Abstract

The learning conduct at school is done so that all students can get satisfying learning outcomes. Some efforts to improve student learning outcomes are increasing teacher’s competence and student’s intelligence. The objectives of this study are  to analyze the effect of teacher’s competence on student’s learning outcomes. The study was conducted at four Public High Schools in Kupang. In this study, the author used a quantitative approach using correlative research methods. The population in this study were all Christian student’s sitting in class XI Social Sciences Education (IPS) as many as 152 people. This research took 20% of the total population (30 student’s). As sample usiup the Simple Random Sampling. Data collection od using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression equations with Pearson correlation formula. The results showed  there was no significant effect of christian religion teacher competence on student learning outcomes of 2.4%. The conclusion of the research is the teacher's competence does not have a significant effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: Teacher Competence, student and learning out comes

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to disscuss the issue of the urgency of implementing Christian Education in early childhood learning. The purpose of this research is to answer why Christian education is considered important to be implemented in early childhood learning. Qualitative with descriptive is the method used in this research, carried out in PAUD/TK Dharma Wanita Kalasey I. Informants are headmaster, teachers, and parents. Data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The result of this study found that the creativity and innovation of Christian education greatly influenced the implementation of Christian education to life. General educationcan be inspired by material of christian education when good and intelligent integration is established. Life of christian education on early childhood will be experienced in the efforts of attention and collaboration from the school, government, church and parents after the understand, appreciate, and realize correctly about the essence and the importance christian education for early childhood.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti  (PAK dan BP) SMP Negeri 11 Ambon merencanakan pembelajaran di masa Pandemik Covid 19 . Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya perubahan sistem pembelajaran yang dialihkan dari proses pembelajaran tatap muka  ke proses pembelajaran daring dan luring di tengah pandemic Covid-19 dan guru dituntut melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di SMP Negeri 11 Ambon. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa guru PAK dan BP dapat merencanakan pembelajaran dengan menyusun program tahunan, silabus dan RPP dengan baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa penerapan pembelajaran daring dan luring merupakan kebijakan penyelenggara pendidikan dan berada dalam tanggung jawab pemerintah kabupaten/kota. Kewenangan ini diserahkan kepada setiap satuan pendidikan yang berada di kota maupun kecamatan untuk menyusun model pembelajaran di masa pandemic covid-19 sesuai ketentuan kurikulum yang di gunakan yaitu kurikulum kondisi Khusus.

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers are said to be professional and modern, not because they are considered inspiring and innovative, but because they are required to be innovative, creative, inspiring, pro-active, and modern. Modern teachers mean quality and master various technologies in general and in particular. General, means mastering various technological results. And specialize in mastering various educational technologies (various educational media). This study aims to see how PAK teachers can become multi-talented future teachers for their students. The research method uses combination research, namely the mixed method. Abstract

Munculnya  Covid-19 memberikan dampak besar pada semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan, yakni terganggunya proses pembelajaran, karena himbaun melakukan social distancing. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut tersebut maka Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) mengeluarkan Surat Edaran Nomor 4 tahun 2020 mengenai pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring atau pembelajaran dari rumah membutuhkan perhatian lebih dari orang tua dalam memberikan pendampingan dan turut mempersiakan kelengkapan anak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a)  apa saja bentuk  pendampingan yang dilakukan orang tua, (2) bagaimana pendampingan belajar anak bagi orang tua yang bekerja, (3)  factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendampingan orang tua terhadap anak dalam proses pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif. Sasaran dan informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang tua siswa. Pengumpulan data yang diambil melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pendampingan yang dilakukan orang tua di rumah dalam proses belajar daring adalah: (a) sebagai guru, (b) sebagai fasilitator. (2) anak yang kedua orang tuanya sama-sama mempunyai pekerjaan maka tidak bisa melakukan pendampingan dan solusi yang dilakukan orang tua supaya anak tetap ada yang mengawasi adalah dengan menitipkan kepada keluarga terdekat di rumah, bagi anak yang orang tuanya hanya ayah yang bekerja maka pendampingan dilakukan oleh ibu. (3) faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi adalah: (a) faktor kesabaran orang tua, (b) factor kebijaksanaan orang tua dan (3) faktor ekonomi orang tua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku pacaran anak remaja dan keterlibatan anak remaja dalam pergaulan bebas, sebab dalam dunia industry 4.0 masyarakat pada umumnya sudah memiliki gawai yang difasilitasi dengan jaringan internet yang dapat membantu para remaja untuk melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh ditengah wabah COVID 19 yang sedang melanda dunia sejak September 2019. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualiatatif dimana peneliti melakukan wawancara terpisah antara Orang Tua dan para remaja untuk mendapatkan informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian peneliti lakukan dan hasilnya adalah sebagaian anak remaja ada yang sudah mengenal dan bahkan melakukan seks bebas, dan sebagaian orang tua ada yang mengetahui perilaku anak remaja mereka namun ada juga yang tidak. Orang tua yang tidak mengetahui hal ini diakibtakan oleh kesibukan mereka dalam bekerja sehingga mereka lalai dalam memperhatikan anak-anak remaja mereka, selain itu juga terjadi kenakalan-kenakalan remaja lainnya yang sering terjadi yaitu perkelahian antar kompleks, ketidaksopananan kepada orang yang lebih tua dan juga miras, sehingga peran orang tua, guru, pemerintah dan tokoh-tokoh agama sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendampingi para remaja ini.Kata kunci: Remaja, Pergaulan Bebas, Seks Kenakalan Remaja.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to see the extent of the influence of teacher interpersonal communication and student understanding on student learning activities at SMKN 1 Pangkatan. The data of this research were obtained through observation, and the results of the questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 123 students. Samples were taken using the total sample. From the results of the descriptive test, it is known that 123 respondents, there are 66 respondents (54%) stating that the interpersonal communication that is currently taking place is in a very good trend. The results of the descriptive test on student understanding showed that 123 respondents there were 47 respondents (38%) stating that the current understanding of students was in a good trend, so it could be concluded that student understanding had a significant effect on student learning activity. The contribution of interpersonal communication and student understanding simultaneously to student learning activities in SMK Negeri 1 Pangkatan is 0.793 units or 79.3%. And the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.Keys : Interpersonal Communication, Student Understanding, and Student Learning Activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce an effective group guidance service to improve students' prosocial behavior. This research design uses a Research & Development approach. The research and development method is a research method used to produce certain products and to test the effectiveness of these products, with a sample of 10 students selected by purposive sampling from 75 populations. A sampling of 10 students, so that in the process of giving treatment in group guidance activities is effective.The results of the study indicate that group guidance services to improve prosocial behavior have been achieved. This can be seen from the acquisition of prosocial behavior scores on the pretest and post-test which has increased by 234.6%. The effectiveness of this model was tested by using the Wilcoxon test in the Test Statistics table to obtain the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.005 < = 0.05, then reject Ho. This means that the group guidance service model can improve the prosocial behavior of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Seram Barat.

Abstract

Develompment of Teaching Materials to Grow Self-Control for Sunday School Children at GMIT Imanuel Oenesu.Christian Religious Education is an education centered on Christianity based on the teachings of Jesus Christ in the Bible. One form of Christian education carried out by the church is Sunday school. Sunday School is a place for children to be able to learn about the truth of God's word through the teachings contained in the teaching materials held by each Church. Of course, the teaching contains about how children will have the right mindset and pattern of behavior in accordance with the truth of the word, but it does not specifically teach children of a certain age about the characters contained in the fruit of the spirit, especially self-control. So, this study aims to produce products in the form of printed teaching materials that can teach the character of self-control for Sunday School children, especially 9-12 year old group. The development of self-mastery teaching materials is carried out using the Dick & Carey model, with data analysis methods compiled qualitatively and quantitatively which discussed descriptively. This research was conducted on the GMIT congregation Imanuel Oenesu, by obtaining the percentage results on the content expert test 96%, media expert 100% and design expert 92% as well as the small group test on three teachers namely 99.6% and five people in charge 99.1 % so that it can be stated that this self-control teaching material can grow the character of self-control in the children of responsibility as well as the teacher. Abstract

Abstrack: The quality of graduates at the elementary school level is a concern and the main focus of this research is how to apply effective active learning strategies to improve graduate outcomes. According to Rusman, active learning strategies involve more student activities in accessing various information and knowledge to be discussed and studied in the learning process in class so that they get various experiences that can increase their understanding and competence because active learning allows students to develop high-level abilities, such as analyzing and synthesizing. as well as assessing various learning events and applying them in everyday life The method that researchers use to study and analyze this problem is a qualitative method. Furthermore, all the data needed for the discussion is obtained using interview techniques, observation and other documentary data which are considered useful for producing a scientific paper. This data was obtained, analyzed and discussed as a scientific paper with the title "Learning Strategies for Class VI Students for Facing Final School Exams at SD Negeri 3 Kairatu, West Seram Regency. Keywords: Active Learning Strategy
