Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. Abstract

The impact of ethical challenges in the era of globalization has become evident among the younger generation, leading to a reluctance among youth to incorporate Islamic guidance into their daily lives. This study aims to explore the application of human morality concerning oneself, Allah SWT, and Prophet Muhammad SAW. The research adopts a subjective approach with a focus on library research methods. Scientific references, including articles, books, proceedings, and academic projects (such as theses or dissertations), serve as the primary sources of research data. The findings reveal that personal morality involves striving to balance the physical and spiritual aspects of oneself without imposing limitations on either, while upholding virtues such as gratitude, sincerity, patience, forgiveness, and trust. Additionally, human morality towards Allah SWT as the Creator entails worship and the maintenance of the continuity of life as khalifatullah fil ardh. Regarding morality towards the Messenger of Allah, it involves emulating his life and implementing Islamic teachings in alignment with the Prophet Muhammad's words, actions, and judgments.

Abstract

The book Kifayatul Awwam, an important work in Islamic literature, was written by Al-Fudholi, a famous Muslim scholar. This book is famous for presenting broad Islamic teachings, especially the attributes of Allah. This research uses the Library Research method by utilizing data and literature in this writing. The research aims to provide a general understanding of the twenty characteristics contained in the book kifayatul awwam. The book kifayatul awwam includes twenty characteristics that are very important to understand in Islamic teachings, because they are the basis of the Islamic faith. Some of the characteristics discussed in this book include the characteristics of obligatory, impossible and jaiz for Allah. The twenty characteristics contained in the book kifayatul awwam have an important role in forming the creed of the Islamic ummah. Understanding and implementing this characteristic is an important part of the spiritual journey of a servant's life.

Abstract

In this era, technology has been very advanced and developed to facilitate the process of education and learning, various kinds of technological media that we can find in this sophisticated era, one of which is very popular media and all humans can access it, namely network media. Network media has many features, one of which is application-based network media, with the use of interesting learning applications so as to provide attraction for educators, students. The method used by researchers in this study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation and using tests to strengthen the research conducted. This study was carried out within 2 days by applying the use of network-based media in the classroom. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using application-based network media in learning Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Information technology (ICT) from internet-connected mobile phones has changed learning models, culture, social life, imagining the future and political participation. With changes in social attitudes and community psychology, education must experience a revolution that demands new ways of mastering science in learning. Islamic education has so far made changes in models, methods and strategies to develop Islamic education to be modern and adapt to global situations and conditions. And stay within the corridor of educational ideals and goals based on the Quran and Hadith, as well as the goals of national education, the principles and philosophy of the country. Adhering to the principle of keeping good traditions and adopting new and better traditions is a paradigmatic mantra of progress, continuity, openness to innovation to achieve knowledge transfer. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the role of Islamic integration studies, science, and archipelago culture in the global era. This writing uses a literature study approach, using books related to the topic under study as sources and research materials. Integrating Quranic values into the Islamic education system, in the context of paradigm-shifting phenomena and modern digital culture, is an inevitable logical consequence of science and information technology is absolutely necessary. This can be achieved through various approaches such as curriculum innovation, character building, creation of an educational environment and strengthening of human resources and role models.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the café business continues to thrive because it is considered a profitable In Indonesia, the cafe business continues to thrive because it is considered profitable and worth considering. The large number of business people trying to enter the culinary business has caused competition among culinary business people to be relatively high. W.E.K.O.F Cafe must have the right business strategy to compete with competitors. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the aim of explanatory research through case studies. Data collection using a semi-structured interview method. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. Analysis of the internal and external environment is used to determine what strategy W.E.K.O.F Cafe needs now. This study uses the Value Chain to analyze the company's internal as well as using PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces to analyze the influence of the micro and macro environment on the company. SWOT analysis is used to produce strategic designs suitable for companies to implement. Then, the IFE, EFE, IE, CPM, GS, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) matrices are used for data processing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the W.E.K.O.F Cafe has not been optimal in designing strategies. The owner still takes decision-making as a whole. Alternative strategy suggestions that can be done is market development.

Abstract

The interest in pursuing higher education is influenced by various factors, including promotional activities conducted by universities and the academic facilities offered. This study aims to analyze the effects of promotions and facilities on the interest in higher education at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Ibn Khaldun University (UIKA) Bogor, and examine whether promotions and facilities collectively influence the interest in higher education. The research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population comprises active students of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, UIKA Bogor, with a sample of 75 respondents. The findings indicate that both promotions and facilities significantly and collectively influence the interest in higher education by 63.7%. Facilities have a greater influence, with each 1% increase in facilities leading to a 49.2% increase in the interest in higher education. Meanwhile, each 1% increase in promotions increases the interest in higher education by 29.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on Customer Retention with Customer Satisfaction. The method used is quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 70 with respondents being consumers who had visited cafe yoikona Surabaya. Questionnaire distribution and data collection via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses the SEM PLS approach. The test results found that service quality and relationship marketing have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Cafe yoikona Surabaya, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer retention at Cafe yoikona Surabaya, relationship marketing has an insignificant positive effect on customer retention at cafe Yoikona Surabaya, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer retention at cafe yoikona Surabaya, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer retention through customer satisfaction at cafe Yoikona Surabaya, and relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer retention through customer satisfaction at cafe Yoikona Surabaya.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of Character Education values ​​in Social Sciences Learning. An integrated introduction to character values ​​in social studies subjects. In the introduction to social studies learning, we apply the importance of values ​​in cultivating daily behavior. Character must be built through a process, one of which is daily learning at school. These values ​​are integrated into social studies learning, especially the development of religious values, discipline, and ethics and morals in social and environmental relations. Integrating education into the learning process begins with planning, implementing and evaluating the learning stages. The principle of contextual learning (teaching and learning in situations) which can be implemented in the development of learning plans (curriculum, lesson plans, design of learning activities and assessment in teaching materials), learning processes and assessments. Abstract

In today's fierce business competition, it is important for a business industry to make various improvements in developing its business, especially in improving aspects of employee work performance to support the success of companies in the wholesale industry. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Human Resource Quality and Professionalism on Work Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at CV Oktaviana Bag Wholesale Mojokerto). This research method uses explanatory quantitative in explaining the effect of the independent variable with the dependent variable in this study. From the analysis conducted at CV Oktaviana Tas Grosir Mojokerto, the quality of human resources and professionalism has a significant effect on employee work performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship, while the reliability of measuring instruments is good but convergent validity still needs to be improved, with recommendations to improve employee training programs, a culture of professionalism, communication, and program evaluation.

Abstract

The advancement of technology, particularly the internet, has enhanced convenience in human life. This technological development has provided facilities that simplify the execution of online trade transactions, commonly known as e-commerce. Consequently, e-commerce has evolved to create infrastructure for online trade. Tokopedia is one of the e-commerce platforms in Indonesia that offers a variety of products and services for buyers, facilitating transactions between sellers and buyers through its application or website. Trends indicate a decline in Tokopedia's e-commerce transactions in Garut Regency from February to May 2024. At the beginning of 2024, Tokopedia faced news that caused losses for some of its users in Garut Regency, impacting the security and trust aspects of purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of security and trust on consumer purchasing decisions in Garut Regency on Tokopedia's e-commerce platform. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with non-probability sampling techniques and a purposive sampling sub-technique. The study population consists of Tokopedia e-commerce users spread across Garut City, with a sample size of 256 respondents. The results indicate that security and trust have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions, with an impact of 52.7%.
