Abstract

This study intends to identify the factors that influence the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, including dividend policy, profitability, firm size, and capital structure tempered by growth potential. This study is a quantitative research project, and the financial statements of 48 manufacturing businesses listed on the IDX were the source of the data used in this study. In order to do moderated regression analysis (MRA), this data is used. Eviews is the analytical tool employed. The findings demonstrated that business value is positively and significantly influenced by capital structure, profitability, and firm size. The impact of dividend policy on business value is both favorable and negligible. Growth potential acts as a moderator, reducing the link between capital structure and business value.

Abstract

Employees are the main resource in an organization. Organizations will achieve competitive advantage if employees have high performance. This research examines the effect of salary on employee performance by including the job satisfaction variable as a mediating variable. Respondents in this research were 32 people at PT Qolbun Salim Mubarok, using linear regression and hierarchical regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that 1) Salary has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Salary has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of salary on employee performance . Based on these results, an organization should pay attention to salary and job satisfaction variables in order to improve performance. If employees feel satisfied at work and have optimal salaries, their performance will be better.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the transformation of the finance and trade industry triggered by the adoption of fintech and e-commerce, as well as identify the impacts and challenges faced by companies and consumers in this digital era. The research method used is a literature review and descriptive study using secondary data. The results of the analysis show that fintech and e-commerce have brought significant changes in the financial and trade sectors, including financial service innovation, financial inclusivity, and shopping efficiency. The research identifies challenges such as data security, complex regulation, and intensifying competition in the digital marketplace. To face this challenge, companies and businesses need to design the right strategy in adopting digital technology, establish partnerships with technology companies, improve human resource capabilities, and pay attention to regulations and data security. This research provides deep insights into the transformation of the finance and commerce industry in the era of fintech and e-commerce, and provides guidance for companies and regulators in creating a safe and profitable environment in the digital age.

Abstract

Indonesia has implemented expansionary economic policies with expenditures exceeding Increasing revenues in an attempt to align with others countries terms of economic development. The government has relied on foreign loans as the main source of financing to support these expenditures. However, Monitoring the utilization is crucial government foreign loans Because it can exert a substantial influence on the nation's economy, this study seeks to examine the determinants that affect the government's policy in taking foreign loans as well as to evaluate the effect of revenue from tax amnesty on Indonesia's foreign loans. This research method uses secondary data covering the period 1987-2021 and analyzes the relationship between several variables, including government spending, interest rates, rupiah exchange rates, inflation, taxes, government securities (SBN), and tax amnesty on government foreign loans. This study uses the ARDL structural break econometric approach. The findings from this research indicate that over the short duration, government spending, exchange rate, taxes, and government securities (SBN), along with related factors, have a significant negative effect on the amount of government foreign loans. On the other hand, bank Indonesia interest rate (BI rate), inflation, and tax amnesty have a significant positive impact to foreign borrowing. However, in the long run, inflation and tax have a significant negative impact, while SBN has a positive impact.

Abstract

This analysis, which is a causal study, attempts to assess how three variables—firm size, profitability, and leverage—affect profits management strategies. The firm's total assets serve as a proxy for the firm size variable, while the debt-to-asset ratio (DAR) indicates leverage and return on assets (ROA) indicates profitability. Discretionary accruals are used to measure the management of earnings. The corporate financial report data used in this quantitative study approach was sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The mining businesses that were listed on the IDX between 2020 and 2022 made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was used in the sample selection process, yielding eight organizations as study samples with an observation length of three years. With the aid of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22, multiple linear regression analysis was employed in this study's hypothesis testing. Descriptive statistical tests, traditional assumption tests (including multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality tests), and hypothesis testing are all a part of the analysis process. The findings of the ANOVA test demonstrate that variables related to leverage, profitability, and company size all influence profits management strategies. Individual study findings, however, indicate that while firm size has no appreciable impact on earnings management, profitability and leverage do have a favorable and significant impact. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of variable profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, size of firm, and independent commissioner of the timeliness for financial statements submission on Properties & Real Estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022.The population in this study is Properties & Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 180 companies. Statistical testing and data processing performed using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study showed that liquidity ratios had a positive effect on the timeliness of financial statement submission. Meanwhile, profitability ratios, company size and independent commissioners company do not effect the timeliness of financial statement submission.

Abstract

The stock market is an investment place that has the potential to provide large profits, but also has high risks. In Indonesia, the IHSG (Composite Stock Price Index) is used as a benchmark for stock market performance. Profitable and low-risk stock investments require attention to macroeconomic factors at both the national and global levels. These factors include inflation, BI rate, exchange rate (USD/IDR), and Brent oil price. This research aims to identify the influence of various macroeconomic factors on the IHSG. The method used in this research is the ARDL-ECM model. The research results show that in the short term, inflation, BI rate, exchange rate (USD/IDR), and Brent oil prices have a significant effect on the IHSG. However, in the long term, only inflation does not have a significant influence on the IHSG.

Abstract

In general, marketing involves a series of activities in the field of trade where sellers offer products to consumers. A similar situation occurs in Islamic marketing, where the process and strategy of meeting needs through halal products and services are accompanied by principles of agreement and mutual well-being between buyers and sellers, with the aim of achieving material and spiritual prosperity in both the worldly life and the hereafter. In the context of digital marketing from an Islamic perspective, all marketing activities that use technology must be based on Sharia law. Therefore, the use of technology should avoid elements involving riba (interest), maisir (gambling), the production or sale of non-halal products, as well as prohibitions related to marketing products containing gharar (uncertainty).

Abstract

The rise of Compulsive buying among consumers has prompted a large number of studies related to this behavior. Adolescents. However, the focus of this study highlights one of the external triggers that may stimulate CB, namely advertising using the new marketing concept of Neuromarketing. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the method Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed by Google Form. The participants were young women aged 13-16 who currently use Camille Beauty skin care products. This study provides evidence that advertisements that use Neuromarketing effects can lead to Compulsive buying. To find out how the concept of Neuromarketing works on advertising in Compulsive buying is to emphasize "The Importance of Eye Gaze" in product advertisements by displaying attractive packaging, colors that match consumer segmentation, puns, anchoring effects and memorable audiotory. Abstract

Environmental issues such as climate change have made it impossible for companies to focus solely on financial performance without considering their ecological impacts. Government regulations and stakeholder demands require companies to manage and minimize the environmental impacts of their operations. Environmental performance refers to a company's ability to reduce pollution, waste, and the use of hazardous materials through proper environmental management practices. This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental performance on the market performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pontianak, Indonesia. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 56 SMEs. Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that environmental performance has a positive and significant influence on market performance, with an R-square value of 0.886. This implies that enhancing environmental management practices can improve SME market outcomes in Pontianak. The findings provide guidance for SME managers on developing green strategies to meet organizational goals and stakeholder expectations as well as achieve environmental sustainability.
