Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, income, and self-control on the financial behavior of working students. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data collection techniques using a questionnaire method via Google form which is distributed to 97 active students who are working in companies and have income. The research using Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS tool to analyze the data. Of the 97 students who have worked, the results show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior, while income and self-control have no effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is aim to determine the influence of employee competence and motivation on employee performance through employee engagement, as a mediation variable, as a case study on employees of the Kalimantan River Region Hall I Pontianak. Research Model is descriptive and associative quantitative. Data is obtained from questioners to employees as respondents. The number of respondents was 61 civil servants. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results obtained showed that competence has a significant effect on employee performance through employee engagement as a mediation variable, and conversely motivation does not significantly effect on employee performance, through employee engagement as a mediation variable. Pandemic Covid-19 makes limited in conducting direct interviews for questioner fillers, so the filling of questionnaires is less transparency and accountability. Abstract

Analysis is used to assess the company's financial performance using its financial reports from different reporting periods. The general public, investors, shareholders and management can all benefit from financial company reports while making decisions and growing their own assets. This study will use financial measures based on liquidity ratios which include current ratios, quick ratios, and cash ratios to show the financial performance of the company PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The company's financial statements, which include an income statement and balance sheet for 2020-2021, are the subject of research. In this research data analysis used descriptive analysis using financial ratio analysis. Liquidity ratio consisting of current ratio (Current Ratio), quick ratio (Quick Ratio), and cash ratio (Cash Ratio) which is the basis for the results of financial ratio analysis

Abstract

Pelindo 1 Provincial North Sumatra was the target of this study. This study aims to investigate and clarify the origins of financial statements as well as the variables affecting PT's profitability and income. Geographical Pelindo 1. The hypothesis concerning the relationship between financial summaries of benefit and loss and benefit and loss on organization is the one used in this investigation. This study employed a quantitative approach. PT. Pelindo Territorial 1 benefit and misfortune budget report data from the previous 2 (two) years' worth of research. This study uses flat examination for information analysis. According to level analysis results, net gain increased by (11.8%) in 2020–2021, while working pay increased by (636.4%) over the previous year. Profit after tax and total profit both grew by 1,359.2% in the current year. Given that the effects of the global Coronavirus pandemic are still being felt, as well as a flawed model that upsets the standard method of handling import containers, there will be a decrease in benefits organization in 2020. As a result, certain regions and countries won't be able to receive deliveries as expected due to lockdown.

Abstract

The money receipt system is one of the trusted accounting systems that every business must have for accounting needs. Due to its availability, cash is one of the assets that significantly drives business growth. The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth analysis of the revenue and cash accounting system of PT. KAI Divre I North Sumatra. North Sumatra cash receipt accounting system, operated by PT. KAI Regional Division I, is the subject of research. The findings revealed problems with the recognition of accounting information systems, delays in understanding that would also delay revenue recognition, inadequate placement of wrong people in proper jobs, lack of training for staff who could not use accounting information systems, and other problems.

Abstract

To assess the responsibilities of the Tanjung Balai Asahan Immigration Office, measuring financial performance is crucial. The aim of this research is to evaluate the concept of value for money, especially economics, efficiency and effectiveness to find out how well the Tanjung Balai Asahan Immigration Office is performing. Evaluation of the Tanjung Balai Asahan Immigration Office uses a descriptive qualitative research method of case study analysis. By reviewing information on immigration developments at Tanjung Balai Asahan in 2019–2020, this research is descriptive in nature. The results of the study show that the performance of the Immigration Office: 1) economically with an average economic ratio below 100%; 2) effective with an average ratio of effectiveness below 100%; and 3) efficient with an average effectiveness ratio above 100%. Because it is so economical, efficient and successful, good governance at the immigration office can be achieved if it is evaluated based on calculations using the idea of value for money.

Abstract

In order to determine whether and how economic growth influences the open unemployment rate in Binjai from 2018 to 2022, the study will look at whether there is an effect on it. According to this view, economic growth is the process of enhancing a nation's ability to produce goods and services through its economic activities. One issue that frequently impedes economic growth is a decline in the ratio of job seekers to government- or privately-provided positions. This essay employs a quantitative descriptive analysis approach and a straightforward linear regression technique with SPSS 22 to address the research problems. There is no positive or significant relationship between economic growth and the open unemployment rate in Binjai City, as evidenced by the test results, which yield a t test value of t count (-1.321) t table (3); H0 is accepted; and Sig (0.278) > 0.05. Remember that only 36.8% of Binjai's open poverty rate is affected by economic growth, with the remaining 63.2% being affected by unmentioned causes.

Abstract

This research investigates the significant relationship among Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), employee performance, and job satisfaction within the context of PT. Swadaya Mukti Prakarta. The study employed statistical analysis, including a paired t-Test for Means, to assess the mean differences between OCB and employee performance. The findings revealed a substantial positive correlation (Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.893) between OCB and employee performance, indicating that higher levels of OCB among employees are associated with increased performance levels. Furthermore, the research examined the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The results demonstrated a strong positive correlation (Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.931) between job satisfaction and employee performance, emphasizing the critical role of job satisfaction in enhancing overall employee performance. Additionally, the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments were tested. The study confirmed the validity of the survey questions for all three constructs (OCB, employee performance, and job satisfaction) and established satisfactory reliability for the measurements. In conclusion, this research highlights the significant impact of OCB on employee performance and underscores the importance of fostering OCB and job satisfaction in enhancing organizational effectiveness. These findings offer valuable insights for organizations seeking to improve their employees' performance and overall job satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam era digital dan teknologi saat ini, media sosial telah berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. tiktok shop merupakan fitur yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk menjual produk secara online melalui platform tiktok. Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Diskon Harga, Gratis Ongkos Kirim Dan Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Mahasiswa Pada Aplikasi Tiktok Shop. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Diskon Harga, Gratis Ongkos Kirim Dan Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Mahasiswa Pada Aplikasi Tiktok Shop baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode pemilihan acak sederhana. Dari kuesioner yang disebarkan, respons yang diterima menjadi total sampel yang diambil adalah 133 orang dan sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument penelitian. Untuk analisis data, model analisis regresi digunakan dalam penelitian ini, khususnya Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 25.0 untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara Diskon Harga, Gratis Ongkos Kirim dan Promosi secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap terhadap Terhadap Minat Beli mahasiswa pada aplikasi tiktok shop. Terjadi hubungan yang sangat kuat antar variable yang diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pengendalian Pembangkitan Kapuas (UPDK KAPUAS) Pontianak”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh K3 terhadap kinerja pegawai UPDK PLN Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deksriptif. Metode deskriptif adalah metode yang menggambarkan subjek atau objek berdasarkan fakta yang sebenarnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, studi dokumenter, wawncara dan quisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan variable ganda yaitu kinerja pegawaidan K3. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas untuk melihat valid dan reliable dalam hasil penelitian. Ditamha dengan menghitung regresi liner berganda merupakan seperangkat pencapaian yang dihasilkan dari suatu pekerjaan dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggungjawab yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian pada pegawai UPDK PLN Pontianak menunjukkan bahwa aspek K3 berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : K3,Kinerja, Kantor UPDK Kapuas Pontianak
