction. This study will build a decision support system using the waspas method with the aim of being able to implement the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method in determining the best car driving instructor which is unacceptable to prospective customers who want to learn to drive a car. The system will be built with the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database.

Abstract

Like in a room or classroom having a light switch for manual control, sometimes it's lazy to move or forget to turn it on and off, resulting in a waste of electricity. By utilizing technology and developing humans can create a technology that makes activities more efficient. This tool is designed to turn the lights on and off automatically and also control manually withcontrol smartphone, for example automatic control, at 06.30 Arduino will give commands to the servo motor to turn off the lights and at 18.00 the Arduino will turn on the lights, thencontrol manual is Android controls. Previously requiring an application on a smartphone , first designed the application using the MIT APP INVENTOR then transferred to Android.

Abstract

The Indonesian government through the Smart Indonesia Program provides cash assistance through the Smart Indonesia Card. The problem that occurs is that the selection process for KIP assistance recipients has not gone through the right procedure, resulting in social jealousy among students who should not be eligible to receive assistance but receive the KIP assistance funds. This is because some students have relatives from school officials so that student data can be manipulated. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is able to select the eligibility of students receiving KIP funds quickly and accurately by using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method which in line performs calculations on the matrix multiplication between criteria that have a weighted value of each alternative so as to produce a PSI value which will be the final result in determining the eligibility of students to receive KIP assistance funds. The resulting impact is the selection of students who really have the eligibility requirements to get KIP funding assistance.

Abstract

Technological development in Indonesia has increased quite rapidly, but many entrepreneurs have not fully utilized technology, including in the sale of vegetables and fruit, so that promotion and market reach is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to build a User Friendly Android-based fruit and vegetable ordering application using the Waterfall method and using the Black Box testing technique so that the application built was easy to use so that it covered a wider market reach. The result of this research is an android-based application in making sales and ordering, making it easier for people to buy and order vegetables and fruit.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the field of education can turn abstract learning into concrete through android-based learning media. The development of learning media requires software development methods, one of which is the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method. Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) is a method that handles game development from start to finish. This educational game contains elements of text, images, audio and 3D animation that are designed as attractive as possible to increase the attraction for beginners in learning Japanese. In making this educational game using Adobe Photoshop and Unity 3D software. The purpose of this study is to help beginners learn to know more about recognizing object names in Japanese with an attractive appearance and provide a different atmosphere and learning method.

Abstract

Starter companies or technology-based startups or better known as Digital Startups have been booming in many countries, especially in Indonesia in recent years. Various ideas and solutions are offered to be a way out of a problem that is often faced by the community. Incubators, Investors and even the Government are also competing to provide digital Startup development programs, because of this many digital startups have sprung up and started to develop in Indonesia such as its predecessors, namely GoJek, Bukalapak, Tokopedia, and Tiket.com which have become Unicorns. even Decacorn in Indonesia. The mapping of the distribution of the Digital Startup itself needs to be done so that the application of a creative society or the Society of Creativity can be carried out in Indonesia, especially in the current Era 5.0 Society. Geographic Information System is a platform that provides management of spatial data (spatial data) and non-spatial data (attribute data) that can be used to map specific case studies to achieve a specific goal. At present Geographic Information Systems can be developed based on Web or WebGIS. The mapping of the distribution of Digital Startups in Indonesia is currently carried out to facilitate the Government in monitoring and developing the number of digital startups in Indonesia, so that people who are capable of being competitive and creative can be formed in Indonesia because they are always monitored and well developed by the Government. Research on Mapping the Distribution of Digital Startups in the Implementation of the Society of Creativity in Indonesia is based on WebGIS. The editor that will be used is ArcGIS Online.

Abstract

Throught science and technology (Science and technology) that us increasingly developing now a days, more and more using human technology. With the technology it can help humans in every day life. But in technology area, there all stull system that use manual methods such as parking. The impact of indiscriminate parking casuses quite severe congestion, not to mention the illegal parking fees quoted in the name of government based on the problems outlined, as solution is found to find the existence og indiscrimimate parking. That way conducted research on “Multilevel parking based on Mikrocoontroller”. Mulitilevel can be interpreted with multilevel or tierd sentences. The parking lot does not move because the vehicle is being moved by driver. Microcontroler has a system that is intended to recive input from what has been made and made to be an input.

Abstract

Rapidly developing applications have provided enermous benefits for small and medium enterprises activities such as clothing stores. Therefore we need a good inventory system in a clothing store. In this study, the author will design an android-based inventory application system that will be implemented in a clothing store. This applications was built by utilizing a mobile device as a media processing clothing inventory system. This application will utilize the android device’s camera as a barcode scanner or barcode reader. So that, all sales transactions will be done through a barcode scanner. Where the barcode image will be generated automatically based on the id of the clothes. With this applications, it will be easier for the clothing shop owner to process their clothing inventory system because all the processes are carried out in one android-based smartphone device. In implementation, this application will utilize the Zxing library as a function of distrbuting barcodes on smartphone devices.

Abstract

Overweight or obesity is a health condition of a person who has excess body fat. Individuals who are overweight or obese are more susceptible to health problems such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, certain types of cancer and gallbladder disease. In this case, the author wants to develop an application for the ability of a web service-based diet program to find out information on the right diet in the form of ideal body weight, body mass index, physical activity and food recommendations. Calculation of calories per day from food consumed and excess The diet system is designed using historical data and graph history so that it is easy to see the progress of the diet from beginning to end. So there is no need to go to a nutritionist, while the user is easy to access anywhere and anytime by the user. In addition, this system is supported by programming languages, namely PHP and HTML Database Mysql, as well as system development using the prototyping method. The output of this system is an application that can be operated online. One of the advantages of the application compared to other device operating systems is that it is relatively cheap. is open source.
