Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

The research aims to assess the effectiveness of Instagram advertising in enhancing brand awareness and image, as well as its influence on purchasing interest. The study targets the millennial demographic in Sidoarjo Regency and its vicinity, aged between 18 to 35 years, selected through a non-probability sampling method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS is employed as the analytical approach. Findings indicate that Instagram advertising positively impacts brand awareness and image. However, brand awareness and image do not influence purchasing interest. Moreover, a direct correlation exists between Instagram advertising and purchase intention, while brand awareness and image do not serve as mediators in this association.

Abstract

One of the things that can improve employee performance is employee job satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of toxic leadership and work situations on employee satisfaction. It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey on employees at UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Pasuruan. Using saturated sampling method, 42 employees. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that toxic leadership and work situations contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship between toxic leadership and work situations on employee performance. This study contributes to understanding employee behavior using the framework of employee satisfaction and employee performance in Balai Latihan Kerja companies, which can also be applied to other general companies.

Abstract

Performance and engagement of the working employee could drop anytime, the company’s inability to provide work-life balance could even lead to quiet quitting that if ignored could increase employee turnover. The purpose of this study is to notice and to give information about the connections about quiet quitting based on previous studies. The methods used for this bibliometric analysis study are to merge the use of Publish or perish software to find previous studies with keyword “quiet quitting” and the use of VOSviewer software to cluster and to visualize its items. The results of this study are in the span of 2022-2024 there are 996 studies about quiet quitting, VOSviewer cluster the items of study into 5 (five) cluster and visualize the connection between items of study, publication year, and topic density or publication frequencies. The visualizations results show that these items of study have connections between clusters, these items of study are quiet firing and disengagement both have a connection of their own, the next items of study are the great resignation, management, work-life balance and job burnout each items have a connection with items of study job satisfaction. This study also find that items of study job burnout and job satisfaction are the items which have relatively small density because it is mostly studied in the year of 2024. Based on this study can be concluded that the connection between items of study quiet firing and disengagement are worth paying attention to whenever discussing quiet quitting also items of study job burnout and job satisfaction are the items which connections on quiet quitting are rarely studied.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work performance assessment, loyalty and seniority on job promotions for employees in the logistics department of PT MIKATASA AGUNG. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with data sources, namely primary and secondary. Data collection used a questionnaire and the number of samples used was 63 employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS v.4.0.9.7 with the SEM analysis method. The results of this research show that work performance has a significant positive influence on job promotion, Loyalty has an insignificant negative influence on job promotion and seniority has an insignificant positive influence on job promotion.

Abstract

Service quality is one of the things that triggers repeat visit intentions to tourist attractions. This study investigates the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. It also investigates whether customer satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey on tourists at the Surabaya Zoo. Using purposive sampling method with sample criteria are tourists who have visited at least 2 times, 94 respondents were obtained. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that service quality and price contribute positively to customer satisfaction. The study also proved that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality and price on tourists' repeat visit intention. This study contributes to understanding consumer behavior using the framework of customer satisfaction and revisit intention in tourism service objects, which can also be applied to other general companies.

Abstract

One thing that can affect employee performance is work stress, which is a condition of tension that affects the emotions, way of thinking and physical condition of employees. This research investigates the influence of job stress and organizational commitment on job conflict. Also investigate whether work conflict makes a good mediator. This study conducted a survey of employees at the PLN East Surabaya Distribution Network. Using the saturated sampling method, on 102 employees. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that work stress and organizational commitment make a positive contribution to work conflict. Research also proves that work conflict mediates the relationship between work stress and organizational commitment on employee performance. This study contributes to understanding employee behavior by using a framework of job conflict and employee performance in state companies, which can also be applied to other public companies.

Abstract

In order to make a profit, companies need to manage marketing costs properly, this can be done by using a management accounting information system. This study investigates the effect of product quality and promotion on management accounting information systems. It also investigates whether the management accounting information system is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey of consumers at UD Tiga Saudara Surabaya. Using purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being consumers who have had at least 1 transaction, 97 respondents were obtained. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that product quality and promotion contribute positively to the management accounting information system. The study also proved that the management accounting information system mediates the relationship of product quality and promotion to employee sales volume. This study contributes to marketing management theory by using the framework of management accounting information system and sales volume.

Abstract

Several scientific publications related to Financial Performance have been carried out, in the Financial Performance of MSMEs there are several factors that have the potential to influence the financial health of an MSME to achieve long-term sustainability and success . This article aims to provide information regarding research trends that have been published regarding financial performance in the period 2019-2024. The method used in this research is to identify the number of journals using Harzing's Publish or Perish software, as well as bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The research results show that there are 200 publications with 26178 citations and 5235.60 citations/year that discuss Financial Performance. There are five main clusters based on the results of bibliometric analysis. This article also provides information related to research topics that have not been widely conducted so that it can provide benefits to stakeholders who may need it for further research.

Abstract

There are many academic publications on the topic of financial hardship. Financial problems themselves are a situation that must be avoided by business people in a corporate organization. In addition, financial difficulties are a situation that is not only detrimental to the company but also to investors. It is important to know the condition of the company in order to avoid financial reporting, so it is very important to carry out research regarding this matter. The purpose of this article is to provide information regarding published research related to financial reporting that occurred in the period 2017 – 2023. The method used in this research is to identify journals using Harzing's Publish-or-Perish software, as well as bibliometric analysis using using the VOSviewer technique. The research results show that there are 998 publications with 9294 citations and 1327 citations per year that discuss financial issues. Referring to the results of the VOSviewer analysis, there are five large clusters. This article will provide information related to research topics that have not been widely conducted so that it can provide benefits to stakeholders who may need it for further research purposes.

This research aims to find out the important role of affiliates and influencers in consumer behavior towards product marketing in the digital era from a TikTok perspective. This research uses a systematic literature review method with the help of the publish or perish application. Influencer marketing has become an important strategy for brands to reach target audiences. Influencers have the power to influence consumer behavior through their content and recommendations, which is an important part of product marketing in the digital era.
