Abstract

The caregivers of the Church Soya, in carrying out the sagat learning process, were accustomed to using monotonous lecture methods, the use of methods, strategies and learning media rarely seen in the learning process. This study aims to find out what the learning process is with the dialogue on Church Formal Education (PFG) for GPM Soya's. The data of this study were analyzed using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques are observation, interviews and literature and data analysis techniques are data reduction, display data and draw conclusions and verification. By using Deep Dialog and Critical Thiking Theory with dialogue methods in the learning process with results indicators are Silence, community building, concept discovery activities, reflection and evaluation.The results found in this study were that caregivers found it very difficult to use the method of dialogue with students, so the teaching and learning process carried out was very monotonous by using the lecture method. Children's creativity and caregivers are not honed and have no development. In-depth dialogue with children's goals and caregivers are open, honest, respectful of others and independent learning has not occurred in the learning process. These findings are analyzed by means of learning with silence in establishing internal and external dialogue, building a class community for democratic dialogue, finding concepts for independence in dialogue, reflection as an educational and evaluation dialogue as a means of achieving learning with dialogue.Keyword: Church Formal Dialogue and Education (PFG)

Abstract

Abstract: Public expectations for improvement of the National Curriculum rise up again, while a positive response to the appointment of the Minister of Education and Culture from the millennial generation. Fundamental improvements in the educational system appear to be more in line with the demands of the works and the current development. The liberating education is closely related to the strategy of liberated learning. Community resistance related to new policies in primary and secondary education as well as high education is regarded as a reasonable reaction as the changes constantly intersect with the unaccommodated interests of certain groups. However, regulatory breakthroughs are vital to the effort of leapfrogging progress. In order to promote national education, it must be accompanied by an increase in teacher competency. It requires some considerations such as, a) the quality of students; b) whether it is concise, measurable and expandable; c) evidence-based and research results; d) refers to the role of teachers and e) whether it is adaptive to the current development. Offsetting the development of digital science and technology in this third millennial era, the teacher’s competence model must also be flexible to the changes. The categories that need to get a touch of the teacher’s competency model include: 1) Professional Knowledge Mastery; 2) Professional Learning Practices, and 3) Sustainable Professional Development. Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) is able to increase the professionalism of teachers. Improving teacher’s competence and quality training is able to cause to emerge or refine the motivation and passion of teachership. Regular and programmed training and continuous monitoring/evaluation will liberate the teacher and encourage students to reason that is the spirit of liberating education.Keywords:  Liberating, Liberated Learning, The Spirit of Education, Professional Teacher, Students.

Abstract

The study of Christian education and ethics or later referred to as PAK in this journal, is a subject that must be followed by all learners who embrace Christianity. The education of Christianity and Ethics is a government-supported education, it can be seen in the 2013 curriculum unit. MR. And Budi ethics are expected to be a pioneer in character education and national values that each graduate can have to answer future challenges. Therefore, the high school, especially the teacher must be able to give the study of PAK that has meaning in the life of each student so that the learning materials that receive can be remembered because it has a deep meaning in Learners.Keyword: Christian education and Ethics, curriculum 2013.

Abstract

his research aims to find out: (1) How does the school prepare to implement school accreditation, which starts with filling in the field of accreditation data "DIA"?, (2) are recommendations from the assessors who do the visitation of 8 Education standards?, (3) efforts made to ensure quality education, (4). What factors become a barrier to improving the quality of education through school accreditation?. The study uses a descriptive method of quality. Qualitatively, it indicates that (1) accreditation is essential to the quality of the school. There must be a working team in the school for the fulfillment of 8 SNP. Charging HIM Online as an early stage of school readiness for accreditation. (2) The Assessor recommendation helps the school to see its weakness, to be repaired to be even better. (3) The development of teachers capacity and education, the development of Sarpras, organizing the administration, focus on the development of students ' character to achieve achievement. Budget that focuses on school needs, engages in the midst of society, or engages the community in activities in the school. (4) Teachers are not motivated to perform their duties with the target time. Teachers are indifferent with existing developments, and do not want to improve their scientific skills. The senior teachers and almost retired, felt difficulties in Menyesuikan with the demands of the existing curriculum, all of which is a barrier in the process of achieving the quality of education in school. And the lack of budget becomes a barrier in supporting various work programs.Key words: School performance, education quality, accreditation

Abstract

Latta Village is one of the villages besides Wayame Village which did not experience the impact of the Maluku conflict in 1999, even though the people were multi-religious (Islam and Christian). The people of Latta Village remain united and maintain the common life order between Islam and Christianity that has been fostered from the beginning. Relationships or social relations remain well intertwined with one another. Research has been conducted on the interaction between two religious communities (Islam-Christians) post-conflict in Latta Village, Ambon City. This study aims to describe the social interactions that occur in the community using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an interaction relationship that remained intertwined in the lives of the people of Latta Village before and after the conflict. The relationship occurred because of good contact and communication between the Islamic community and the Christian community, and also because of the intervention of the Village Head, Imams, Priests and the community as a whole. Therefore, it can be concluded that the interaction relationships must remain maintained in order to create a life of a peaceful and harmonious society.Keywords: social interaction, religious community,conflict

Abstract

The study aims to know empirically the relationship between self control and the aggressive behavior of young male drinkers. The hypothesis that researchers ask is that there is a negative connection between self-control and aggressive behaviour in adolescent male-drinkers. The better the self-control in adolescent male drinkers, the lower the aggressive behavior, and vice versa. The subject in this study amounted to 72 teenage men of alcohol drinkers with characteristics aged 15-21 years and consumed a minimum of miras already 2 months. The sampling techniques used are purposive sampling techniques.The study used the aggressive behavior scale on adolescent male liquor and self-control scales in data retrieval. Data analysis is done using the correlation technique of Product Moment.   The results showed that there was a negative link between aggressive behavior in adolescent male drinkers with self control with rxy values =-0.497 and (P < 0.01), so hypotheses in this study were accepted.Keyword: aggressive behaviour in adolescent male drinkers, self control

Abstract

AbstrackIn children learning process that is conducted from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, parents must function as “teachers”.  As the 'teachers', parents must prepare themselves, starting from reading books, participating in webinars, following learning videos or videos of children's creativity activities in order to nourish their intellectuals with various information and knowledge.  This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method on 10 parents (father or mother) who had early childhood (5-6 years) at PAUD Rafflesia Arnolis, Kayu Tiga, Soya Village Ambon City. The data were obtained through interviews and documentation. The result of this study reveal some foms of parental involvement namely there is a communication between parents and teacher, accompany and help children learn as well as privide learning facilities. In addition, there are several positive things created between parents and children, such as the closeness of parents and children, parents can follow and know about children's learning development and parents are enriched intellectually and creatively while being 'teachers' for children at home. The benefit of the research is that the parents realize how important it is for them to be involved in their childrens' learning process and recognize the forms of involvement. Thus, parents can improve the quality and intensity of their children's learning involvement at home during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: parental involvement, early childhood, learning from home

Abstract

Forming a good character for a child requires the role of a family. This writing aims to cultivate the values of the character in the family can make the children's characters better. Cultual (Enkulturasi) is the process of studying the values and cultural norms experienced by the individual during his lifetime. The beginning of the process of culture of character value for a child is individually born to know and understand his position and standing, is through the family. This research is the result of field studies using a qualitative research approach with observation and interview methods. Research location in Ohoi Madwaer, district of Kei Kecil Barat, southeast Maluku. The results showed that most parents/families have not committed their roles and responsibilities to cultivate the character values well for the child, due to busy work and other factors, parents are also rude to their children, from the results of the research is also obvious that most of the children in Ohoi Madwaer have a character that is not good, and found that there are values that are focused in applying and doing it in the family The value of religious, honest, discipline and tolerance. These values suffer from the erosion caused by unkind characters that are shown by parents and children in the family environment. Secondly, in connection with this, the value of the character has its relation to PAK, which is embedding and giving and teaching good value to everyone in order to keep the character good.Keyword: Culture, character value, family

Abstract

The Church in carrying out its mission must present the sign of Shalom to mankind. In carrying out its vocation, the church must interact with all aspects of human life, namely social economy, culture, politics and so on; so that the role of the Church can be seen and impacted on every creature in the world. HKBP is one of the Churches who made their vocation in Batak land. HKBP was greatly influenced by zending who preached the gospel to the Batak people. However, HKBP in carrying out its Theology, it is also included in cultural values, especially the culture of the Batak marriage as a form of contextual theology carried out. Therefore, HKBP can declare the sign of Shalom to the congregation through Church rules that must be followed by all members of the HKBP church. Abstract

This article aims to describe the development of counseling learning methods through ethnographic study. The chosen research location is Latuhalat, where the location is considered to be a place for developing counseling learning methods through ethnographic studies of Christian Guidance and Counseling students with the community because at this location there are several problems faced by the community related to their culture that require counselors. The informants selected were 10 second semester Christian Guidance and Counseling Study Program students in the even semester semester of Academic Year 2018/2019 at the Ambon IAKN Christian Education Faculty who were in anthropology courses and were considered to be able to represent their friends in providing their understanding related to research focus. The research method used is qualitative with in-depth interviews and observation techniques to describe or describe the facts or circumstances or symptoms that appear in the counseling process between counselor and client. The data obtained shows how students' perceptions of guidance and counseling on ethnographic studies can bring them closer to the community and understand the problems faced by the community more clearly and the output of applying counseling learning methods through ethnographic studies at the Faculty of Christian Education IAKN Ambon can be more intertwined emotional closeness between lecturers and students because together they are directly involved in the data collection process.Keywords: development of counseling learning methods, ethnographic studies, anthropology.
