DE_JOURNAL (Dharmas Education Journal) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta berbagi perkembangan ilmu tentang pendidikan. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan ilmu pendidikan. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. DE_JOURNAL merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang berisi tentang hasil penelitian, kajian mendalam, gagasan atau inovasi pada bidang ilmu pendidikan. Gagasan yang berasal dari para peneliti yang berada pada sektor pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada dunia pendidikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran nahwu dan shorof melalui Metode 33 dalam meningkatkan kemampuan santri pondok pesantren Al-Hasyim dalam membaca kitab kuning. Kitab kuning sebagai literatur klasik berbahasa Arab tanpa harakat menuntut penguasaan tata bahasa Arab yang kuat, khususnya dalam aspek nahwu dan shorof. Metode 33 merupakan pendekatan sistematis yang menekankan pada penguasaan 33 kaidah pokok yang mencakup struktur kalimat (Nahwu) dan perubahan bentuk kata (Shorof). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Metode 33 mampu mempermudah proses pembelajaran, membantu santri memahami kaidah bahasa Arab secara praktis, serta mengaplikasikannya dalam membaca teks-teks keagamaan. Dengan pendekatan ini, santri tidak hanya memahami teori, tetapi juga mampu membaca kitab kuning secara mandiri dan tepat. Implementasi Metode ini terbukti efektif dan relevan untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di lingkungan pesantren, khususnya bagi pemula. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran kitab kuning di pesantren-pesantren lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi metode sorogan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi fikih di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Argomulyo Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari santri dan ustadz yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sorogan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode sorogan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam membaca, menerjemahkan, dan memahami kitab-kitab fikih berbahasa Arab gundul. Interaksi langsung antara santri dan ustadz memberikan ruang klarifikasi materi secara intensif dan mendorong tumbuhnya kepercayaan diri serta kemandirian belajar santri. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi metode ini mencakup motivasi belajar yang tinggi, kompetensi ustadz, ketersediaan kitab syarah, serta lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Sementara itu, kendala yang ditemukan meliputi ketidaktertiban waktu, keterbatasan dasar bahasa Arab, dan jumlah ustadz yang terbatas. Temuan ini merekomendasikan agar metode sorogan terus dikembangkan sebagai strategi pembelajaran efektif dalam pendidikan fikih di pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence and effectiveness of project-based learning on students' problem-solving and critical thinking skills on data centering material in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan in the academic year 2024/2025. This type of research is quantitative research with the research population being all students of class X of SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan in the academic year 2024/2025. With purposive sampling technique, the research sample was obtained, namely classes X-7 and X-10. The instruments used were student learning outcome tests in the form of descriptions that had been validated, questionnaires to determine the achievement of effectiveness indicators, namely learning systematics, teacher communication and student responses, and student activity observation sheets. The results of the study showed that: (1) project-based learning has an effect on problem-solving skills (2) the effect of project-based learning on problem-solving skills is in the moderate category (3) project-based learning has an effect on students' critical thinking skills (4) the effect of project-based learning on students' critical thinking skills is in the moderate category (5) project-based learning is effective on problem-solving skills and (6) project-based learning is effective on students' critical thinking skills..

Abstract

Kemeja ilustrasi Dalihan Na Tolu merupakan sebuah desain produk pakaian yang bercorak ilustrasi yang mengangkat kebudayaan masyarakat Batak. Dalihan Na Tolu yang berarti tungku berkaki tiga, mengartikan bahwa kehidupan masyarakat Batak ditopang oleh tiga hal meliputi somba marhula-hula (hormat kepada pihak mertua), elek marboru (membujuk anak perempuan/ pihak menantu) dan manat mardongan tubu (hormat kepada sesama marga). Ketiga hal tersebut digambarkan melalui elemen-elemen visual yang disusun ke dalam sebuah ilustrasi yang utuh. Proses tersebut dimulai dengan pengumpulan berbagai data yang relevan menjadi sebuah pemetaan ide yang konkrit. Ide-ide tersebut dituangkan ke dalam sebuah sketsa ilustrasi yang digitalkan menjadi sebuah ilustrasi yang utuh. Corak ilustrasi dibuat pada pola jahit pakaian yang disesuikan dengan kebutuhan audiens. Hingga di tahap akhir, pola jahit tersebut disatukan dalam proses penjahitan menjadi sebuah kemeja ilustrasi Dalihan Na Tolu yang utuh.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of developing research innovations initiated by schools and/or local governments on increasing the research abilities of high school teachers in Laguboti District. The main focus of the research is to analyze the extent to which innovative initiatives in research supported by schools or local governments contribute to improving the research capabilities of teachers in the region. The research method used included collecting primary data through questionnaires distributed to high school teachers in Laguboti District. Secondary data is also taken from documentation of research innovation development initiatives implemented by schools or local governments. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple correlation, which measures the extent to which the role of the school/government influences teachers' research abilities. It is hoped that the research results will provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of developing research innovations by schools and/or local governments in improving the research capabilities of high school teachers in Laguboti District. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding can become the basis for improving educational policies and practices in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the writing school Program in honing the self-efficacy of students through verbal persuasion in Pondok Pesantren Putri Walisongo Cukir Jombang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the method of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that this program effectively increases the confidence of students in writing. This is indicated by the increased self-efficacy of students after obtaining consistent verbal support from teachers and peers, as well as a supportive learning environment. The Program also facilitates the improvement of critical thinking skills, writing Systematics, and good use of language. However, there are obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of reference book collection, and lack of access to supporting technology. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of teachers and peers in providing constructive verbal persuasion to improve students ' self-efficacy, especially in writing skills.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kontrol Diri Terhadap Kecenderungan Kecanduan Internet Pada Remaja Di Kota Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap kecenderungan kecanduan internet pada remaja di Kota Medan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kontrol diri terhadap kecenderungan kecanduan internet. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan kecanduan internet tidak signifikan secara statistik. Dengan kata lain, baik rendah maupun tingginya kontrol diri yang dimiliki oleh remaja tidak memberikan dampak langsung terhadap tingkat kecenderungan mereka mengalami kecanduan internet, faktor-faktor lain seperti pengaruh lingkungan, tekanan akademik, kebiasaan digital, dan durasi paparan internet kemungkinan lebih dominan. Penjelasan terhadap tidak signifikannya pengaruh kontrol diri ini dapat dipahami dengan mengacu pada teori yang dikemukakan oleh Young (2015), yang menyatakan bahwa kecanduan internet tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh satu faktor tunggal, melainkan oleh kombinasi berbagai faktor internal. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi kebutuhan aktualisasi diri, kontrol diri, perasaan kesepian, rasa takut tertinggal informasi (fear of missing out/FoMO), serta faktor kepribadian (Big Five Personality Traits). Dengan demikian, kontrol diri bukanlah satu-satunya variabel yang menentukan apakah seorang remaja akan mengalami kecanduan internet atau tidak. Mayoritas responden memiliki kontrol diri pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan kategorisasi, sebagian besar remaja menunjukkan tingkat kontrol diri yang cukup (kategori sedang), baik dilihat dari jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, tempat tinggal, durasi penggunaan internet, maupun sejak kapan mereka mulai menggunakan internet. Kontrol diri tertinggi cenderung muncul pada usia remaja awal dan akhir, sedangkan penurunan kontrol diri terlihat pada usia remaja pertengahan (14–17 tahun).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of basic level character education (independent, creative, useful, and honed spiritual aspects) in class III students at El-Fash Islamic Elementary School, South Tangerang City. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach where questionnaires by parents, documentation and portfolios were used as research instruments. Researchers have the assumption that a value can be called a character that is inherent in students if this value is also applied outside of school so that it becomes a habit. So this assumption will be assessed through a parent questionnaire regarding student habits outside of school. Evaluations produced using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method are used to determine whether a program should be replaced, revised or stopped. The use of the CIPP model helps researchers in formulating revisions and matters related to the success or failure of a learning program. The average character score (independent, creative, useful, honed spiritual aspects) based on the vision and mission of El-Fash Islamic Elementary School is 2.0 on a scale of 0-3 (quite effective). Meanwhile, based on the scores from the 2010 Ministry of National Education character aspects, the character education of El-Fash Islamic Elementary School has met all the criteria in question. Therefore, researchers assess that El-Fash Islamic Elementary School has succeeded in carrying out its vision and mission with character and life skills education programs that have been implemented at the elementary level.

Abstract

The learning of Indonesian language and literature is closely related to the reality of human life. Not only good teaching and correct language skills, language and literature are also able to reflect social conditions such as educational gaps, culture, and other societal problems. Based on this, the purpose of writing this article is to describe the relevance of the latest issue of social disparity in education to the learning of Indonesian language and literature. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting information and news related to education gaps, especially in terms of facilities and access to learning, in the period from 1 to 30 May 2025. The data was then analysed and associated with the implementation of Indonesian language and literature learning. The findings show that the issue of social disparities in education, such as differences in facilities between schools, and unequal access to technology, has relevance in Indonesian language learning. This happens because these social realities can be used as material for reflection, teaching materials, and learning evaluation. The conclusion of this article emphasizes that the learning of Indonesian language and literature cannot be separated from the dynamics of people's lives, so the issue of social disparities in education is important to be raised in a contextual and meaningful learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of differentiated learning in the Indonesian language subject in grade III of SD Negeri 01 Manokwari using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers and grade III students. The results of the study show that teachers have implemented differentiated learning by considering the learning needs of students, including aspects of learning readiness, interests, and learning profiles. This implementation begins with an initial assessment through reading and writing tests and observation of students' learning styles. Content differentiation is carried out by providing teaching materials at different levels of difficulty and using varied media. Process differentiation is reflected in the use of diverse learning methods such as group discussions, paired work, and individual assignments. Product differentiation is realized by giving students the option to convey their learning results, either in oral presentations, pictures, or making summaries. A conducive learning environment also supports the learning process by providing comfort and flexibility for students in learning. Although it has been running quite well, the implementation of differentiated learning still faces obstacles such as limited time, lack of learning resources, and lack of training for teachers. Therefore, more support is needed in terms of resources and teacher training so that differentiated learning can take place more optimally and sustainably, so as to improve the quality of learning and better facilitate the diversity of students' learning needs.
