Abstract

This study aims to identify sharia stocks of state-owned companies included in the IDX-MES BUMN17 sharia index to form an optimal portfolio and to determine the proportion of selected sharia stocks of state-owned companies from April 2021 to May 2023. This study also presents the return and risk levels of all IDX-MES BUMN17 stocks and the return and risk levels of the portfolio generated using the single index method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using secondary data from 17 IDX-MES BUMN17 issuers obtained from www.idx.co.id, www.finance-yahoo.com, and www.bi.go.id. The population of this study consists of 17 stocks, and the entire population is used as the research sample. Based on the analysis results, two stocks were selected to form an optimal portfolio calculated since the establishment of the IDX-MES BUMN17 in April 2021, with an optimal assessment based on the ci value, namely PTBA and TLKM, with the largest proportion on the TLKM stock (30.01%) and PTBA (12.84%). The portfolio generated from these two stocks resulted in a return of 1.88% with a risk level of 8.75%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hierarchical effect of consumer responses to Indonesia's new halal logo using the AISDALSLove model. The data analysis technique used was the Total Category Rating (TCR) with a total of 200 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the variable awareness has the highest rating rate of 84.30%, while the variable desire and like has the lowest rating rate of 80.10%. This shows that consumers have high awareness of Indonesia's new halal logo and the importance of halal certification in food and beverage products. However, the level of consumer desire and preference in buying products containing the new Indonesian halal logo still needs to be improved. Thus, food and beverage companies need to continue to improve the quality of their halal products and strengthen marketing and education campaigns regarding the new Indonesian halal logo to increase the level of consumer desire and preference in buying halal products. This research is expected to contribute to the food and beverage industry in increasing consumer confidence in local halal products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT "Analysis of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) on Regional Original Income (PAD) for Pontianak City" is a source of funding for the development and maintenance of the Pontianak City area. As for the Regional Owned Enterprises in Pontianak City, which we have seen, there are only 2 BUMDs, namely PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa and BPR Equator Pontianak. The author's research objective is to find out the contribution of BUMD profits to local revenue in Pontianak City in 2016-2019. The research method uses descriptive quantitative research which is analytical and calculating with data sources obtained from the BKD of Pontianak City and the Secretariat of the Mayor of Pontianak City. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Contribution and Regional Original Income, namely the Profit Contribution of SOEs, especially to PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa, is 2.53% of the total PAD, while at BPR Khatulistiwa Pontianak it is 0.19% of the Regional Original Revenue of Pontianak City, which is very small when compared to the other. So that efforts and innovations are needed to increase the revenue and contribution of BUMD, especially PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa and BPR Khatulistiwa Pontianak to PAD Pontianak City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence or role of the qanun of Islamic financial institutions (LKS) in increasing the economic level of the people of Langsa City. The economic Sharia policy certainly has an impact on financial management and management, which in turn has an effect on the people's economy. This research is a type of explanatory descriptive research that is looking at the causal relationship that occurs between one factor and another by using qualitative data. Sources of data were obtained from secondary data in the form of journals and official websites of the Aceh government, to enrich the data this paper also uses the results of empirical research by researchers who focus on studying the Islamic economy in Aceh. The study results show that after the implementation of Islamic Financial Institutions in Aceh, all conventional banks do not operate in Aceh. The implementation of the LKS Qanun in Aceh has had an influence on the number of funds channeled to MSMEs. However, it has not been able to improve the welfare of the people of Aceh.

Abstract

Students as the nation's generation of hope, who become the successors of leadership, must have good knowledge about how to apply the right patterns of financial behavior to daily life. The financial behavior of students will be seen when the process of entering money is received and the expenditure of money is carried out. The order of priority and percentage of the division of the financial management pattern will be well checked. In simple terms, when income is greater than expenses, this is the initial evidence of the right pattern of financial behavior. But if on the contrary, expenses are greater than income then this is a pattern of bad financial behavior. When passive income is successfully obtained through investment, this income will support active income and help to alleviate expenses that are routinely carried out at all times. This research uses a discriminatory method and a related literature study of student financial behavior. There are at least six problems and six solutions that can be provided to improve the financial behavior of students in Indonesia to be even better. The findings of this study are that students in Indonesia tend to 'ignore' the importance of learning about finances, and still have poor habits about how to put money so that it can be managed properly and more productively.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research, namely research that places more emphasis on objective measurement aspects of the integrity of financial statements. Source of data used in this research is secondary data. This study aims to determine how much influence the variables financial distress, leverage and company size have on the integrity of financial statements. The sampling method using a saturated sample is a sampling technique in which the entire population is used as a sample, so the number of samples used in this study is 81 samples. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial distress and leverage have no significant effect on the integrity of financial statements, firm size has a significant effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of inflation fluctuations on stock price changes in the banking sector. Sample collection using purposive sampling technique with the condition that the sample is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and publishes complete financial statements in the research period from 2019 - 2021, so that 24 companies were collected and a sample of 72 financial statement data was obtained. Data analysis techniques using the help of Eviews version 10, which shows the following results; based on LM test with probability results 0,14 > 0,05 which means that the right model estimation is the common effect model; from the heterokedastis test obtained probability value 0,76 > 0,05 means that heterokedastis does not occur, and normality test 0,94 > 0,05 this means that the residual is normally distributed; and the significance value of the hypothesis test is 0.9162 > 0,05 this means that fluctuations in inflation did not have a significant impact on changes in share prices of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the three study periods. Abstract

PT Unilever is one of the leading companies in Indonesia, which has become an attraction to invest in the company. The Covid-19 pandemic caused all business sectors to have a downtrend impact, as did the Unilever company, whose share price fell quite deeply during the pandemic. Using an Independent T-test sample, this study will examine differences in Unilever stock performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The test result shows that there is a significant difference in Unilevers stock performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction (JS) on the Influence of Transformational Leadership Style (TLS) on Organizational Commitment (OC). The method used is PLS – SEM with a second-order embedded tow stage approach. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires which were distributed to millennial employees who work in palm oil processing machinery manufacturing companies. The tool used to test the research results in this study was SmartPLS 3. The sample for this study was 41 millennial employee respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that TLS had an effect on JS but had no effect on OC while JS had an influence on OC, and in this study, JS was able to play a mediating role in the relationship between TLS and OC with a significance value of 0.034. and suggestions in this study include increasing the number of samples, and involving personality elements in the testing process and job availability.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the Effect of Compensation, and Work Environment, on Job Satisfaction Through Work Motivation as a Mediation Variable. This study used 37 employees in the HR and Organizational Division of the Head Office of the Public Company Bulog Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is PLS-based SEM. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation, (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction..
