Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

There have been several scientific publications related to financial performance; Financial performance is a description of a company's financial condition in a certain period regarding aspects of raising funds and distributing funds, which are usually measured by indicators of capital adequacy, liquidity and profitability. This article aims to provide information regarding research trends that have been published on the topic of financial performance in the period 2018-2023. The method used in this research is to identify the number of journals using Harzing's Publish or Perish software, as well as bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The research results showed that there were 54 publications with 16 citations and 2.67 cites/year that discussed financial performance. There are five main clusters based on the results of bibliometric analysis. This article also provides information related to research topics that have not been widely conducted so that it can provide benefits to stakeholders who may need it for further research.

Abstract

High self-efficacy will achieve better performance because the individual has strong motivation, clear goals, stable emotions and the ability to perform activities or behavior successfully. Self-efficacy reflects an individual's belief in his or her ability to carry out a task at a specific level of performance. Self-efficacy is a belief that arises from having self-confidence in one's ability to carry it out. This research aims to examine the influence of burnout and self-efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employee performance at PT. Sambas Regency Oil Palm, West Kalimantan. Data collection in this research was carried out using a questionnaire which was answered directly by the respondents via a Google Form link. Questionnaires that have been completed by respondents will automatically be seen on the link for filling in the respondent's questionnaire which will then be tabulated in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and processed using the SPSS program.

Abstract

Burnout occurs due to high work pressure and high demands on the results of work carried out by employees, the work environment can also influence an employee's burnout, this decline in employee quality will have fatal consequences for the company, if this is not paid attention to by the company it will be detrimental company. These employees carry an increasingly heavy workload due to the imbalance between demands and the employee's abilities, employees who experience stress will always be filled with feelings of anxiety, tension, easily feel awkward and frustrated as well as psychosomatic complaints. The sample from this research was all 73 employees of PT. Bawang Mas in Pamekasan Regency using a saturated sampling technique. According to Arikunto (2012: 104) if the population is less than 100 people, then the sample size is taken randomly, but if the population is greater than 100 people, then 10-15% or 20-25% of the population can be taken. Based on this research, because the population is not greater than 100 respondents, the author took 100% of the population in DISKOMINFO, namely 73 respondents. Thus, the use of the entire population without having to draw research as a unit of observation is called a census technique.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of the affective domain in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Ya BAKII 1 Kesugihan Cilacap and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of the affective domain. The type of research used is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the development of the affective domain in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has gone well. This development is carried out with a habituation approach, such as habituation of greetings, praying before and after learning, habituation of duha and duhur prayers in congregation, ziaroh muais, and istighosah. Supporting factors for the development of the affective domain consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors include students' own willingness to do good things, while external factors include a good family, a pesantren-based school environment with habituation and supporting infrastructure, and a good living environment such as pesantren. The inhibiting factors consist of internal factors, such as closed student personalities, low student willingness to learn, and unresponsive students, as well as external factors, such as bad living environment, less harmonious families, and unwise use of technology. Keywords: Development, Affective Domain, Islamic Religious Education Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan ranah afektif pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Ya BAKII 1 Kesugihan Cilacap dan mengetahui faktor pendukung serta penghambat pengembangan ranah afektif tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan ranah afektif pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan pembiasaan, seperti pembiasaan uluk salam, berdo’a sebelum dan sesudah belajar, pembiasaan sholat duha dan duhur berjama’ah, ziaroh muais, dan istighosah. Faktor pendukung pengembangan ranah afektif terdiri dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kemauan diri sendiri siswa untuk menjalankan hal-hal baik, sedangkan faktor eksternal mencakup keluarga yang baik, lingkungan sekolah berbasis pesantren dengan pembiasaan dan sarana prasarana yang mendukung, serta lingkungan tempat tinggal yang baik seperti pesantren. Adapun faktor penghambat terdiri dari faktor internal, seperti kepribadian siswa tertutup, rendahnya kemauan siswa untuk belajar, dan siswa yang tidak responsif, serta faktor eksternal, seperti lingkungan tempat tinggal yang tidak baik, keluarga kurang harmonis, dan penggunaan teknologi yang tidak bijak. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, and to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. In this study, a quantitative approach was used because the data collected were in the form of numbers and the analysis was carried out using statistical methods. Sampling techniques are generally randomized, and data collection uses research instruments. The sample in this study were employees of the Sidoarjo Regional Staffing Agency totaling 15 respondents, taken from some employees. The results showed that organizational culture affects employee performance, OCB affects employees, and organizational culture affects employee performance through OCB as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Brand image is one that triggers consumer loyalty to a product. This research investigates the influence of service quality, brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction. Also investigate whether consumer satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey of Selis electric motorbike users in Manokwari City. Using a purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being Selis electric motorbike owners, 152 respondents were obtained. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that service quality and brand image make a positive contribution to consumer satisfaction. While product quality does not. Research also proves that consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality, brand image and product quality on tourist consumer loyalty. This study contributes to understanding marketing management by using the framework of consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty in electric motorbike companies, which can also be applied to other general companies

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the management of facilities and infrastructure and its influence on the quality of education. Using qualitative methods, the author directly observes schools, collects data, and analyzes information. The school's infrastructure is running well and supports student achievement, especially through self-development programs that help students express their talents and potential. PRasarana is a component that aims to support the teaching and learning process of students, facilities are more about the tools needed by students and the school, while infrastructure is more about the environment, a sense of comfort, security and order. Of course, if the facilities and infrastructure can be implemented well in the school environment, it will be a special attraction for students and prospective students. For example, this infrastructure includes yards, buildings, road access at schools and so on, these are usually what attract students when they are in that environment. The teacher's role in managing educational facilities and infrastructure begins with the planning, utilization and monitoring stages of the infrastructure.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menkaji konsep teoritik kurikulum diferensiasi dan pengaplikasiannya pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Insan Sejahtera (SMPIT-IS) yang terletak di Kabupaten Sumedang. Pembahasan kurikulum sekolah menengah pertama ini adalah dalam perspektif perkembangan anak. Kesimpulan hasil kajian secara teoritik adalah bahwa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Insan Sejahtera menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Mandiri Berbagi dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mampu mengembangkan bakat, skill dan inovasi sehingga menjadi penggerak kebaikan di lingkungannya. Program pengembangan kompetensi guru dan keterlibatan mitra sekolah dalam pembelajaran yang dikemas menggunakan teknologi I-SMART menghasilkan karakter Islami yang mandiri dan bertanggungjawab terhadap lingkungannya, selain prestasi di bidang akademik maupun non akademik

Abstract

This research discusses the role of preschool management standards in improving early childhood social development in Indonesia. preschool plays a crucial role in children's development, with curriculum, teaching methods, infrastructure, and parental and community involvement being key elements in ensuring quality education. Good preschool management standards can create a conducive learning environment, encourage healthy social interactions, and support the development of children's social skills. The research uses the literature study method by collecting data from various relevant sources such as books, scientific journals, articles and official documents. The analysis shows that Total Quality Management (TQM) indicators, such as leadership, commitment, customer focus, data measurement and analysis, and continuous improvement, can be applied in preschool management to improve service quality. Although there are implementation constraints, such as uneven quality of preschool and lack of a comprehensive assessment system, this study provides recommendations to improve access to educational resources, develop an objective assessment system, and increase parental and community involvement. With collaborative efforts from various parties, the quality of early childhood education in Indonesia can be improved, ultimately supporting children's optimal social development.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Problems faced by participants in the Earth Science Olympiad include a lack of learning resources so that participants feel the need to access YouTube to increase their knowledge. The aim of the research is to analyze the use of YouTube in increasing the knowledge of participants in the Earth Science Olympiad. This research used descriptive qualitative methods, and collected data through interviews with two vocational school students participating in the provincial earth science olympiad. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results show that YouTube provides a large selection of geoscience olympiad materials so that participants can use YouTube to increase their knowledge. The advantage of YouTube is that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere easily. However, the downside is that YouTube requires quite a lot of internet quota so participants cannot access YouTube too often. Keywords: Olympics; Earth Science: YouTube ABSTRAK Masalah yang dihadapi peserta olimpiade sains kebumian antara lain kurangnya sumber belajar sehingga peserta merasa perlu mengakses YouTube untuk menambah pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan YouTube dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta olimpiade sains kebumian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap dua siswa SMA peserta olimpiade sains kebumian tingkat provinsi. Analisis data meliputi data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Youtube menyediakan banyak pilihan materi olimpiade sains kebumian sehingga peserta dapat memanfaatkan YouTube untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Keunggulan youtube dapat diakses kapanpun dan di manapun dengan mudah. Namun, kekurangannya YouTube membutuhkan kuota internet cukup banyak sehingga peserta tidak bisa terlalu sering mengakses YouTube. Kata kunci: Olimpiade; Sains Kebumian: YouTube
