Abstract

The Deliberative Bureau (Banmus) plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and effective work of the DPRD in making quality decisions. Optimizing the role of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau has great significance in improving the quality of legislative performance at the regional level. This study seeks to do discussion various steps and strategies that can be taken to optimize the role of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding optimizing the role of the consultative bureau of the Regional House of Representatives. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Efforts to optimize the role of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau can be made in a number of ways, namely: strengthening the role of legislation by increasing the capacity of members of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau in drafting and supervising regional regulations (perda), as well as involving stakeholders and the public in the perda-making process through dialogue and public consultation. Increasing the understanding of members of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau about the political system, democratic principles, and legislative tasks through political education programs, carrying out their duties in a transparent and accountable manner through mechanisms such as live broadcasting of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau meetings, regular publication of activities, providing access to information to the public, and establishing a complaint mechanism and handling complaints from the public. Increasing cooperation and synergy between the DPRD Deliberative Bureau and local government through the establishment of working groups, coordination meetings, dialogue forums, and synergy in regional development planning and budgeting. Carry out the oversight function more effectively through the mechanism of routine monitoring meetings, field visits, local government performance audits, inquiries, and interpellations, as well as reporting mechanisms and complaints from the public.

Abstract

Patriarchal culture is inherent in Indonesia, where women are weak, do not have the right to vote, and are always subordinate to men, so political information is still considered taboo by women. This study aimed to examine the preferences of young women regarding political information in the media. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and literature studies. The informants in this study were 16-year-old Surabaya female adolescents. The results of this study indicate that young women in Surabaya are not anti-political and do not want to accept politics, but political information for young women is less interesting than other information.

Abstract

From the Islamic economic perspective, there are factors that can influence economic growth, namely the distribution of ZIS funds. The distribution of ZIS funds can be used to encourage economic growth in a positive direction. This study aimed to examine how the direction of the relationship between consumption, government expenditure, and distribution of ZIS funds has on Indonesia's economic growth. The method used is a quantitative approach, using Granger causality data analysis techniques and cointegration tests. The data used is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics with the type of time series data. This study shows that there is a two-way causality between household consumption and Indonesia's economic growth. There is a one-way causality between government expenditure and Indonesia's economic growth, where Economic growth affects government expenditure and not vice versa. There is a one-way causality between the distribution of ZIS funds to Indonesia's economic growth, where the distribution of ZIS funds affects economic growth and not vice versa.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is also important in creating a positive and productive work culture. Transformational leaders are able to develop strong relationships with their team members, build trust, and motivate them to achieve their best. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership (X) as an independent variable on employee performance (X2) as the dependent variable with intrinsic motivation (Z1) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (Z2) as a mediating variable at the Religious High Court of Jakarta Indonesia. This research method uses a questionnaire with 100 employees of the Jakarta Religious High Court as a total sample. Variable measurement using the Likert Scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To determine the correlation between variable X to variable Y through variables Z1 and Z2 using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis techniques and processed with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through intrinsic motivation. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through OCB. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through OCB.

Abstract

Improving operational management efficiency is not just an option but a necessity to maintain competitiveness in a rapidly changing market. By optimizing production processes, inventory management, customer service, and utilization of technology, companies can reduce operational costs, increase speed and accuracy in service, and improve the quality of products served to customers. This study seeks to explore several strategies and steps that can be taken by companies in the food and beverage industry to improve the efficiency of their operational management. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding the analysis of improving operational management efficiency in the food and beverage industry. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Improving operational management efficiency in the food and beverage industry is a continuous process. By implementing process automation, intelligent data analysis, employee training, efficient inventory management, collaboration with suppliers, and a focus on quality and customer service, companies can achieve these goals. This effort will help the company to remain competitive and sustainable amid increasingly fierce and dynamic competition in the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

Gojek is a start-up company known for its accessibility, facilitated by a practical mobile application that allows users to book various services easily. These services include transportation, food delivery, same-city package delivery, and bill payments through the e-money feature, Gopay. Promotional events involving a collaboration with BTS, a popular K-pop group, have been found to significantly influence impulsive buying behavior in the community. Through the BTS collaboration, Gojek effectively enhances its brand image, particularly among BTS fans, resulting in increased transactions on the Gojek platform. This effect can be attributed to the combination of the collaboration with BTS, attractive promotional offers such as discounts and cashbacks, which successfully capture the attention of the public and prompt impulsive buying behavior. Additionally, Gojek distributes limited edition BTS collaboration merchandise, which further garners the attention of ARMY, the passionate fanbase of BTS. The findings demonstrate the substantial impact of BTS GOJEK event promotion on impulsive buying behavior among Indonesian ARMY, shedding light on the efficacy of collaborative promotional strategies in influencing consumer decisions.

Abstract

Green marketing is very important in creating a positive impact on the environment and society. By promoting environmentally friendly products and services, companies can become agents of change that contribute to improving the quality of the environment and society as a whole. In addition, Green Marketing also provides an opportunity for companies to build a positive image and strengthen relationships with consumers who are increasingly concerned about environmental issues. This study aimed to determine the role of green marketing and product quality on the competitiveness of SMI Lins Gallery in Banjarmasin. This study is qualitative research. Respondents to this study were consumers who made a one-time purchase and used the product with a total sample of 100 people. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling-partial least square) through SmartPLS 3.0 software. Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in Lins Gallery's natural dye sasirangan fabric products in Banjarmasin. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in Lins Gallery natural dye sasirangan fabric products in Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is the ability of a company to produce and provide superior products or services compared to its competitors. One of the important keys to achieving a competitive advantage is through product quality and product innovation. This study aimed to determine the role of product quality and product innovation on competitive advantage, a case study at the Nutrition Club in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. This study was an associative quantitative observational study. A total of 90 research respondents participated in this study, where the respondents were managers of a nutrition club in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. This study observes the variables of product quality (X1), product innovation (X2), and competitive advantage (Y). The analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling-partial least square) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. Product quality (X1) to competitive advantage (Y) directly, which shows the original sample value (path coefficient) 0.790, T- statistic 9.625, and P-value 0.000, so that the effect of competitive advantage (X1) on competitive advantage (Y) (significant condition for T-statistic > 1.96 and P Value < 0.05 has a positive correlation. Meanwhile, the Product Innovation variable (X2) to competitive advantage (Y) directly shows the original sample value (path coefficient) 0.214, T-statistic 2.604, and P-values 0.009, so the effect of product innovation (X2) on competitive advantage (Y) (significant condition for T-statistic > 1.96 and P-value < 0.05 has a positive correlation. Product quality plays a role in competitive advantage, and product innovation also plays a role in competitive advantage.

Amidst the digital revolution and industrial transformation, the human resource management paradigm has changed dramatically. Nowadays, innovation in HR is no longer just an option but a necessity for organizations that want to remain relevant and competitive. This change occurred because of the many challenges faced by companies in finding, developing, and retaining quality employees. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding the analysis of innovation in human resources management. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Innovation in human resource management (HR) has become the main driver for organizational transformation in facing the challenges and demands of the ever-evolving world of work. The use of advanced HRM information technology and software has helped increase efficiency in various aspects of human resource management, such as recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation. Innovations in creating a work environment that balances work and personal life, as well as promoting equality and inclusion, have increased employee satisfaction and productivity.

Abstract

Investments made by investors should submit to a Markowitz portfolio, where the goal is to get an optimal portfolio investment from several existing stocks. The goal of a portfolio is to maximize stock returns and minimize risk. The object of this study is plantation sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The population is 19 companies in the plantation sub-sector, while the sampling method is 6 companies using purposive sampling. Through this research, investors are expected to be able to see which stock portfolio is the most optimal of several efficient portfolios in the agricultural sector. In addition, the plantation sub-sector supports government programs on food security for industry and consumers and increases non-oil and gas income, and increases the income of all relevant stakeholders, which in turn can increase the income and welfare of the Indonesian people.
