DE_JOURNAL (Dharmas Education Journal) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta berbagi perkembangan ilmu tentang pendidikan. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan ilmu pendidikan. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. DE_JOURNAL merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang berisi tentang hasil penelitian, kajian mendalam, gagasan atau inovasi pada bidang ilmu pendidikan. Gagasan yang berasal dari para peneliti yang berada pada sektor pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada dunia pendidikan. Abstract

Abstract Online learning is a learning system that is not conducted face-to-face directly, but uses a platform that simplifies the teaching and learning process so that it can be carried out over long distances. However, there are many problems with online learning. SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Gunungpring was selected as the research topic because, from the data obtained, the average score of SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Gunungpring students in math, especially in relation to line and serial material, is still moderate. The method used in this study is qualitatively descriptive. The data in this study is test result data and student response data related to the problem of understanding concepts in line and serial material. In practice, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the research was done online using Google Form. The results of this study showed that when students were unable to solve the line and series problems mathematically, students' understanding of the concepts of line and series material was rather moderate. This is because when studying online, students experience issues with unstable connections, lack of parenting support, and boredom from monotonous exposure to material..

Abstract

The curriculum is very important in educational management. Currently,  most  schools in Indonesia have implemented the 2013 curriculum as their basic reference. Yet, with a pandemic like this, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum has experienced problems for both teachers and students. Distant learning makes the student center method found in the 2013 curriculum more difficult to implement optimally. In addition, some problems were also felt by teachers, students, and even parents. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of K-13 during the current pandemic, to find out what obstacles faced by SD/MI during the pandemic, and to find out the learning system applied during the pandemic. This study used a qualitative method, namely semi structure interview with teachers/education personnels in several elementary schools in Madiun Regency, especially in South Madiun.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic changed the learning system in Indonesia from face-to-face to online-based. Many strategies are used by teachers to keep learning conducive, one of which is the use of learning modules. This research purpose to describe the use of Indonesian learning modules in VIII class at UPT SMP Negeri 3 Ponggok. This research has a type of qualitative research, because it has data in the form of words. The research approach used is descriptive research. The research subject to be analyzed is the Indonesian learning module, with the object of class VIII-C and class VIII-D. The data collection techniques used were documentation and quistionnare. After the data is collected, it will then be processed using the Miles and Huberman technique, which includes several stages; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are expected to be a reference for teachers in conditioning Indonesian language learning activities in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of competence of educators in implementing effective and meaningful assessments and in accordance with the development of 21st century learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the lecturers' understanding of authentic assessment, implementation and suitability of authentic assessment in computer network learning, perceptions of lecturers and students in carrying out authentic assessments, and lecturer obstacles in implementing authentic assessments in computer network learning in the informatics engineering study program. This research is descriptive research. This research includes population research with the subject of 6 lecturers of informatic engineering study program and 34 students taking computer network courses. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and document review. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that; The knowledge and competence of lecturers is sufficient to make authentic assessments according to authentic assessment standards. Lecturers are able to prepare authentic assessment tools, and are able to use web-based authentic assessment media. The perceptions of lecturers and students towards authentic assessment in terms of planning, implementing techniques and instruments in assessing the three aspects of learning fall into the good category. Time limitations, number of components / criteria, lack of student motivation in innovative learning are still obstacles in the implementation of the assessment. Overall authentic assessment has been well implemented as an assessment innovation in 21st century education.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the use of government policy synergies in improving the competence of graduates of SMK Negeri 6 Palembang which include 1) Cooperation between the Business World and the Industrial World, 2) Development and alignment of curriculum, 3) Learning Innovation, 4) Standardization of Facilities and Infrastructure, 5) Management and Institutional Arrangements, and 6) Increasing the Professionalism of Teachers and Education Personnel through the Vocational High School (SMK) revitalization program which is oriented towards graduate competence so that they can be accepted in the Business and Industrial World. One of the recommendations for SMK Negeri 6 Palembang is to continuously evaluate the needs of the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) related to the competencies needed. And this evaluation can be used as a reference for discussing school quality policies in an effort to increase graduate competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan membaca pemahaman mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Sekolah Dasar kelas tinggi. Yang masih banyak belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Hal ini karena minat baca dan kebiasaan siswa untuk membaca sangat kurang. Oleh karena itu guru perlu menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan menarik untuk membantu proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Sekolah Dasar Kelas Tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Studi Literatur. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan melihat hasil dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian yang akan peneliti lakukan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneliti menelaah hasil dari 10 jurnal, 4 skripsi dan 2 buku dari hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan metode PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Sekolah Dasar Kelas Tinggi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil menelaah 10 hasil penelitian terdahulu yang berupa jurnal, 4 skripsi dan 2 buku. poin-poin hasil dari menerapkan metode PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) sebagai berikut: a) Memudahkan siswa memahami isi bacaan yang diberikan. b) Meningkatkan kemampuan mengigat siswa. c) Membuat siswa lebih fokus memahami teks bacaan. d) mampu membuat siswa lebih mandiri.

Abstract

            The problem in this research is that the students are still confused in planning their future careers, after graduating. Not only career planning, they also still experience confusion about their self-concept, they feel they have a low self-concept, see themselves as weak, feel doubtful, cannot take advantage of their talents or potential and lack self-confidence so they always view their self-concept negatively. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between career planning and self-concept of class XII students at SMAN 1 Ciledug. This study used a correlational quantitative approach to analyze data by connecting or data that has been collected as without intending to make generalized or generalized conclusions. The sample was taken using a saturated sample of 167 students. The research results show that a coefficient of 36.7%, which means that self-concept contributes 36.7% to career planning. Self-concept has a strong relationship to career planning. Students are able to consider their career decisions for the future after graduating because they are able to plan their careers well

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services need to be organized as a concrete manifestation of the implementation of guidance and counseling services. The phenomenon that occurs in the field is that the implementation of guidance and counseling services has not been implemented optimally due to obstacles, both internal and external. The purpose of this study is to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of guidance and counseling services in Vocational High Schools in Tegal Regency. The results of the study of the inhibiting factors for the implementation of guidance and counseling services in Vocational High Schools in Tegal Regency, namely the inhibiting factors for the implementation of BK services, seen from the competence of the counselor included in the high criteria (20%). The inhibiting factor for the implementation of BK services is seen from the factor of the workload of the counselor, which is included in the low criteria (13%). The factor inhibiting the implementation of BK services is seen from the factor of the principal, which is included in the moderate criteria (18%). The inhibiting factor for the implementation of BK services is seen from the teacher factor in the medium category (19%). The factor inhibiting the implementation of BK services is seen from the student factor included in the moderate criteria (19%). And the last is the inhibiting factor for the implementation of BK services seen from the facilities and infrastructure factors that are included in the low criteria (11%).

Abstract

problems, especially the economy in Indonesia which has deteriorated and also has an impact on the education system, so that to stop on the spread of covid-19, distant learning or home learning is implemented so that student are required to carry out online learning. The problem raised in this study is to obtain an overview of how e-learning is used of Semarang. The purpose to be achieved in this study is the use of e-learning whether it is able to generate positive or even negative behavior. This type of research was qualitative research with a case study method. Respondents in this study were students of guidance and counseling that consisted of three students and three lecturers. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research data analysis shows that the use of e-learning on student learning achievement with other students is different, overall in the use of e-learning as a learning medium the highest percentage is non-linearity, feedback interactivity, just in time, multimedia-learners and last is easy accessibility. Subjects who are able to manage the use of e-learning properly will be able to show positive behavior changes in the learning properly will be able to show positive behavior changes is in the learning process, while subjects who have not been able to take advantage of e-learning show negative behavior changes in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is based on the increasing number of cases of free sex in adolescents, especially high school and vocational high school students. Boys and girls in their sexuality respond differently. The difference between students in the causes of sexuality is what drives them to provide sexuality education in schools. The main problem being studied is whether there is a difference in the perception of sexuality according to gender among students of SMK LPI Semarang? The purpose of this research is to determine the perception of sexuality perceptions according to gender in SMK LPI Semarang students which will be used as evaluation material for BK teachers in order to provide sexuality education to students of SMK LPI Semarang. This research method was quantitative ex post facto. The population in this study were all students of SMK LPI Semarang consisting of class X, XI, and XII which can be said to be 142 students. The sample used consisted of 41 male students and 51 female students. The technique used was Proportional Random Sampling. The data were collected using a psychological scale of sexuality perception. The results show the fact that the perception of perceptions in the male group with the female group. Based on the calculation of the analysis of research conducted by researchers at SMK LPI Semarang, the results so that a T-count value is 0.516. This can answer the hypothesis by comparing the T-count, with the T-table, namely 0.516 < 0.607 so that Hₒ is rejected, which means that there is a difference in perception between the male group and the female group.
