The measuring instrument for the academic resilience scale is the scale compiled by Cassidy (2016), while the social support scale is the scale compiled by Zimet (2010). The results of hypothesis testing in this study used a simple linear regression test with the result r = 0.262 with p = 0.000. These results indicate that there is a significant positive effect of social support on academic resilience in final students who are working on their thesis. The implication of this research is that final students are expected to be able to maintain their academic resilience, one of which is by increasing individual attachment and good communication with those around them.

The method used in this research is qualitative, with data sources coming from direct observation, interviews, and scientific documents. The result of this research shows that, the influx of western influence in Thailand indirectly influenced the modernization of the country's art culture. One of the triggers was the number of national academics who were sent to Europe to study, and returned to Thailand with a new artistic ideology. In addition, the influence of Italian artist Silpa Bhirashi also contributed to the modernization of Thai fine art. As it is known, he is one of the curriculum designers in Thai fine art schools and Silpakorn University. On the other hand in the political world, the modernization of Thai fine art was also influenced by the political policies of Marshall Phibunsongkhram who used art as a propaganda tool to unify the ideology of all Thai people.

Abstract

Within Indonesia's democratic framework, political parties ostensibly committed to public welfare face a pervasive skepticism rooted in the perceived prioritization of elite interests. This erosion of trust stems from instances of corruption, collusion, and nepotism. Addressing this, the previously dormant Labor Party underwent a revival, introducing new symbols and leadership. Employing a descriptive analytical approach through interviews, observation, and documentation, this research delves into the party's political communication strategies. Findings reveal the adoption of the AIDDA strategy (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action) as a persuasive tool aligning with the party's emphasis on social capital over financial resources. This strategic shift aims to rebuild public trust and underscores a commitment to the workforce's well-being. The party's nuanced approach to political communication emerges as a response to broader challenges, presenting a persuasive narrative to engage the community within the confines of Indonesia's intricate political landscape.
