Abstract

Business competition, changes in consumer tastes, economic and social changes led to various challenges and opportunities faced by PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. China-made bekisting presence in Indonesia with low prices become a challenge for PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. Therefore, companies should determine and re-evaluate the competitive strategy of construction firms in the business world today.There are three objectives of this study. First, to determine the strength of the product PERI PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana in bekisting sales market share in Indonesia. Second, to determine what factors are the strength and the weaknesses of the company. Third, create business competition strategy for PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana.SWOT method focuses on the IFE and EFE measurements to determine the current condition of the company and where the current level PT. Beton Perkasa Wijaksana. Formulated a strategy which will be constructed by the method of Bussiness Model Canvas  which consists of nine pieces that reflect the company's box, where the BMC will look grouping of strategies that will be built in any part of it that exist in the company, which all the box will be connected to each other and have a relationship that will make strategies that can be applied. Keywords: Formwork, SWOT, IFE, EFE, Bussiness Model Canvas.

Abstract

PT. Etica Sari Pratama is an industry engaged in the health industry, namely wet wipes. The problems currently experienced at PT. Etica Sari Pratama is the result of low productivity, during the wet tissue production process which results in decreased production. Improvements are made to increase the productivity results on the production line. Thus, the above problems must be immediately followed up, so that productivity results can achieve results according to predetermined targets by evaluating the performance of production facilities at the company's Adroit S-90 machine is causing production to be interrupted or stopped. Therefore, an analysis of the factors resulting from decreased productivity is carried out. Improvements must be made to increase productivity. And knowing the results of productivity, problem solving is done using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness, fishbone and why-why analysis method. It can be seen that after making improvements to the comparative data from January to June the productivity had an average value of 78% and after making improvements from July to December it had an average value of 97%. Abstract

CV. Karya Bersama is a company engaged in the general equipment supplier. The problem of data processing, stock monitoring and reporting that occurs in warehouse operations at the company is still manual. As an effort to improve, the company is exploring the use of an information management system. The purpose of this study is to test the warehouse information management system that is being proposed based on the needs function using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency Service) analysis method. The information system that has been generated in this design can manage incoming and outgoing goods data, control stock of goods, and can print stock reports, incoming goods reports, and outgoing goods reports. The results of the increase in efficiency in finding information on goods data are 74%, the efficiency increase for incoming goods data input is 77%, and the efficiency increase for outgoing goods input is 88%.Keywords: Information System, Warehouse, Design System, Inventory Management, PIECES Method.

Abstract

PT Bio Kusuma Pharmaceutical is a manufacturing company for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and dietary supplements that was founded in 2003. The company is more engaged in topical medicines and creams for beauty. Increasing the existing market and productivity makes the company prioritize the success of production to increase the company's competitiveness. The increasing demand for products in the market has made PT Bio Kusuma Pharmaceutical have to increase its productivity. However, due to limited testing equipment in the laboratory, it is less effective in meeting the market. From August-October 2019, it showed a delay in testing due to too many batches of production but only one instrument in the laboratory. Production results that are not balanced with demand make the company unable to maximize its productivity due to inadequate testing equipment at the Quality Control laboratory. Based on data on comparison of production and testing in the laboratory where there is a delay in testing due to the inadequacy of the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) testing instrument in the Quality Control (QC) laboratory, from this data the company requires additional HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) instrument tools. From the results of calculations using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) instrument from Acquity Arc (Waters) is obtained with a score of 0.46933 with evaluation factors for all criteria and 0.46932 with the ratio of benefits from alternatives.Keywords: Laboratory, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

Human resources (HR) need to be considered in a company, because HR is the most important factor in producing a quality product. Human resource management (HRM) is one of the fields of general management which includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. In a company, it can be said that one of the most important resources is a human being who is an employee, laborer or worker. At PT. In Panarub Industry, there are employees who are overloaded with work and some are underworked. The distribution of orders is different but the time to complete is the same so that it makes working hours increase (overtime), this causes less concentration at work and can reduce product quality. The current workload allocation from the FTE calculation results is 1 position below 1.28 and 6 positions above 1.28. The optimal need for people from the actual total FTE calculation is 156 to 163. Recommendations for PT. Panarub Industry In the D1 building, 7 people are recruited. This will have an impact on reducing the value of overtime in achieving future targets, and can minimize unwanted risks. With this research, the allocation of the performance burden of PT. Abstract

PT. Brigth Mobile Telemunnication is a manufacturing company that produces mobile phones, one of which is OPPO and REALME brand mobile phones. In fulfilling its production needs, PT Brigth Mobile Telecommunication works with suppliers in Indonesia. The delivery process at pt Brigth mobile telecommunications involves two divisions, namely the IQC division and the warehouse division. before sending the material must be checked first at the IQC division to prevent quality problems in the production line but delays in the delivery of raw material materials to the production line often occur due to the ineffectiveness of the checking process due to activities that do not provide added value which is a source of waste. Then the Value Stream Mapping Tools are used to identify and eliminate the waste. The purpose of this study was to determine the initial conditions of the company, as well as the final conditions after repairs using kaizen. From the research conducted, it was found that several wastes in the checking process include Transportation, Unappropriate processing (inappropriate process), Unnecessary motion (unnecessary movement)-waiting (waiting). And the result after the repair is done is the reduced time to complete the material checking process by combining several SOP and replacing the Acceptable Quality Level AQL 1 standard with the AQL S-3 standard to make it more effective because it is rare to find NG.Keywords: incoming quality control, checking process, Value Stream Mapping Tools, Waste, AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)

Abstract

Pada dunia industri yang semakin maju ini membuat para pelaku industri baik industri manufaktur maupun jasa semakin berkompetitif dalam bersaing. Salah satu yang perlu diperhatikan perusahaan dalam mengatur sistem manajemennya adalah mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Karena dari hal tersebut perusahaan dapat melihat bagaimana penggunaan   sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki serta pencapaian target maksimal yang diinginkan perusahaan. Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisa beban kerja dan perencanaan jumlah tenaga kerja optimal pada bagian receiving PT. Batam Aero Technic, dilatar belakangi proses kerja masih banyak memiliki waktu kosong atau menganggur dan terindikasi memiliki kelebihan karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah workload analysis dan dibantu dengan tool worksampling untuk mengetahui persentase dari kegiatan produktif dan menganggu yang dilakukan oleh karyawan pada saat di lokasi kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan untuk menyelesaikan proses receiving membutuhkan waktu 8.27 menit, didapatkan tingkat persentase produktif yang teramati adalah sebesar 70% dan jumlah pekerja optimal yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan pada bagian receiving adalah sebanyak 5 orang yang berarti jumlah pekerja yang sekarang dipekerjakan mengalami kelebihan pekerja yang mengakibatkan proses kerja kurang optimal dan efisien.  Kata Kunci: Managemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manpower Planing, Produktifitas Kerja, Workload Analysis, Work sampling

Abstract

Supplier selection is one of the most important things in the company's purchasing activities. The selection of suppliers must be done carefully; if done wrong, it can cause disruption to the company's operations. Supplier selection becomes a multi-criteria problem, which includes qualitative and quantitative factors. One method that can be used for supplier selection is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. This research was conducted at a footwear industrial company, PT. Adis Dimension Footwear. The problems found in this research are: Which chemical supplier will be chosen by PT Adis Dimension Footwear based on the AHP method? Then what is the order of priority criteria and sub-criteria in the selection of chemical suppliers at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear? The sample for this research is the decision-makers and the parties who are in the purchasing and warehouse departments and know the performance of suppliers. This study uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. From the results of the research, the importance of the criteria in supplier selection produces the following weights: The first order is quality criteria with a weighted value of 0.6333. Furthermore, the second rank is the criteria for delivery time with a weight of 0.2605, and the third is the price criteria with a weight of 0.1062. The chemical supplier selected based on research using the AHP method is Grand Chemical, which has a total weight of 0.4285. Asia Chemical Supplier comes in second with a total weight of 0.4093. Abstract

This study aims to determine the working time in order to increase productivity in greenware production in the formation section, the productivity of workers that will be calculated in this final project is the productivity of workers in the formation section in greenware production because the results of the production process every day are different and still exist,which has not reached its production target. The calculation of productivity is carried out using the time and study method, after obtaining the working time used to carry out the production process, then a new work method is applied to increase productivity results and a comparison is made before and after the implementation of the new work method, After applying the time motion study method to production Greenware in the formation section is known for the productivity results obtained, which are 121,350. After measuring working time using a time study and implementing the proposed improvement, the productivity results increased for the initial productivity results from 121.350 to 134.100, or an increase of 10.5%. Keywords: Working Time, Productivity,production targets, time and study, standard time.

Abstract

Raw materials are a very important point for a company. Raw materials owned by a company to support the smooth production process, because with good raw material management will be able to save raw material costs so as to minimize costs. All shoe models are developed in advance in the Development department using the required materials and components according to the concept from Adidas as their buyer. In the supply of materials, the Development department purchases the Heel Counter (HC) A1004 in pairs and in its use, there is often a shortage of stock on the Predator P2 and P3 models in size 6T, resulting in delays in making shoes for delivery to Adidas. This study aims to determine the analysis of material inventory with the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method so that there is no shortage of stock again. This study uses lot sizing EOQ and POQ techniques, Safety Stock, Re-order Point and looking for ordering frequency in order to solve the problem of existing stock shortages. The results showed that orders made to avoid stock shortages were ordering using the POQ method with an average purchase of 140 pairs per purchase, 41 pairs of safety stock, 71 pairs of re-order points and frequency order once a month. Keywords : MRP, EOQ, POQ, Safety Stock, ROP, Frequency
