Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work experience, training, career development and commitment to employee performance at the Panai Hulu sub-district office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. The research method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population was 40 employees of the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. The research sample used a saturated sampling technique by attracting the entire existing population to be used as a research sample with a total of 40 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Panai Hulu Tanjung Sarang Elang sub-district office. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. Work Experience, Training, Career Development and Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Panai Hulu Sub-district Office, Tanjung Sarang Elang. The coefficient of determination is 0.837, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Work Experience (X1), Training (X2), Career Development (X3) and Commitment (X4) of 83.7%, while the remaining 16.3% can be explained by other variables which were not examined in this study.

The coefficient of determination is 0.754, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Individual Characteristics (X1), Work Performance (X2), Capability (X3) and Job Satisfaction (X4) of 75.4%, while the remaining 24.6% can be explained by variables others that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aesthetic sector of healthcare services has grown significantly for both men and women in Indonesia and around the world. This study targets to examine the direct effect of service quality, which consists of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and clinic image, on patient satisfaction, which is assessed by the expectation of intention to revisit and patient loyalty. A questionnaire was used to collect data for this quantitative analysis. The research focused on patients who had received aesthetic treatment at SKYN Clinic in South Jakarta, Indonesia. According to data, there were 4,290 outpatients between January and August of 2022. It was determined that there were a total of 231 samples. The sampling technique used was systematic sampling. The research study utilized SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling). Patient satisfaction positively influenced patient loyalty and revisit intention, while service quality and clinic image positively influenced patient satisfaction. This study revealed that to compete with the competitors in the beauty clinic industry, revisit intention and patient loyalty must be strengthened. Practitioners in the business of aesthetics, is required to rise customer satisfaction by promoting healthcare service quality factors and the overall clinic image.

Abstract

This article discusses the authority of the House of Representatives in proposing the dismissal of Constitutional Court judges. This analysis is associated with Article 23 of Law Number 7 of 2020 concerning the Third Amendment to Law Number 24 of 2003 concerning the Constitutional Court. This legal research is based on qualitative methodology using literature studies sourced from laws and regulations, books, and scientific journal articles. This article concludes that the House of Representatives is only authorized to propose 3 (Three) constitutional judges in accordance with applicable regulations and is not authorized to propose the dismissal of Constitutional Court judges because there are no legal rules that can be based on the House of Representatives to propose the dismissal of Constitutional Court judges. The reason for the House of Representatives in proposing the dismissal is only based on certain political reasons, namely Aswanto as a constitutional judge often annuls the legal products of the House of Representatives, which is certainly the task of a constitutional judge to examine the law against the Constitution, associated with the General Principles of Good Governance, the steps of the House of Representatives are not in accordance with the principle of legal certainty and the principle of not abusing authority. In this case, the House of Representatives should not override its own products. Abstract

In the year 2023, Indonesian national code was legalized. Inside the new KUHP, there is a chapter 100 that regulates the decline of death penalty to life imprisonment on a 10 (ten) year probation that must qualify as “attitude and deed”. It can cause uncertainty about the law because to date there are no standards or standards used to judge attitudes and good deeds. Therefore, this article will discuss an analysis of the “attitude and good deed” of the penal code as the basis for death penalty to life imprisonment and the law enforcement analysis of the conditions of attitude and good deed in article 100 of penal law 2023. The study was a normative-juridicial investigation that centered on regulations of legislation, principles and laws, The data he’s using is. Primary law and secondary law material. Therefore, the study results in the implemantation of attitude and commendable actions must be explained in detail and governments must establish executive regulations against reducing death penalty to life imprisonment in order to ensure legal certainty.

Abstract

A leader in their leadership must have the ability to build relationships among people. It is the core of fostering motivation, innovation, creativity, inspiration, dynamism, mutual respect, support, and responsibility that can be cultivated through communication. Effective communication is important to the organization’s efforts to achieve its goals. Organizations often need help in achieving goals due to ineffective communication factors. In this case, effective communication skills are required. This study aims to obtain information regarding the effective communication to produce effective leadership. A literature review is conducted to explore much information about effective leadership and communication. Data collection methods were through collecting data from articles related to effective leadership and communication. Inclusion criteria were from original articles, literature reviews, and review papers on effective communication resulting in effective leadership. Effective communication can result in effective leadershi. Effective leader development and leadership behaviour are the major concerns in all types of organizations. Effective communication is an important part of the organization to achieve goals. Various obstacles faced within an organization require communication efforts in the organization as a reciprocal relationship. Communication plays a role in delivering messages to other parties and serves as a socio-psychological adhesive, especially in an organization that seeks synergistic cooperation. In this case, the character of effective communication is required. Effective communication requires two-way communication and reflects an equal partnership between different sources. Community empowerment is intended so that all parties are interconnected and not divided by each other. Communication can strengthen the resolution of issues related to cultural differences so as not to damage relationships despite differences. With effective communication, partnership relationships can be established in an effort to achieve common goals.

Abstract

This study explains and analyzes how the Quadruple Helix model improves Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) creativity. Government, industry, academia, and society collaborate on innovation and development under the Quadruple Helix paradigm. This strategy lets stakeholders collaborate to boost CSR's beneficial impact. The Quadruple Helix model in CSR is examined using ontological, epistemological, and axiological methods. This study analyzes CSR, the Quadruple Helix model, and scientific philosophy literature. This study found that the ontological approach examines CSR stakeholders' reality and interactions. The epistemological method examines how entities collaborate to learn about CSR. The axiological method evaluates CSR initiatives for fairness, sustainability, and social relevance. The Quadruple Helix CSR methodology can boost innovation and effect. Government, industry, academia, and society may collaborate and innovate to create more holistic and sustainable CSR solutions. Understanding the Quadruple Helix model's CSR philosophy. This study shows that collaborative and multidisciplinary approaches improve CSR creativity and effectiveness. More research is needed to confirm these findings.

Abstract

This Studi aims to determine the impact of capitation acceptance on motivation, discipline, and performance of health workers in Bekasi city health center. Beside that, we also want to examine the effect of motivation on performance through work discipline. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to health workers in Bekasi city health center. There are two analyzes, namely: Analysis of variance (ANOVA) to find out whether there are differences in motivation, discipline and performance in each capitation group. The results show that there are no differences in motivation, discipline, and performance in the four capitations, thus that capitation does not have a significant impact on motivation, discipline, and performance of health workers in Bekasi City Health Center. The next analysis using the structural equation model (SEM) shows that there is an influence of motivation on discipline, discipline on performance, and motivation on performance. The analysis uses the SPSS program for ANOVA data processing and AMOS for SEM processing

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research aimed at determining and demonstrating the influence of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in PT Jasamarga Pandaan Tol. This research utilizes the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, R-square testing, and hypothesis testing. The population and sample used in this research consist of all employees of PT Jasamarga Pandaan Tol, totaling 119 respondents. The sampling technique employed in this research is total sampling, where all members of the population are included as participants. Data collection was conducted through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The results of the testing indicate that (1) talent management has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, (2) knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research have both theoretical and practical implications. The information provided in this research aims to enhance understanding and knowledge in the field of human resource management. It also offers insights for companies as they consider and reflect upon addressing existing issues. The findings serve as valuable input for decision-making and reflection processes. Participation in this research aims to assist the company in addressing specific issues, particularly those related to talent management, knowledge management, and job satisfaction in relation to employee performance.
