Abstract

The role of teachers in the quality education process needs to be improved. This is because the quality of teacher service can produce quality graduates. As Jesus was known as the Great Teacher and formed His disciples to continue the relay of the great commission of service, so did the Apostle Paul, following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, formed his protégé Timothy to become a good teacher of the church he served. This research is a literature review of Timothy's letter using descriptive methods about the role of teachers as spiritual parents and how teachers apply them. The conclusion is Paul's role as a spiritual parent for Timothy's protégé, namely as an educator, mentor, encouragement, role model and friend. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of the character values of love for the homeland in PAK learning during the covid 19 pandemic at Murnaten Christian Middle School, Kec. Taniwel Kab. Seram bagian Barat. Using qualitative research methods, through interviews and documentation. The results of the study include (1) Students' views on Character Education that Takes place in Schools shows that the learning that takes place in the classroom by PAK teachers has conveyed about forms of character education, and is related to the character of love for the homeland they already know which is emphasized. about using time at home by studying diligently, repeating the lessons taught by the teacher when at school, (2) An overview of the reality of teenagers with their respective characters and the attitude of love for the country through diligent study in the Covid 19 pandemic period that is diligent in studying What happens to students is not completely like that, they feel that their learning time is only when they want to do homework (PR). However, there are still students who manage their study time during the day and at night. PAK teachers during this pandemic assess that students are no longer studying well, students play more, (3) Strategies for Strengthening Character Education of Students in Forming Attitudes of Love for the Motherland through Diligent Learning activities such as face-to-face learning in class for some time, confirming or building children's character education continues to be carried out.Keywords: Character Values, Love for the Homeland, PAK Learning

Abstract

Setiap anak Indonesia yang berada dalam usia wajib belajar berhak dan wajib untuk memperoleh pendidikan formal termasuk di dalamnya pendidikan agama Kristen. Namun sejak covid-19 mewabah di seluruh dunia, berbagai kegiatan manusia tidak dapat lagi berjalan dengan normal. Begitu pula dengan kegiatan pendidikan. Guru-guru harus berusaha mencari solusi yang tepat agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan agama Kristen di SMP Negeri 8 Touluaan pada masa pandemi covid-19, yakni pembelajaran menggunakan renungan harian Kristen berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 PAK & Budi Pekerti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 8 Touluaan, guru agama Kristen menyusun materi pembelajaran dalam bentuk renungan harian Kristen yang bersumber dari Alkitab dan kurikulum 2013 PAK & Budi Pekerti Kemdikbud Republik Indonesia. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan renungan harian Kristen ini mencakup tiga ranah pembelajaran sekaligus, yakni kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in developing children's learning independence at home during the COVID-19 pandemic in Skikilale Village, Waplau District, Buru Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation with descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the role of parents in developing children's learning independence at home is the most important process in directing, guiding, petrifying, and providing facilities for children to be able to form independent personalities by themselves because according to parents, children must be accustomed to being more independent in the learning process so that Children know their abilities. Abstract

Kecerdasan Logis matematis perlu ditanamkan sejak anak usia dini. Keterlambatan perkembangan awal kecerdasan dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan anak di masa depan, sehingga diperlukan rangsangan melalui alat permainan edukatif dalam rangka menstimulasi perkembangan matematika anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini dengan menggunakan Alat permainan edukatif Playdough untuk merangsang kecerdasan matematika anak kelompok bermain usia 4-5 tahun pada Kelompok Bermain Rovilia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif evaluatif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini pada Kelompok Bermain Rovilia. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Playdough yang dipergunakan sebagai alat permainan edukatif dalam pembelajaran di Kelompok bermain Rovilia adalah 1) melalui bermain bebas dengan playdough anak dapat mengenal dan membentuk lambang bilangan. 2) melalui bermain bebas dengan playdough anak dapat menghubungkan konsep -konsep logis yang secara langsung dapat dituturkan. Kata Kunci;  Alat Permainan edukatif, Kecerdasan Logis Matematis,  Anak Usia  Dini

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus began to emerge at the end of 2019 in China and continued to endemic until the end of January 2020. In Indonesia, this virus has been infected, precisely in March until now, and has greatly impacted various areas of life. In the field of education, there is an online learning policy (online) from elementary school to university levels, this step is to stop the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research with an exploratory study method. The informants consisted of 2 students and 2 lecturers who carried out online learning activities. Data collection using interviews. The results obtained were, the implementation of learning activities in the Accounting Department of the Ambon State Polytechnic when Covid-19 was felt to be less effective and efficient, several applications and online websites used by lecturers to conduct lectures were Web Classroom, Zoom Meeting, video conference, telephone or live chat. and Whatsapp Messenger, but some lecturers only use zoom and Whatsapp Messenger, the implementation of online learning activities using applications is still being carried out during this covid 19 pandemic. The results of online learning activities are still not optimal.

Abstract

Unpreparedness in accepting the transformation of offline education into online is a major factor in the difficulty of accepting online learning. This causes children's acceptance of low learning concepts that cannot be separated from the role of the teacher. This paper aims to find and analyze the weak skills of teachers in managing online early childhood learning during the covid 19 pandemic at PAUD Anggrek Indah Galala 2. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative research. The findings indicate that the low cognitive intelligence of early childhood is caused by the lack of PAUD teachers' skills in managing and implementing online learning. Of the 2 teachers who teach, there is 1 teacher who can use and carry out online learning, and even then it is only limited to conveying learning by explaining, without presenting it in pictures on ppt. this creates boredom in the child, which ultimately has an impact on the child's lack of concentration to follow the teaching and learning process. As a result, children are less enthusiastic in participating in online learning. This has an impact on the lack of children's absorption of the material being taught. Of the 11 children, the average cognitive level achieved was at the level of starting to develop (MB) and already developing (SB) and some of them were not yet developed (BB). This data shows that the cognitive intelligence achieved by children has not reached the target of Developing according to Expectations (BSH). Research contributes to providing education for education actors who support the online learning process and other stakeholders in early childhood education in PAUD.Keywords: Cognitive intelligence, online learning

Abstract

Abstrack: This research is directed to find the factors that cause the rise of online games among students, especially at the high school level, and its impact on their attitudes and behavior both at school and at home. The data collection process used a descriptive qualitative method with a purposive sampling technique to determine informants. Through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, data and information in the field were processed, analyzed, interpreted, and then concluded for 30 students, involving guidance, counseling, homeroom teachers, and school principals at SMK PGRI Dobo, Aru Islands Regency. Based on the results of the study, it was found that online games had a psychological impact on students so that it influenced their attitudes and behavior in communicating, acting, socializing, and in the learning process in class. There are efforts made by the school in overcoming the impact of online games on student behavior through providing guidance, advice, sanctions, and establishing good coordination with parents. Collaboration and coaching collaboration between schools and parents is a model that is considered capable of solving problems faced by students both now and in the future. Keywords: Impact of Addiction,

Abstract

Age 17-19 years is the age of children who are at the college level. In this day and age, they are classified as generation Z children or often referred to as digital natives. Digital natives children are 'opportunistic' and 'omnivorous' people who enjoy things in an online environment (want to get information quickly); likes collaboration from one person to another (networked), and multitask. In the learning process, especially in higher education, this also needs to be considered, in order to help the teaching and learning process run well. Blended Learning is a learning model that combines conventional learning processes and online or network-based learning processes. Students can learn online without also putting aside conventional learning, which in the end these two processes can complement each other. Google Classroom is a system created by Google to assist in the online learning process. The convenience of google classroom which can be accessed via a computer or mobile phone can facilitate teachers and students in the online learning process, for that the purpose of scientific writing is to describe the blended learning process and blended learning using google classroom in universities. The use of google classroom as a system that can support the blended learning process, can make it easier for students to carry out the learning process online or online, and also make it easier for teachers to provide learning even though not in class.Keywords: Blended Learning, Google Classroom, University.

Abstract

The inheritance of local culture is something that must be done considering the development of science and technology that is growing. If the inheritance of local culture is not carried out properly, it is feared that local culture will be increasingly eroded and will gradually disappear from the people who use that culture. The Alune people in the Riring country are also temporarily passing on the woven culture to the younger generation of Alune. The process of inheriting the woven culture in the country of Riring is carried out in two ways, namely through informal and formal educational institutions. Through formal educational institutions, namely by including local content in the school curriculum. Through this method, children are expected to learn about the woven culture. Meanwhile, through informal educational institutions, the process of inheritance of woven culture is carried out by direct involvement, without being limited by space and time. This method is considered quite effective because it is carried out in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere without any coercion, but is carried out voluntarily so that people who experience this process will feel comfortable and in the end will have an impact on their knowledge and skills in making plaits.It is hoped that all parties in the community will continue to make various breakthroughs in maintaining and inheriting local culture including the almost extinct woven culture among the younger generation of Alune people.
